Very accommodating and mindful of allergies. Every course was fantastic and the service was impeccable. We had 3 large tables and it was perfect for our needs.

Steaks were very good- I can understand why it was ranked as a top 10 Steakhouse.
What was disappointing were the limited options for wine by the glass, and limited number of sides options.

Was very much looking forward to dining here as we had not been before. Atmosphere was nice, the view is stunning. The food was good, just not worth the price IMO, and keep in mind, we don’t have unrealistic expectations, i will happily pay if the food is outstanding. Waitstaff was very attentive and knowledgeable so that was nice. All in all, it was nice to experience once, however if I want to spend $500 for dinner for 2 adults and 1 child, I’ll go to Fletcher’s in San Antonio where the food is worth it.

The experience, food, and view is something I will never forget. I cannot wait to come back.

My husband and I have dined her for four years of the six that we’ve been married, to celebrate our anniversary. This year was just as awesome as the others. Always made to feel special from the time you walk in until the moment you leave. The steak melts in your mouth and the drinks are exotic and worth the money spent.

I love this place and hope to be able to visit more than Just for my anniversary this year.

Wife’s birthday

Food was al phenomenal. Both rib eye and filet was great. Compliment of sides we’re all fantastic, especially the potato salad. But the waiter said that cauliflower was dairy free and was not. Which dairy makes my wife sick. Very upset about that. View is incredible if you like that.

We went here to celebrate Valentine’s Day and everything was amazing from the food to the service! And you can’t top that gorgeous view of Dallas! We will definitely be back!

Everything about our experience was outstanding.I The first thing you notice is the excellent views, then the great service, then the wine options, then the food. This was our first time here, and it has catapulted to one of our favorites.

This is my favorite Steak house in the world. I wish I knew the owners and could talk to them to let me open a place in Austin. We deserve a place like this. My favorite restaurant in the world.

The atmosphere was fantastic on the Valentine’s Day. However, the lamb was the worst lamb I’ve ever had. The fat wasn’t rendered, and the taste of the lamb just extremely gamy.

I was very excited to experience SER and maybe it was my fault for choosing Valentine’s Day to experience it. However, the service was low level we had to wait 20 minutes for a 9 o’clock reservation. There was no wine pairing for a tasting menu. There was a complimentary glass of ‘champagne’ that came with the tasting menu but was actually sweet sparkling wine from California. The food was okay nothing to write home about and even worse when it came out cold. The view was great but I didn’t enjoy the experience one bit. Safe to say my husband and I will not ever be back even if it may have just been a fluke on a busy night.

Went for Valentine's Day. Reservations at 8 30, arrived 45 minutes early. Sat at the bar, fantastic views and cocktails were great. Enjoyed the atmosphere very much. We were seated at our table for dinner. Very nice setup. Service was very slow. Waiter provided us menus and said he would be back shortly for our drink order, didn't come back for 20 minutes. Menu was a special Valentine's Day menu at a fixed price per couple. We ordered lamb meatballs for an appetizer, they were so so. No big deal just not our taste. Salads were very good. We ordered two steaks a 16 oz ribeye and a 10 oz fillet. The fillet was cooked properly but underwhelming and lacking flavor. The ribeye was not high-end steakhouse quality. Honestly it was similar to a steak at a midprice steakhouse chain, Texas Roadhouse and the like. Steaks came with potatoe puree and two tiny undercooked carrots. Seriously, my wife's carrots were the size of matchstick. Dessert was horrible, only one choice, and it was bad. All in all, reminded us of banquet food.

For the price, north of $200 including tip, not remotely worth it. Would come back to the bar for a cocktail and the views but will not have dinner there again.

Went for Valentine's Day and the food was incredible. Did not know it was a prix fixe menu when making the reservation, but the options were fantastic and the food did not disappoint. Sadly, the service was a little lackluster - we were seated about 30 minutes after our reservation time and it felt like the staff were just going through the motions to get through the night. The biggest disappointment, though, was the table location. We went for the incredible views of downtown, however our table was next to a large section completely void of windows - the table was set so that I was literally facing the wall all evening. :-(

Server was a bit odd but other than that it was great!

This restaurant is my wife’s and my favorite. It can be very romantic if things go right. But not Valentine’s Day. I don’t understand how an upscale restaurant can pack that many people for Valentine’s dinner! The menu was limited, the service was very slow, and the host was cold and uncaring. He was too busy and seldom at our table. The food was the worst we’ve had anywhere. My rib eye steak was a cut I’ve never seen before, nothing but gristle. Desert showed up as we checked out and stood up to leave! I happened to set at a table under so many lights and one of the lights felt like a cooking or heating lamp right above my head, to say the least, it was so hot I thought I was going to die. This torture was not free, my bill was $300!

Absolutely wonderful food and service!!! Will definitely go back.

First of all, beautiful view and atmosphere. Secondly, the old fashioned were great. Finally, Tony took excellent care of us. I will come back!!

Probably one of the best places in town for a special occasion, date night or just to look out over the city. From the service, food, ambiance and the fact that a conversation could be had without straining gives this restaurant the highest marks. A lot of the staff there have been there for years and it shows by how they care for their guest experience.

Everything was great besides the amount of time we had to weight for our server. And the server consistently recommended more expensive items trying to upsell every course of the dinner.

A+++ The best part of our experience was with the bartender Colin. His knowledge and hospitality is the best in the city. We enjoyed our dinner and plan on coming back. Great View of Downtown DALLAS!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I was prepared to pay the price and was not at all disappointed. The waiter was very warming and friendly and attentive. We will be back!

Wonderful view of downtown Dallas. Food was good and overall a nice experience for us celebrating our 40th Anniversary. We stated at the Anatole 40 years ago so it was a must.A little pricy but once in a while (40 years!) It's ok.
