Bringing authentic Italian fare to the heart of New York City, Serafina extended their famous eateries to the hip Time Hotel. This sanctuary set in the middle of boisterous Times Square next to Broadway hit The Book of Mormon was fashioned by renowned designer David Rockwell. The cozy ambiance combined with Serafina’s unbelievable thin crust pizza and homemade pastas, is the prefect refuge from the outside hustle and bustle.

Located in the heart of the Broadway Theater District, Serafina at The Time Hotel is the perfect pre or post show venue. International tourists, local business professionals and residents alike enjoy Serafina’s signature home comforts, upbeat environment and authentic Italian cuisine.

Disappointed with the food, had the lemon ricotta pancakes and they were dry on top and partially cooked in the middle. Coffee was very strong ( and I love strong) almost too strong...... Hostess was nice, server was silent and the waiter disappeared......👎

The perschutto was amazing; good enough to come back for.
The filet mignon? I don't think that was a filet at all, it tasted and felt like a piece of cheaper meat that had been tenderized, not the amazing signature buttery consistently of a real filet; tasted like a thick cut of flap steak, the jus was way way over seasoned - something you do to a cheap cut of meat. They didn't have potatoes so I got grilled...Sweet potatoes and zucchini... With a steak, and nothing else. Somewhere a chef is crying.
The service however was outstanding.

We went before seeing a show. The staff was very accommodating and changed our table when we saw another table opened. The food was outstanding and one of my friends is vegan and has been able to find selections to eat here as well.

Had a quick dinner before a show. Considering it was NYC I found the pricing to be pretty moderate. Food was good - ravioli was excellent! Would definitely return...

The food was only OK, the ambiance was ok, the seating is so close together/tight but luckily the diners next to us were a lot of fun, they kinda made the experience great, definitely not the food, it was mediocre.
