    Outstanding food, service, and views. Came here for an anniversary dinner and were treated with a beautiful view of downtown Dallas. Service was helpful and the food was amazing. Would recommend and will return.

    Food was great atmosphere nice. Bar was lacking the actual bartender was too busy being friendly with two other customers to even greet us. There was a total of four people including ourselves. We got another bartender who did greet us But I’m assuming she wasn’t an actual bartender just based on the fact that she couldn’t get a tequila soda right. She put flat water and couldn’t get a whiskey neat right. Besides that which in all honesty can happen anywhere. Our food was great our waitress was impeccable can’t complain about that at all. Except our waitress’ choice of discretion and directness; when asking if the tip was correct was distasteful. It left us “with a bad taste in our mouth”. We were on a business dinner with employees we were allowed a set amount to put on the company credit card so we agreed to pay partial tip on the company card and the rest cash. After we give our waitress our signed slip. She shows me to the restroom. Meanwhile my husband and our guests are still at the table. Upon exiting the restroom, she comes up to me and asks if the tip is right “she knows she wasn’t that bad” is what she said…I proceeded to tell her I’m sure we are paying the rest of your tip in cash but I will go make sure if she would like. She hands me the credit card slip and book for me to ask my husband if this is correct and if we are still leaving her cash for the rest of her tip. The cash was already on the table upon my return. With the signed credit card slip and book I then take the book with the slip and wait by the open kitchen and wait for her to come out take the book from me and tell her there is already cash on the table. Food was great the actual service was good. But based on our last 10 minutes there we won’t be returning. What an experience!

    Robert provided great service and was exceptionally educated on the menu. The kitchen was off a bit and I could tell that it wasn’t just us because the table next to us complained of tough meat and dull knives to say the least.

    Our waiter made the experience so sad that we left feeling cheated. We paid a ton of money to eat there and the waiter was rude and just wanted us to leave. I hope to go back but if that waiter is there we will leave. Because of him we will never recommend this restaurant.

    I celebrated my birthday at SER, our server John was amazing. The food was phenomenal, everything we ate from appetizers to entrees were magnificent. The flavors and the presentation of the food had a beautiful harmony. The chef Aubrey, the sommelier Philip and our server John went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. Holiday special cocktails Berry thankful and the Perfect Pair where delicious! The desserts were also amazing. Couldn’t be more grateful

    Beautiful sitting with great views of uptown and downtown Dallas. The restaurant was very attractive with hardwood floors and sectioned dining. Service was very good and attentive although busy. The food was generally good although the boneless ribeye was chewy for a medium rare sear. The sides were very good with ample servings. Live music was difficult to hear with the setting at the window but that remains a dinners’ choice.

    SER has great views of downtown Dallas, great service and a wonderful ambiance. The menu prices have gotten out of control for a mediocre quality of food. Menu felt like it was missing some options but the lobster we ordered was definitely undercooked or just a bad lobster. Steak was great so were the sides. But for the price we paid the quality of the meal did not line up. Will probably go to Nick and Sam’s or Town Hearth next time

    Bring your checkbooks because SER is pricey, but it’s delicious! Our waiter John Michael was great and very attentive. We had the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. Wasn’t really a big fan of the Mac n cheese, it left a little to be desired. However, the broccolini, creamed corn and potatoes were excellent. Great views of the city also. They will see me again I’m sure.

    Strange experience with servers. Our first server seemed to start coughing and choking had to step away from the table. After 5 minutes of us just sitting at the table a manager came to us and said she had a reaction and he would be putting another server at our table. Minutes past then our new server came by. We didn’t get any of the descriptions of menu items or specials that we over heard another table explaining to table. We felt pretty awkward the whole visit but stuck it out because it was our anniversary and it would almost be impossible to go anywhere else. The food was good and some of the lighting was off cause of different bulb use at some tables. We just didn’t get the feeling that you get from other high end steak houses in Dallas. My self being a GM of a restaurant I understand a lot can go on in a service and usually over look a lot because I know what could be going on that we don’t see. The food was good service was just off.

    Amazing food, drinks & ambiance. Tania was very quick to seat my party of 7 with an amazing view of the skyline. drinks were absolutely amazing. Father Pig is smoked table side and was well crafted. they even had Non-Alcoholic Heineken which was a great option for our table. Chef Aubrey touched our table to ensure everything was to our liking! and let me just say the sweet potato steak is out of this world! our table was stuffed, but we couldn’t leave without trying the meringue flambe. Served table side makes for great memories! everyone at our table loved the experience and will definitely be coming back. Very Good Job!

    Our sever J C was great. Generally wine list is over market, but there some good bottles at market price. If you sit by the windows bring a parka. Will go again.

    The food was good, but not for the price. I would expect a $15 salad to be more than just a "personal side" and shareable. The server was not very attentive and didn't come by after the salads started coming out to check on us very much. I think the best part of the whole thing was the desserts and the view.

    I enjoyed my first time at Ser so much, the food was perfection, especially the filet mignon. Hannah was the best server too and made our experience phenomenal. I will definitely be back!

    There is dim lighting so that it feels more intimate for dinner. Our waitress was super fun, kind, and attentive! It was my anniversary dinner with my partner and they set our table by the window and with rose petals. The chicken karaage appetizer tasted so delicious. For entrees, my fiancé wanted to try the elk ribs but they were sold out, so he settled for the pork chop and he cleaned his plate. I got the filet mignon. It was perfectly cooked to medium and so juicy and had amazing flavor without any additional garnish. For sides, the mac and cheese was perfectly creamy and al dente. The mushrooms were out of this world! We shared laughs with the servers and it was a great night! It was the perfect, romantic dinner date.

    You guys were amazing gave my mother the best birthday experience ever. She is raving all over Facebook about it! Despite certain hiccups that occurred, your team handled everything with understanding and grace and I’m truly grateful because me nor my mother likes to complain so it was hard to even speak up. Nevertheless, the entire team was nice and very accommodating. Of course we will be back simply because you all are amazing, but even more so now because we know the service will always be top tier. Thank you!

    It was the best steak that I have ever had. My fiancé and I went there to celebrate our engagement. They were so amazing and nice! I highly recommend going here. The chef and sous-chef are absolutely amazing as well! 100/5 stars for sure!

    Food was exceptional and big thanks to our wonderful waiter John Michael who made our dining experience a 20/10. His recommendations were spot on and was very knowledgeable about menu and drink recommendations. I look forward to dining with John Michael at SER again!

    I tried to leave a 6 star rating but for some odd reason it wouldn't let me! Let me say, my Birthday was made by excellence. From the service to the table touches. Chef Aubrey and his team really showed up and showed out. That 72 big rib was bomb the chocolate 3 ways was devilishly delicious. We will continue to dine here

    Over the top wonderful dinner ! Exec Chef Aubrey along with Exec Sous Chef Julio and team present mouthwatering menu items that do not fail to check all culinary excellence boxes. From the Beef Tartare to the salads ( the Caesar has a twist that just makes it so special ) ,sides ( brussel sprouts are crazy fabulous) and the Scallops and Steaks were perfectly prepared, juicy and flavorful. Save room for dessert . .the whiskey and cigar pastry combo look absolutely like the real thing ( including confection ashes!). Wine director, Phil Natale impressed us especially with his knowledge and helpful direction to very special offerings that another with less expertise would have missed for sure ( what a pro!). Such a refreshing compliment to the team there. Spectacular dinner!
