Fantastic food and service . Quality of food is fantastic and I highly recommend the steak tips on your salad !
Food flavor (app and both entrees) were average at best.
Always fantastic service and food. We come here quite often for work and is my go-to spot. The bread is amazing and all of the dishes are always delicious. The penne all’s vodka, truffle raviolis, lobster Mac n cheese are all great to name a few. Plus, it’s a beautiful Restaurant and the waiters are personable and fast. Management walks around to make sure you are happy as well- A+
Good for friends.
The black truffle pasta is amazing! Great service and ambiance. It can get a little loud but I would definitely go back!
Our waiter was cheerful, attentive, efficient and highly competent.
Super loud and hard to hold a conversation. That's ok for a night out. But I would not recommend for a business lunch.
Food was delish! The tuna and salmon appetizer was tasty.
Our waitress was friendly and accommodating to our needs.
We sat at the bar on a Tuesday night. We arrived early so it was fairly quiet but then filled up as we ate. Bartender was attentive and friendly but the drinks were measured. (we hate that) The food was very good but don't expect the North End! We had the burrata with tomato's and it was excellent, I had the Bolognese and my husband had the farfalle with shrimp and lemoncello and we both enjoyed our dishes. Portions were quite large. Over all I would give it a very good rating.
Amazing waiter. Went for my husband's birthday and to enjoy Dine Out Boston. Menu was yummy! Dessert was my favorite! Would recommend!
Good financial district restrauant. Food either comes way to fast or seems to take forever. Happy hour prices too high and serice too slow.
I found the food super poor quality, this is like a chain restaurant quality. Our server was amazing and that made a difference. Other than that, I will not go back there again. My pasta was boiled and tasted like hospital food. The bread was not good. My husband pasta was Ok but not amazing
The food was terrible
Overall great experience. Solid food and fantastic service.
The staff is really friendly, very personable. Vanessa was our waitress and she was very patient in waiting for us to decide which dish to eat.
The restaurant it self was nice and the server great but the food for dine out Boston not so much.. crab cake tasted off the main dish the rigatoni was not cooked correctly only saving graces was the drinks and the Dessert.. portions were very small even for the dine out Boston so bad that we ended up somewhere else after because we were still hungry
Excellent service! Delicious food! Thank you!
Overall, delicious food and good service. However, I was very unhappy to find that they threw out 2/3 of my food when I asked for it in a container and only put in 1/3 of it in the box. I got a plate of pasta and was feeling a bit unwell so I barely touched it. When I got home and opened the box, it was ridiculous how little they saved. A small thing but pretty frustrating.
That said, other than that, our waiter was very pleasant and it was a nice evening.
Favorite restaurant in Boston! I went on a Saturday night for its monthly latin night and it was absolutely amazing
Overall great experience. Bar and restaurant are connected and bar was very busy and loud on a Friday night at 6:30. Go much quieter as the work crowd headed out around 7:30. Ambiance is very nice - just somewhat loud right after work. Food and service terrific. We had octopus appetizer- perfectly grilled. Sea bass also nicely done. Scallop special was excellent also. Wine list not huge but good choices and the bottle prices were very reasonable -not overly marked up. Would definitely go back!
Lovely Nantucket-like oasis in the heart of the financial district just steps away from the harbor. Full range of tantalizing entrees, apps and pizzas for any time. Great service and creative presentations of food that made them all the more enjoyable. My date and I each ordered two appetizers and were too full to try the warm chocolate cake...but we have already agreed we want to go back for that and more temptations on the menu. .
Very cool spot. Food was good and service was excellent. A little loud but it was a Friday night.
As always, incredible food and even better service!
Loved it, highly recommend to anyone. We went for vday and it was such a nice meal
The food was delicious. Wait staff accommodating but kitchen was slow.
Great food and vibe with no rush, but our waiter was always available, if we needed him.
Serafina was a little overpriced but COMPLETELY worth it. The ambience was wonderful and the place was so cutely decorated. Our waiter was so sweet, talked to us and got to know us. He also gave us free dessert and a box of chocolate strawberries to take home! The bowtie pasta with the limoncello was DELICIOUS and portions were just right. The waiters were very accommodating but not overwhelming and I would definitely recommend anyone come here at least once. I know I will definitely be returning!
Wonderful experience.. Highly recommended!! Would recommend for special occasions.
Our dinner was fabulous
The waitress staff where very helpful and knowledgeable on the menu and our dinner was presented spaced apart giving us plenty of time to enjoy every entree
I have to say that the piano music was to loud when we arrived but after speaking with the staff they politely lowered it down to much
One of my favorite spots of all time. They never disappoint!
The food was okay--not special, but the service was really wonderful . But the thing that bothered me the most was that it was just too noisy for me! There's energetic ambiance and there's just a bit too much. Serafina on a Monday night was the latter. It was hard to hear my friend talk. Nice for a rousing celebration or dinner at the bar, but not a place I would suggest for a catch-up dinner with a friend.
One of the worst Boston dining experiences ever. Can't believe this place got good reviews. While the restaurant was packed, the food was average at best. All salads, pasta courses, and the burrata were average. The service was very good. Very pleasant waiters and wine staff, and they were very attentive. However, the excessive noise(Lionel Richie music blared very loudly), and other non Italian music was very annoying. You had to yell to be heard by anyone in your party. Overall average age of most diners was around 25. Place was way too noisy, had no ambience, played no Frank Sinatra, and was like a ballroom with tables that happened to serve Italian food, and had zero atmosphere. They tried, but I would never in a million years come back to this place, nor recommend it to anyone else. I rarely write reviews of restaurants, but felt compelled in this case due to the horrible overall dining experience. There are so many good places to dine in Boston. Avoid this place at all cost.
First time there tonight. We had an Amazing waiter Carlos! Always there when you need him but not hovering and blowing on your soup for you well, we didn’t have soup but you know what I mean..
Loved loved loved the. Veal Milanese and my AJ had
A Lovely wonderful short rib portion perfectly served (no fat anywhere on it except on us!!)
Apple tart was light flaky ever so lightly puffed pastry.
Great cappuccino foam.
Good location . Not one regret!
Good food and great service. Enjoyed our meals and wine. Atmosphere was comfy and welcoming— easy to have a conversation and didn’t feel rushed
Serafina was amazing! Food and service were spectacular.
One of my favorite chains, I always recommend it to everyone
We had a company dinner, everyone was was very happy
The atmosphere was pleasant, service was very good and the food was great! I would highly recommend.
