Seito Sushi Ratings and Reviews
Seito Sushi one of the most go places to dine when I travel to Orlando. It is probably the best sushi I've had and yesterday they were great. While our server was not very warm or friendly, she did serve us well and the food was just excellent. For appetizers we had the crispy sushi rice with tuna and the short ribs, simply to die for. The sushi was outstanding, as always. For dessert the fried cheesecake is superb!
Our first visit to Seito following recommendation from friends. We happened to arrive during "happy hour" and took advantage of both $2 off most popular sushi rolls and discount on draft beers. The sushi rolls were all great, especially the Gentlemen's roll, Ultra Spicy and the Crunchy Tempura rolls. In all, we had 6 rolls and enjoyed them as very fresh and flavorful fish.
The bread pudding and tempura cheesecake were also good selections for desserts.
Recommend this sushi site highly. Give them a try.
The first time was an outstanding experience. The server was OUTSTANDING and the food incredible. The second experience was not so good. The food was still incredible but the server was either not a great server or having a bad day. One person asked for a sample of the yakatori seasoning and she said we cannot do that, which is ridiculous because it's a sauce. She could have brought some over in a saucer. Another person had an issue with the bill and she was not very pleasant. It was corrected by a manager and the restaurant's computer system was wrong.
The service was extremely slow. It took 20 minutes just to get a beer. It was just 2 of us and we didn't order very many items and it took 2 hrs
The quality of the sushi rolls were not up to par. It seemed they tried too hard to make exotic rolls that ended up with weird tastes This was not a premier sushi experience
Very crowded on weekends and the noise level isn't exactly romantic date-friendly, but if you like a livelier scene, this is a good spot. Food is very fresh and beautifully presented. If you love sushi, you'll appreciate some of the twists to standard faire.
As usual my wife and i really enjoyed ourselves here. I tried the distinguished gentleman roll and it was absolutely delicous. it was a lobster tail roll that was topped with wagyu beef strips and other delicious fare. the cocktails were fantastic (the pearl and pomegranate/ lychee). Due to my wife's food restrictions, they prepared a roll for her that she was able to eat and really enjoyed as wel. Top notch!
