Ladyfingers, mascarpone, espresso & cocoa dusting on top. Just like Grandma used to make, maybe better. Contains hazelnut & peanut oil
Fried calamari served with our homemade spicy tomato dip
Toasted bread with fresh tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil & touch of garlic
A very pleasant experience and great food and service. I did not give higher score to value because I thought the extra charge to add shrimps to the penne a la vodka was outrageous.
They don't have a brunch menu which is unheard of on a Sunday afternoon. They sat us at the smallest table that couldn't even fit our plates despite being empty. Will not be returning.
Family dinner post theater. Restaurant team was great and accommodating for adults and kids. Would highly recommend
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Serafina’s. It’s lovely inside and great place to go with friends.
As for the food, good, fresh and tasty. It can get a bit loud but I was still able to have a conversation with my guest.
Solid and consistent. Always Good for pre-theatre meal
The food was good, but the service was too slow for nyc. My wine came in filthy glass, but they were very apologetic and the server was kind. The restaurant can use updating. Pizza was delicious
Server totally forgot about us. We watched people come and go while we sat with our drinks. No bread until we asked. No salads until we reminded him. No explanations. No apologies. Food was mediocre at best.
Enjoyed our lunch. We had the chicken parmigiana which we shared because it’s quite a generous portion.
It was a perfect upscale casual lunch experience.
The service was fast and professional
Food was terrific..and prices were very reasonable..we had two teens with us and they were very happy!
Nice food, pleasant service, but can be slow. Allow extra time if you are seeing a show.
Dina was just the loveliest server! The lobster raviolis were delicious as was the Serafina pizza with black truffle. Don’t miss them! Our host (forgot his name, but he is from Barbados) was super nice too. For a NYC restaurant, I thought their prices were very fair.
I was a little disappointed in my meal at Serafina. I had the spaghetti squash with vegetables and my guest had the gnocci. Neither meal was very tasty.
I love the Serafina restaurants. And I fully appreciate the difficulties the service industry as a whole is having at the moment. Our server and the bussers were very pleasant, but service was a little slow. My meal was delicious, but the salad on my mother's dinner was so salty it was inedible. We chose this location because we were seeing a show next door and were able to get in and out on time, which I appreciated very much. You do pay the Times Square upcharge, though, for the convenience of dining in the heart of the theatre district.
Everything was beyond fabulous!!!
The food is hot or miss. Spinach and ricotta ravioli was very tasty but a rather small portion for dinner. The chicken park on the other hand was huge but I’ve had much better.
The bruschetta left a lot to be desired and the bread it was served in was stale. The tiramisu was delicious but overpriced as well Overall for the price, go elsewhere.
Very convenient for pre/post theater dining. Prices typical for NY but in general over priced for pasta and all sides are extra. Had to ask for bread and oil. Over excellent food. The lobster ravioli was delish!
Everything was absolutely delicious and the burratta app and burratta on the pizza were both amazing. I had the egg plan at my entree and that too was to die for. My daughter had a Caesar salad and filet mug on, both great. My husbands filet was great as well. My other two daughters had the gnocchi snd ravioli both in a tomato sauce and both loved their choices. One of my favorite stops when visiting Time Square. Although this trip we too a taxi from the flatiron district and it was worth it!
Reservation was ready. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Prices were reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
They appeared to be short staffed, not uncommon these days. Since we were in no hurry it was okay and the staff was nice. Food was good, but it was served oddly and our table was tiny so not much room for anything.
Good food and service but overpriced
Outstanding!!!! Referred by a couple of friends💗💗
Showed up for our 5pm reservation before our Broadway show. Got sat promptly. Our waiter came and to the table as we sat down and asked “what do you want?” without any introduction. We asked for sometimes since we had not been here before. He comes back 5-10 mins later and we ordered; drinks, appetizer and dinner. Received the appetizer promptly. It took drinks 20 more minutes to show up and dinner over and hour after we had finished our appetizers. Several attempts were made to get out waiters attention and we were completely ignored. Finally the bus staff came asked what was wrong and finally got our entrees and the check for us. Never saw our waiter again. Same thing happened to the family next to us. Will not return. So sad because the food was delicious.
The food was very, very good. However what made this experience stand out was our server, Gina. She was friendly and very attentive. Her food recommendations were spot on. By far the best food and service on this trip!
The food was excellent and the wait staff very attentive. We will definitely be back.
The entire experience was fantastic. We had pre-show dinner plans and the food was excellent. Service was outstanding and it was the perfect start to a special evening. Thank goodness Broadway has reopened and we can enjoy fine dining again.
waitress provided outstanding service, food was decently priced and had fair portions, I would definitely go again!
Good service, great food…so so atmosphere. But we chose this location for it’s proximity to St James Theatre, which was ideal. We had the calamari, Caesar salad and meatballs…all very good.
Food was good but really all was not memorable. Ambiance fair.
El cafe expresó deben mejorarlo, no es digno de un restaurante italiano
Restaurant was great! They presented us with champagne to celebrate our engagement.
Overall the food and ambiance was great. One suggestion the bread should be bought to the table before the main entre aside from that the food was great.
It was a nice restaurant I have been to previous locations in the past. One of the male servers was very rude but everyone else was very nice. Food was good, drinks were strong.
An overall great place to go
the management went to extremes to be sure that our party of 9 had a relaxing and enjoyable dinner. Our waitress, Veronica, did whatever was necessary to treat us as valued guests.
Love this restaurant . Everything is sooo good !!!
El mesero fue súper amable, la comida riquísima como siempre.
We all enjoyed our food & wine very much. There were 2 vegetarians in our party & they had the Spaghetti squash main, which was excellent. Our waiter Oscar was brilliant, very attentive & polite at all times.
Excellent food. We were the only ones there and enjoyed fast service and a very quiet restaurant.
LOVE this restaurant. It’s not (just) for tourists. Excellent food. Superior service. And the decor is amazing
food and service was perfect !
