Our dinner was wonderful! The service was great and we enjoyed the live music while we ate. This is a special spot in Dallas.

Food was horrible! Service was terrible! The waiter kept walking away in between questions about the menu. The busboy spilt the water on every cup he poured. Then the dinner came and every order was wrong. I would never go there again
Service was poor they took 40 minutes to get us a table and another hour to offer us the menu then another 40 minutes to bring us the food plus very pricey there’s several high end restaurants better than this I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone for any occasion
The first time I was here I was absolutely blown away. The service was phenomenal, the view was great, and he ambience was unprecedented. I have told so many people to go here and bragged about how great of a restaurant this was.
The second time I came was for Valentine’s Day. I was VERY disappointed to the point where we almost got up and left.
We were stuck in a little back room that didn’t even seem to be a part of the venue. It was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. 3 of our 5 courses came out at the exact same time. They brought us red wine instead of champagne. They also brought me the wrong food for my entree and took another 20 minutes to bring me the correct food. After all was said and done, we waited another 20 minutes for our bill and another 10 for him to take our payment. We ended up spender $250 and I left very upset, especially for a romantic evening I tried to plan for us. Not to mention, your prices were doubled on Valentine’s Day which is illegal. My salmon I normally get is $40 (price is irrelevant) but tell me why it had doubled to $96 that night?
I hope his is just a mistake, but I am hesitant to ever come back.
This was an awful experience. 845 reservation for Valentine's Day. Arrived at 840. There were approximately 40 other parties waiting and someone commented they gave up waiting after restaurant was over an hour later than their reservation time. The restaurant overbooked the evening and the wait was beyond unreasonable. My date cried.
Went on Valentine’s Day. I think they were overwhelmed with the number of reservations. Service was extremely slow. Although, it was one price we didn’t receive our entire meal.
This place was absolutely horrible. I would never go back here again. The service was poor and the food was a complete disaster. We made reservations for Valentine’s Day and we were expecting the regular menu, instead they had a “special” menu that was not even posted on their website. I barely even touched any of the “5 courses” and we completely skipped out on dessert. I am so upset I wasted our time and money on such special occasion. Don’t waste your money or time. There are so many other great options for steakhouses in DFW.
We were sat 1:15hrs after our reservation. Reso at 8. Ate our dinner at 1030. Terrible.
Went here for Valentines Day dinner primarily for the view. The view was nice. The food was average... at best. The service staff were over worked and ill trained. The music was way too loud. The desert lounge was full of cheap treats you felt like came from Tom Thumb. Our total bill was well over $300 for two people with a moderately priced bottle of wine. Basically this restaurant is everything you’d expect from a restaurant in a chain hotel. Big mistake to go here on Valentines Day. I gave my wife a do over the next night.
Where to begin about this horrendous Valentine’s Day experience. 5 course meal that only served 4, because “we are out”. We arrived at 615pm and couples that arrived at 7pm received this missing course. Food was undercooked and flavorless. Our waiter Tony was kind and apologetic to us but that did not make up for the terrible food. This was a pre-set Valentine’s menu so food was made in assembly line fashion and came out in whatever fashion deemed quickest. Multiple complaints were registered around us, and two couples walked out of the restaurant. This seemed poorly managed and unprepared. As we were asked by staff, manager, and hostess how our meal was it was quite obvious they were unconcerned about our experience, they just continued to shepard us out the door to get the next unsuspecting door into our chairs. The only apology we received was from our valet who asked how the dinner was. After sharing my experience with my industry peers I was informed that this is not unusual. Not the meal we expected from an establishment linked to a Hilton.
Heard great things about this restaurant and I was honestly very disappointed. Went on Valentine's Day and was served with bread during the first 45mins there. We weren't even acknowledged nor did the waiter ever come and explain why things were taking long. I had to get up twice to see what was the problem. Finally, I just decided to get up and leave. I asked to speak to the manager and all she could say was that she was very sorry and that they were having technical difficulties. Ended up going home and ordering pizza since everywhere else was packed.
The steak literally melted in my mouth. My fiancé ordered the pork belly and I had the lobster bisque. Both were amazing g and full of flavor
The food wasn't that great for the price, and the service was off. Tried to bring our main course out before we even had our third course.
Food was below expectations.
Ordered the Cowboy Ribeye it was over cooked and served curled up.
