   We sat for over 15 minutes and we’re never greeted. I walked up to a waitress and asked who our server was, she proceeded to find out and still no one came to the table. Finally the “balloon man” came to ask the kids if they wanted a balloon and he got us a waiter. After finally being greeted our server was decent. I think it’s absurd to charge $11.00 for chips and salsa and then $2.00 for a chip refill. There were no accommodations for a child’s taco plate so I was charged &18.50 for 3 steak tacos, then when asked for cheese, which I asked for when I ordered, we were charged an additional $1.00 for cheese. My husband’s chimichanga was great but chicken fajitas had no flavor and the onions and peppers weren’t cooked well. Overall the atmosphere was perfect for the kids but I can’t say we would ever return. A few drinks and food for 8 people shouldn’t have cost $342.00. Total tourist trap.

   The price you pay here is clearly for the atmosphere because the food is basic at beat. They do the absolute minimum for these menu items. And if you have even a hint of a party larger than 4, you get charged a service fee. We enjoyed the music but it's hard to focus on fun as the servers and other staff hover over you to make sure you don't go over your 2-hour time limit at your table. All in all, this place is designed for young party folks, I get it. The staff make sure you don't have too much fun if you are a family with kids....God forbid you stay too long and enjoy yourself.

   This was our first time at a Señor Frogs location, we went on Cinco De Mayo and made reservations a week in advance since we knew it would be a busy night. Upon arrival we saw the line wrapped around the building and asked security where to go since we had reservations, but were told to stand in line which felt ridiculous. If you aren't going to honor reservations why make them available?? Luckily the line moved fairly quickly but once inside we still had to pay a cover before even being seated, since there was a second line to wait in for dinner service. Luckily (or unluckily, depending on how you view it) one of the Hookah vendors convinced my friend to purchase a hookah and they grabbed us an open table so we were seated almost immediately, but waited another 30 min for a waitress to come take our orders. I tried to use the free birthday margarita voucher I recieved online but after the waitress took my order she had to come back and let me know they weren't honoring coupons bc of the holiday (one of the most understandable inconveniences of the night tbh) When our food did come it was all pretty delicious no complaints there, the drinks were good too. I do think it was a bit overpriced, but nothing egregious. Just wish they had their reservations turned off for the evening if they weren't going to honor them, felt super unprofessional for such a large established business.

   for like a week I was getting advertising on facebook about señor frogs all you can eat tacos $19.99 so decided to try it out. got there but for my surprise price was not $19.99, it was $24.99. woah!!!!! ok you know already here so it is what it is. server comes around super nice and friendly, takes our order and we start getting tacos in less than 5min. when we get the check I see $83 total and Im like, wait this doesnt add up. it should be like $70(2 all u can eat, 2 sodas and 1 dessert). so start going thru the bill and another surprise, 18% service charge.. woah.... wait 2 people and Im getting a service charge(usually you see those on bigger party, but its just 2) but I understand why. only issue had with it is that there is no sign or anything anywhere stating that there is a mandatory service charge. So drive 35min, pay $83 to eat tacos, a dessert and soda way too expensive.

    I think it all comes down to what you’re are wanting to do…average Mexican food and margaritas in tall glasses…not really my thing. Really much more of a place for people in their early 20’s that want to party.

    Our meal was alright, but the server didn’t come by our table very often even though the restaurant was not busy. We had to ask for refills. But they did take our picture when we finished up for us. It will be a keepsake.

    The food was great and food came out fast. The experience was great. On the negative side, we had to pay a cover charge for everyone in our party after 9pm. Adults 5 bucks and each kid was 10 bucks. I can understand 5 each for everyone, but 10 for each kid was ridiculous! Also plan to stand in the line even if you have a reservation.

    It's always a go to place when in Orlando. I never miss a day and not go there. Not a place for people who get easily over stimulated or feel crowded. The servers are top notch and actively engage their customers. It is a solid ++ in my book.

    The restaurant is decent. Food is ok …. Drinks are way over priced and they say two for one but that’s not true. They added a 15% gratuity without informing us and discreetly added into the bill. I would’ve had no problem with that situation has been brought to my attention so I could’ve made the decision . Tourist trap ….48.00 for two beers … buy one get one half off If they were upfront again, none of this would’ve been a problem. If you like, throwing away your money, go to senior frogs.

    While they were visiting us, we took our daughter and son-in-law to Senor Frog’s for a fun dinner. We ordered margaritas and our server informed us that it was happy hour and they were two for one and do we want the large ones. We agreed and got 4 “tall souvenir glasses”. We ordered guacamole, Queso dip and salsa for starters. The guacamole was excellent, the salsa was very good and the Queso dip was poor. It was thin and not very tasty. Our service was very good. My wife and daughter split a chicken quesadilla which they did not like at all. My son-in-law had carne asada tacos and loved them. I ordered the carnitas entree and thought that it was the least tasty carnita that I have ever had. We were shocked when we got our check and saw that our drinks were ; $39.90 and $45.90 each. My wife and I were here a year ago and loved it. We most likely won’t return.

    The hostess was very rude! Have ate at numerous senor frogs in mexico, which were amazing! The one in Orlando is not very good to say the least. The food is very mediocre at best, for the price you can definitely find better within a close proximity. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

    I realize it’s a tour trap. We were meeting friends for drinks and having a good time. We were definitely overcharged for some drinks. I ordered queso and chips, the waitress said oh do you want the salsa too? And I said does it come with it and she said yes, so I said sure. No one even ate it or wanted it. I even gave it to her after it being on the table a few minutes and no one eating it. Sure enough I get the bill and there’s an extra $11 on there for chips and salsa I didn’t order. Luckily she took that off. We also never knew every check gets a grat on it. Party of 4? Really senor frogs ? Not a great experience and paid the highest tab I’ve ever had at a restaurant. For 2 people $275 with gratuity ? Would never go back again.

    The floors were sticky. The bathroom was dirty. It was lunchtime. The ceiling signs were funny. No one else was there. They charge $11 to get salsa with your chips. Won’t return.

    We ordered the surf and turf burger and a cheeseburger kids meal. Both were great! Don’t forget to pair it with a Margarita or Piña Colada.

    We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we had a blast. The only thing I would love to is for the dance floor to be open to dance unfortunately they have tables and chairs in that area. Other than that everything was good. We had to leave because we couldn’t dance.

    Place was super fun, very exciting! If you’re looking to party and drink… this is a good spot. Food was average. Honestly wouldn’t eat there again, i would probably order the chips and salsa again. Salsa was delicious. Tacos were good, just pricey for 3. Server was lousy. She made no effort for anything. Filled up our waters once and never asked again. She was only concerned with the paid drinks. After we ordered 3 mug size drinks she offered us the yard BOGO. She just wanted her automatic tip. It was our friends birthday, she didn’t even acknowledge. We asked her 2 times and she had an attitude. We received more attention from other servers around than from her. We ordered a hookah, over priced and honestly i wouldn’t get it again. It’s essentially an e-cig. Not a fan. Overall, it was an average experience. No rush to return, if you have kiddos don’t bring them. It’s definitely an adult style restaurant. 18+ and free shots every 10 minutes.

    Worst restaurant experience ever!!! 7pm dinner reservation. Security had to search our bags and pat us down at the entry. That included patting down 10 year olds!! Seriously??!! Music was obnoxiously loud and inappropriate for families. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
