This is my second visit to Seito while traveling to Orlando. Pretty sure this place will be my go-to restaurant from now on. This time I brought a friend who was traveling with me and she said Seito Sushi was her fave meal while in Orlando. I agree! The food is outstanding; amazing and complex flavors to everything we ordered. The service was excellent. Our server was informative and very knowledgeable about the menu. A fabulous (and delicious!) dinner experience in every way.

ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE AT SIETO. HAD RESERVATIONS AT 6:OOPM AND ARRIVED EARLY IN HOPE OF CATCHING THE NFL PLAYOFF GAME AT THE BAR. THEY WERE HAPPY TO SEAT US EARLY THERE NORMAL DINING AREA AS WE HAD BOOK OR GAVE US THE OPTION TO SIT BAR TOP AND WATCH THE GAMES. WE CHOSE THE LATTER AND THOUGHT IT WAS VERY NICE OF THEM. AS ALWAY THE FOOD AND SERVICE WERE OUTSTANDING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CARPACCIO APPETIZER AND THE BLUE FIN NIGIRI SET. THE ROLLS ARE ALWAYS AMAZING. We were seated in the back portion of the restaurant with our party of 6. Our wait person Miguel was fabulous…attentive and very personable. We felt like we were family! Sushi was great, melt in your mouth salmon! And rolls that were unique. All we asked for was to be fed up to a dollar limit and we were not disappointed. We love Seito, food and service however we made a reservation through an OT app and tried to reschedule for one hour later and it was impossible as it was asking us to call but no one would answer since it was before 5pm, requirement of cc for everyday dining was unnecessary, everything else was excellent thank you as always

Food was delicious, however extremely overpriced. Service was most of the time non-existent, waiting times long, our party of nine did not get the food at the same time (waiting time up to 20min for all of us to have a meal). Noise level made conversations almost impossible. Restaurant is not very vegetarian friendly anyway and when all of us but one finally had the meal, they told us that they ran out of vegetarian ramen. So the one person who had ordered that meal waited until we had all finished our meal until she finally received her vegetarian sushi.

Great ambiance. Great attentive service. The food was outstanding. We had the pork belly bao, which was cooked perfectly. The buns were warm and soft. The pork melted in my mouth. The sushi was finely crafted and tasted really fresh and at the right temperature. Cocktails were delicious. We also had the miso soup. Perfectly flavored with enoki mushrooms.

We went there to celebrate our daughter's 26th Birthday. Liz was our server. Liz was amazingly attentive when we sat down and had a great sense of humor. She recommended some delicious food as well. This is our second time visiting Seito, and the food has been superb both times. Looking forward to going back.
