   Our reserved outside table wasn’t ready and we didn’t want to wait another half hour so we sat inside. The inside doesn’t have the same vibe as outdoor area. Service was great but food and drinks were very overpriced for the quality. Food was fair but not worth the price tag.

   Server was bad. Didn’t get water for 15 minutes after seated, forgot to order our appetizer, steak knife didn’t come out with steak waited 5+ minutes with no steak knife. Lack of understanding of waiting on a table basic principals. Overall bad night for a restaurant due to lighting issues and bathroom was atrocious (no toilet paper or soap).

   Here for my anniversary and we were sat right away. The problem was the food we ordered took about an hour to arrive. Wasn’t our servers fault and she was great though. Food was average but was hot considering an hr wait. Would definitely return but maybe during a week day or would sit at the bar when it’s not so busy.

   My food was delicious, but the appetizers took over 45 min. do they came out with my meal. I asked to send my meal back so that it would not get cold. They ended up making me a new meal

    We dined here three times during our stay in San Juan. Food is very good. Street is very noisy, especially on weekends, so sitting outside can be a challenge. For us, it all came down to the server. We had Tati (Tatiana) for two of our visits, and she was five stars. On our third visit, Tati was off that night, so we had a different server. Never refilled our waters, or even asked if we wanted another cocktail. We had to send our daughters pizza back twice because they made the wrong pie on two attempts. I think they were more interested in the PR baseball game than on serving us. Hey, I’m a sports fan, so I get it, but you have to take care of your customers. ASK FOR TATI!!!

    Made a 7:30pm Reservation and was not seated until 8:10pm Waiter was good and attentive but did not adhere to specific preparation request which lead to redoing 1 meal.

    Terrible service. Waited over an hour to get food and only got it because we flagged down a manager and asked what was happening. The waiter was rude and didn’t care. It was very crowded and unpleasant.

    2nd time this week there. 1st time the messed up the food order 2x. But everything is else was good so we went again. Service was slow and nonexistent at times. 10 min to get water refilled. No one comes by to check and see if you need anything. I ordered Tito’s and club. I got scotch and club. I sent it back and got a gin and tonic. Sent it back and didn’t want another at that point. Bruschetta was good but basic. No one brought appetizer plates. It took 5 min to get someone to tell them we would like them. Nearly 10 min to get them. entrees we’re pretty good. Pasta bolognese was good but there was not a lot of pasta. Linguine vongole was good but a few clams didn’t taste fresh. Got ordered tiramisu and it was very good. For the price I wouldn’t recommend because there is a 50/50 chance you won’t get what u want or like it and the service was absent. They all seem to be running around so maybe they need to get retrained and work smarter.

    Dined with my daughter. The Margherita pizza was pretty good. Drinks were great. She ordered pasta tagliolini tartufo. When it arrived it was mush. Beyond overcooked. She reorders. It because she was concerned it wouldn’t come out right she asked for it with farfalle. When that came out it was literally in a broth. Reordered again - finally came out right. Had changed it to a tomato cream sauce. Unfortunates situation but my dinner was very good. Farfalle with shrimp. One thing to point out - no one apologized. I never send food back unless it is pretty bad so an apology goes a long way. They DID not charge me for that entree which was the right thing and much appreciated. I would go again and hope that was a one time thing. Ambiance was nice. Noise level was fun vibe. Service good.

    The patio is beautiful for outdoor dining and that's where the positives ended for us. We found the food portions small, lacking in flavor and overpriced. Our server was less than friendly and unattentive.

    Location is top, place is very beautiful. Service is less than expected in this type of restaurant and price, we booked an outdoor table and they tried, firstly, to give us an indoor table (without any apologies) and then, after we accepted wait more than 20min, they gave us an awful outdoor table supposed to be used for people that just want to drink something. Food is ok, but nothing special, slight overpriced. Waiters seemed to be kind but to be fair in the end our experience was already pretty much ruined.

    Very disappointing dining experience- the food was mediocre at best, the prices were very high and the service was awful. We waited a really long time for our food and whenever we needed something, the waiter was nowhere to be found. When he finally did show up, it would take him a very long time to get us whatever we asked for - forks, plates, salt. A lot of the food was room temp when it arrived. Overall-an expensive and disappointing meal.

    Oh boy! With the highest expectations, I booked this reservation for our anniversary. Whahhhhhh!!! Such a complete and utter disappointment. From the unprofessional management staff (chewing gum like a champ at the check in podium and being loud and obnoxious to staff) to the horrible food. Did I mention how horrible the food was?!? The pasta was like eating Elmer’s glue paste. The salad that was so overdressed, I had to dab my napkin on it to soak up the dressing and don’t get me going on the bruschetta . . . Simply take my advice and don’t go. Not worth the money spent. Period. Oh did I mention how horrible the food was?!?

    Waited 20 minutes to get water. The service was extremely slow. The staff looked very stressed and busy. Management should hire more staff or reduce amount of tables if they cannot handle the crowd. Very disappointing for a place with so much potential. Food was good. Cocktails were ok.

    Serafina restaurant I recommend it 100%. Since I arrived, the service was one of quality, the waitress treated me super well, she recommended a good pasta that was very good. The atmosphere is perfect to be able to spend it with family, friends or with your partner, I really loved it.
