A highly rated restaurant that came up a bit short. Venue is simple, outdoor space a tad less upscale than the pricing. Service was very good. Calamari fresh, mussels tasty. Sausage appetizer was missing an ingredient and the fish special was missing the pasta when delivered. When we inquired about the pasta, out came a plate of pasta with no sauce. We were the told the sauce was on the dish with the fish and clams. Not sure if I have been to an Italian restaurant that would serve cooked, drained plain pasta on a plate…but that’s what happened. Overall, medium grade.

Food was awesome but very expensive— could not get a table outside so we were crammed inside near the door and it was so hot that it was difficult to enjoy the delicious food. Would never eat inside again.

Adorable and intimate restaurant (we sat inside). Handmade crab ravioli was amazing, we’re still thinking about it a day later! Our server was very welcoming and charming. Overall a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back!

I wish I could rate Serafina’s a 10, but 5 stars will do. Made a reservation the night before with ease. Arrived and seated quickly. Service was immaculate and food came out quickly (within 10 mins of ordering). I got the Gnocchi alla Sorrentina and my boyfriend got the Linguini alle Vongole. The gnocchi was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Sauce was fresh and seasoned well. I can’t speak for my boyfriend, however he couldn’t stop raving about his dish. We both left with full bellies and plenty of leftovers. Will be coming back when in Fort Lauderdale.

Great service, cocktail and food! Dover (?) sole special was wonderful and expertly deboned tableside. Beautiful filet of fish, but didn’t look like any Dover sole I’ve ever seen before…shredded boneless veal osso bucco over a specialty pasta with ragu was amazing with dollops of fresh ricotta. Cheesecake for dessert was excellent.

When I came in I though it was going to be a nice experience like is says in the app but honestly the table wasn't ready the server and the hostess got into an argument in front of me where we seat down wants nice at all the servant was nice but he forgot the bread ! On of the other servant she looked miserable and ugly face all the time , the food wasn't that good . I asked for sprit they brought me the Can and a glass with ice I thought it was going to be better but I didn't made my expectations

Our waiter was horrible. At every question he made a face and dismissed it. When he got the order wrong he pulled the plate away so fast that oil splashed in my girlfriends new dress and stained it. Then at the end of the meal he took our left over bread and threw it over our dinner table into the water at the fish, like 4 times we had bread flying through our “romantic” dining table. Shockingly disturbing service. Too bad because the food was decent. Will not go back as there are too many other great Italian restaurants in Fort Lauderdale without this barbaric service.

In a word…SPECTACULAR! This little hidden gem sits right on top a waterway, providing an absolutely beautiful outdoor patio with great views. On the location alone, it’s worth a visit. But it gets better. The food is phenomenal. We had menu items that are there every day, and also branched into the specials. Both were incredible. Specifically, the fontina and prosciutto stuffed pork chop with a Madeira mushroom sauce. The service was very attentive, and Nona kept us happy from start to finish. Other notable items included the mahi, and the mozzarella en Carozza. 1000% will return!

I enjoyed my gnocchi with grilled chicken as well as the tiramisu. My guest enjoyed her dish as well - a salmon. Maya, our waitress, was cheery & quite helpful with her suggestions.
