   Dinner was wonderful. The only problem that we had several of the specialty drinks that they make they were out of the ingredients but my oysters were delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly. The sides were delicious. The view was great. I loved the live music but hated when the elevator music started.

   Very awesome view, our server was super nice and did a great job. They set up a table for our anniversary and left a card which was very nice. Our bottle of wine was nice. Food was very poor. Salmon did not have much flavor at all, NY strip was extremely overcook (asked for med rare came out well) and just was missing something for me for a $90 steak. They gave us a free cheese cake for our anniversary which was pretty good and was nicely plated. All in all, would not recommend going for dinner at all, perhaps a drink and an app for the view and service.

   Exceptional restaurant in Dallas. Foodies delight. Nona looked after us with patience, humor and absolute professionalism. Given the quality of the food and service we were delighted in not being rushed through our special night. The kitchen staff and Chef were incredible in their presentations of some very unique dishes. Bar staff really knew their stuff as mixologists of specialty cocktails.

   Great views, great food. I out in our reservation notes that it was our anniversary. They gave us a window seat, out flower petals on the table, gave us a card, and a cheesecake dessert. Every even wished us a happy anniversary. It’s the little touches that make a great experience into a phenomenal. I had scallops and my husband had filet mignon with shrimp tail. It all melted in the mouth. We also got the Parker rolls and creamed corn - must haves! This is a must for those special occasions.

    Our server was very nice and attentive to our needs. The positives stop there. My steak was poor quality and came out overcooked and tasted very cheap. The broccolini was not appetizing but it was taken off our tab. We were very cold at our table, there was not temperature control. Corn was average, would not order again. Overall I have had a much better experience for more value at other steakhouses, this was nothing special for us. I’ve had better steaks at Chili’s to be honest. The view was decent but the window was dirty. I would consider lowering your prices that reflect the quality of the food. We wont be coming again but appreciate the attempt to make our experience special.

    We attended for my dear friend’s birthday. We waited at the bar for our table. Drinks were good and the musician was lovely. Once escorted to our table we were greeted by our server. He was kind and had great knowledge of the menu. We ordered the suggested appetizer, a seafood platter. It was delivered messily. Lots of ice falling. The dry ice steam was fun but it was hard for us to serve the appetizer options without a mess from the actual ice. The oysters were quite small and the other items did not come with serving utensils. We also ordered the corn chowder to split, but it came in one bowl. We were told to split it ourselves. But without a proper utensil it was messy to serve and one person was left without all of the ingredients in the chowder. Our steaks and sides arrived. The steak was cooked well, but the sides were cold and not well prepared. The Brussel sprouts were burnt to extremely crispy flakes and the Mac and cheese was cold and thick. Our second round of drinks came very slowly and the presentation was as nice as it was when we ordered at the bar directly. We were given a free birthday dessert that was fun and cute. But by that time we were a bit disappointed and ready to leave. Overall the server was nice, but he seemed to be rushing from table to table and not really able to serve us well. For the cost of the food it just seemed that we’d have more attentive service and much better quality food. We won’t be returning.

    Thank goodness for the hostesses and our server in training, London or else this experience could have been a damper on my sister’s 21st birthday. Our main serve Evelyn wasn’t very helpful with menu selection and recommendations and she often disappeared. Our food took incredibly long and a lot of the dishes were subpar. We had their version of boneless buffalo wings and the plate is not reasonable to share with more than 2 people, they weren’t very flavorful and you had to eat it with the pepper to get any type of spice. Risotto for the sweet potatoes steak was raw and lacked cream or butter. When sent back we got another, but it was worse. Our potatoe purée was ice cold and the Mac and cheese should be skipped altogether. My steak was only cooked/seared on one side. While the temperature was correct I was disappointed my steak looked like it sat in a cold pan. The best part for me were the Parker rolls and the 817 whiskey flight. Overall, not worth the $500 we spent, I would not recommend or return.

    Everything was amazing from the food to the service. My only complaint was the guy on the piano, he was super loud. My wife and I could barely hear each other. The waitress asked him to come down, but I guess it was his time to shine.

    My waiter was training during our dining experience, which I understand new employees has to learn however I traveled for this experience so I was hoping to receive stellar service. My waiter explained how the King Salmon we purchased would be fresh “no gray”, but we received just the opposite. Not to mention, my husband and I were sick later that evening from our diner experience. Ambiance was amazing.

    A group of my associates in my profession had dinner at SER Steak last night . The food and service was exceptional. The abience provided an atmosphere for serious discussion as well as "catch-up" conversation. The view is the "centerpeice of the steakhouse and provides a touch you cannot experience anywhere else.

    There were 3 ladies at a hostess station and it was the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. None of them know what service means. Even the manager Michael was so nasty. Will never come back and moreover I will contact a head office and will submit an official complaint.

    The food and views were great. They appeared to be severely under-staffed so long waits for drinks and food. Staff was very polite, and acknowledged the long wait times. This restaurant is Definitely set up for business accounts. Very expensive.

    Overall I am very satisfied. The food was beyond delicious, from the appetizer through desert. The view of the Dallas skyline was spectacular. I was very disappointed in the service. The staff was rude at the bar, my server was not attentive at all. We were seated and waited for 15 minutes until our waitress came to introduce herself. During the meal, she did not check on us except once. We needed refills for 20 minutes before she came up. Again, the food was top notch!

    The food was great and prepared skillfully. My wife and I had a quiet meal with a pleasant atmosphere. We had an overall decent experience and we can say that we tried Ser out and scratched that curiosity itch. Truthfully, we probably won’t return based solely on the price. 4 stars all around with the exception of “value”. My wife and I aren’t ballin’ out of control and while our experience was pleasant enough, I wouldn’t consider anything we ate/drank/saw/experienced to be the best thing we’ve ever had, especially for the price. We split the Tomahawk 38oz Steak, ordered the Rolls, Brussels sprouts, Mac and Cheese, and topped of the night off with the German chocolate cake.

    Where do I start, this place was noting short of amazing!! The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The steaks just might be the best in all of Dallas. Definitely 10 out of 10 everyone experience this.

    Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. From being escorted up the elevator, to being seated, to the view, the service, the food… All immaculate. We had the bone marrow, Parker rolls, tomahawk, Mac & cheese, purée potatoes, and corn. It was delicious and the chef serving the steak to us directly at the table was a special touch. We also had the chocolate 3 ways dessert. It tasted much better than I expected. Will definitely be back!

    The sunset and city skyline at night was beautiful and that's just the start. Staff was professional and polite from start to finish. Drinks were spot on and food was delicious. Great ambiance for adults couples and groups. My wife was extremely happy with her experience.
