Wonderful food and attentive service.
Made a reservation for my birthday for Sunday at 1:45 and wasnt inform that they closed at 3 so we only had an hour there. At $85 per person trying to rush and eat was dissapointing.
Overall it was okay. I can’t say it was bad or that it blew me away, it was just okay.
One of the few places in DC where it is rather easy to reserve a table for more than 6 people
Love coming here for brunch! On my birthday our waiter moved us to a larger table so more of my family could join us! It was great as usual!!!!
Thanksgiving buffet was excellent. Food was amazing and service was impeccable.
No snow crabs
Fun spot right on the river. This would be great for lunch or dinner with a group of people. The bar looks vibrant and the surrounding area and boardwalk are a beautiful setting. The winter offers an ice rink in the middle of the plaza outside and a decorated Christmas tree makes it feel festive and fun!
This is a place I would definitely recommend to others. The whole atmosphere was awesome.
I don't have any complaints. Everything was great. Best Brunch I can remember going to. Food was delicious. Seating and food areas were spacious. Service from reservation, to check-in and table service was great. I look forward to my next visit.
The best part of eating here is the service. The food was good but not worth the price. I’ve had significantly better steak in College Station Texas. The dining area itself gave “fancy” mess hall vibes. Very large room with bright lighting and no decor.
Our server was great, food came out quick and drinks were flowing. A great brunch experience !
Menu choice was a bit limited on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Was craving a good burger and it wasn't available. Settled for Chicken & Shrimp which was just OK.
During this age of Covid, it was awesome to dine with ease in a non-crowded environment. Our server was very gracious.
You pay the highest price in town. Exactly 2 hours after arrival, they check you and ask you to leave
The Sequoia brunch has now increased in price to $85 per head with no reduction for children - prior to Covid, the cost for children was about 50% of the full cost which is appropriate considering they are not going to drink mimosas etc. The server was quite rude when we inquired about the cost for my 11 year old daughter, telling us that they had never had a reduced price. Well we have been going to Sequoia brunch for many years and this is the first time we had to pay full price! The food selection is not as good as it used to be which was also very disappointing
Good food excellent service
I have been to Sequoia a few times but this is the first time it was a buffet. Some of the small plates were good but I rather have the buffet. The buffet consists of a better variety and value.
The food was good. But was not aware of the cost and it was brunch only on Saturday
THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE. NEVER EVER GO. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF 6 15 YEAR OLD GIRLS. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PRICE ON RHE MENU AND WE WERE NOT INFORMED IT IS 65$ A PERSON AND THEY SCREAMED AT ME A 15 YEAR OLD.
Great experience but it was very mood dampening to be dressed so nice but seated across from people wearing sneakers and track suits.
Very very over priced for the quality of food. The view of the water is great, but does not outweigh the mehhh food. Our waitress wasn't super attentive, either. Would not recommend.
We had a friendly greeting when we arrived at the restaurant and were promptly seated at a very nice table. I have not stopped reading about the Chilean Seabass that I ordered. It was absolute perfection! Our server was very attentive and pleasant.
Everything from the food to our waitress was EXCELLENT
It was amazing as usual!
Had a nice time. I haven’t been since 1999! Looking forward to visiting again.
Amazing! Will definitely be back
We celebrated our friend’s birthday!!
Disappointed, as we didn't even get to eat in the main dining room due to wedding.
Great food. Beautiful view. Outstanding service.
Food was good. Birthday party was a little loud and distracting.
Miami style brunch was delicious! We were satisfied within our 2 hr window. Downsides: music outside we could barely hear, there were so many bees around and on our table, drinks included in the brunch were limited and not that great
Simply amazing. Food was good and waiter did an outstanding job
80th birthday, brother, waiter was superb.!
View and ambiance were spectacular! Food was very good, but not excellent. Service was good.
Took my fiance to brunch for his bday and it was great. We plan to come back.
