Amazing, place great customer service and food was bomb. Really recommend this place next time I visit PR will be visiting again.

Ahi tuna was fabulous but 21 dollars for a small appetizer. They charged me a huge service fee and waited for me to add tip as well; 2 salads, one minus the chicken, 2 glasses of wine and ahi tuna for 150. For 2

Everyone I've traveled to Condado I always stop at Serafinas. The food is great, the location and ambiance is perfect, however on this trip it wasn't great. My friend was visiting for the first time the server took our order, the appetizers and drinks were fine, but when we put our food order in somehow he placed my food and not my friends. He then comes come to table and tell us he forgot and was going to try and rush his medium rare steak out ASAP. 15 minutes later my food was cold and he had a rare steak. I was disappointed for both of us, I hyped the place up and it wasn't what he and I expected.

Food and service are always good. The music is too loud inside. If you’re trying to have a conversation you’ll be screaming at each other. Otherwise, 2 thumbs up.

The food/ drinks are overrated and pricy for the quality. The atmosphere is nice on the patio only, while indoors it is very noisy with loud music.

Best food, best drinks we had in San Juan. We were a family party of three and shared dishes - each of which was perfectly done and tasted great.

Everything we ate was made perfectly! We just wished they had more than one dessert option that night.

The Host was awesome!! I was in line but had a reservation (someone told me I still had to b in line) the host came around and as soon as I told him we had a reservation he took us right in!! Food and cocktails were delicious!! Great experience. Next time we’re in Puerto Rico we’ll go back !!!

Serafina is a beautiful restaurant. The ambiance and decoration indoors and outdoors is great. I did not love the music choice when we went for brunch but the food is good as well as the service.

Horrible experience!!! Which is very unfortunate because we had heard so many great things about the place.

We were seated right away and then had to wait 1 hour for our food. Mind you the meal was only one omelette, French toast and steak (med) and eggs. As we waited several people who arrived after us (to include friends) were severed before us. We requested to see a manager FIVE times!!! Our server just kept saying it’s coming - it’s coming! After waiting for 1 hour and 10 mins out food finally came. ALL OF THE FOOD WAS COLD!! You could tell the food had been sitting somewhere for a minute. We then requested a manager for the SIXTH TIME! Finally fed up we decided to leave the food and take our business elsewhere. Ironically as we were walking out the manager appeared from no where. Horrible experience and we lost a hour out of our day for this experience. I’m hoping this is not their standard — but i was truly disappointed.

Always a great experience here. Food is great, service is great, atmosphere is great. I decided to try something new this time and wasn’t as impressed as I usually am. I ordered the carbonara and it was a bit heavy on the sauce, but it just might be my personal preference. Definitely coming back still!

If I could give zero stars I would.

It is our wedding anniversary. We had a reservation we made 2 days ago. We waited inside for 30 mins to get a table outside only to be told that our only options are either to leave or order indoors. We told them that we were told by a staff member that we can wait indoors until a table clears outdoors. The manager told us it was a mistake and he eventually asked for the bill for us to pay without us asking for it (telling us essentially that we needed to leave). He did not allow us to explain and was super stressed.

A really disappointing experience given that this is the 3rd time we try to simply have dinner at this place with no success.

They SERIOUSLY need staff training for better customer service.

We will never come back to this place.

To be fair, we arrived 10 minutes late to our reservation at 8pm. We wait in the line for about 15 minutes. When we were to the frontline, it was 8:25 pm. I told the guy who controls the entrance we had a reservation at 8pm. In an arrogant manner he told us “it is imposible because we don’t do reservations at that late time”; so he did not know the restaurant do reservations at 8pm. I explained him we wait about 15 minutes in the line and again he told us “this is imposible because I was rounding all the time”. By the way, through this application I confirmed my assistance the same day. of our reservation. At the end he offered us to wait to check if there will be any seat available, but that he does not guarantee anything. Thus, we decided just to left.

In my opinion they were rough and arrogant; there are better manners. I’ll never return there.

We had a beautiful time ... food was delicious 🤤 and the service & wait staff was wonderful... definitely will be back
