Please notice that all reservations are for indoor dining. Outdoor dining works on a first come first serve policy. This location is not handicap accessible and is located on the second and third floor of a bi- level building. Reservations above 8 people must be booked with a prifix menu.

Our original Serafina restaurant offers a cozy dining room and a family-friendly indoor terrace. Located in the heart of Manhattan’s art and museum district, we are across the street from Central Park and just 2 blocks from the MET! The atmosphere is ok for a casual spot. A bit noisy. But the food is fantastic. We ordered meat balls to go with the pasta with meat sauce, wonderful combination. The pizza with black truffles was excellent. We loved the thin crust .

Very good casual restaurant. We came here for lunch and had minestrone soup and squash spaghetti. Tomato sauce very good and we asked for the sauce on the side. Glad we did because the squash spaghetti was delicious even without the sauce.

The place has a fun vibe but the food is very bland. There are countless better Italian restaurants in the neighborhood and beyond. I don't really get the appeal.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. It was beautiful and the food was delicious. We did have a large group (16) that had to be separated in two groups on separate floors of the restaurant but if you call ahead of time you may be able to get your large groups to sit together.

I used to eat at Serafina regularly many years ago, and while some dishes are still great, others are disappointing. My friends ordered the avocado salad which was lots of lettuce, some avocado and a few hearts of palm. A little meager and uninspiring for a $23 salad. The restaurant hasn’t lost its charm, however. It’s still a lovely place for lunch with friends.
