My wife and I spent our one year anniversary here and I must say it was a great choice. We had 9:30 reservations and had window seats. The view was beautiful! Our hostess had a beautiful spirit and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food was exquisite! I give it a 10/10 and do recommend.

Wonderful experience for our 29th anniversary. ! From the moment we stepped into the foyer we were greeted and seated on time. Our table overlooking downtown Dallas felt as if we were the only diners in the restaurant. The team had rose petals scattered on the candle lit table and a happy anniversary card - signed by the team at Ser. We had the pleasure of Harmony’s professional but friendly and knowledgeable service. As for the food, the chop salad is amazing and we shared the porterhouse, which was cooked to perfection, puree potatoes and charred artichokes. Paired with a nice Austrian wine and finished with the cheesecake. Kudos to the entire staff for romantic and beautiful dining experience. Reserve ahead (we booked 3 weeks ahead) and be sure to ask for Harmony as your server!

I dined with SER for my birthday celebration with a few ladies and my over all experience was ok. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the view of the city was breathtaking and the pianist sounded amazing. However my service wasn’t very satisfactory. We had Ali as our server and although she wasn’t rude she was not attentive at all and slow. We waited for her for extended periods of time in between ordering anything and at the time of dining it wasn’t busy. The food was good though so I would love to come back and try again.

Skyline view was beautiful would recommend a friend for a special occasion. the appetizers and steaks were good but the side dishes were just okay. Parker Rolls were amazing that is a must have if you go.

SER Steak was fantastic! They are all about the highest quality of food in my opinion. I can't remember a better ribeye and the Raw + Chilled "smoking" appetizer was video worthy! Loved the views of downtown Dallas and the whole restaurant. Great place to entertain business clients - bring your checkbook however!

The table where they sat us was too cold. Our server was not efficient in her job. I mentioned to her that our table was very cold and she didn't even offer to change our table. My ribeye tasted very weird and not sure why. I did not get an explanation of why the steaks had that flavor. They offered to change the steak but it took too long to get and by then we were not able to handle the cold table and left the restaurant. Oughful first time at this restaurant. I will never come back.

It was an amazing evening. Employees attentive right when you come out the elevator. The staff welcoming you & your guests while the host guides you to your table. Very impressive! Our table had a great view. Our server Evelyn exceeded our expectations the whole time even the manager (Tania). Our meals were fantastic! Very worth of its price. The beverages were great! Leonard is awesome in the bar! A great variety on wines & with a sommelier (Ian) that has over the top knowledge. My guests couldn't stop talking of how memorable the service was! The journey we had in Sèr was wonderful. But the destination of being there was even better!

We have enjoyed each visit. We chose to celebrate our anniversary with the fine people of Ser. The pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond for us. The steaks were exceptional as always. The beet salad is truly delightful. You MUST try the marrow butter! It is scrumptious. Our server Reyna (sp?) was an absolute delight. Robert our host was a cheerful fellow. This truly is a excellent piece to dine. The view doesn’t hurt either.

Steaks are great. Add truffle butter or the blue cheese crust (if you like blu cheese). Service was a little slow and we had to let her know we are ready for xyz because it was a drop off and leave without talking. She would be gone for a while too. Overall it was great!

I had an awesome 3 hour meal with my daughter. We both enjoyed our time together and the service was impeccable. The menu offers a unique selection from appetizers to deserts. We enjoyed a bottle of riesling from an extensive wine selection. The Dom Perignon Brut was only $500.00 a bottle. We chose to refrain from indulging.

I had the chopped salad appetizer which was honestly not exciting at all especially for $16. I love salads but this was quite underwhelming. My wife had the smoked corn chowder which was delicious. For entrees I ordered 10oz filet cooked medium. It was perfectly cooked and was juicy and delicious. I got the smoked bacon bourbon glaze enhancement which was maybe better than the steak. If you don’t get an enhancement you’ll just get a plate with meat on it. My wife had the King Salmon which she did not enjoy at all. (She said it had no flavor like just plain baked fish). We had the brussels, (horrible presentation and not good at all) and the baked sweet potato (hard to ruin a baked potato). The views are amazing and the servers were nice and attentive. My 2nd time dining at Ser and my wife’s first. It was at best a mediocre dining experience and that is not what we expected. They did comp the salmon even though we didn’t complain, it was just very obvious my wife didn’t not like it. Investment in food presentation would go a long way…
