Seito Baldwin is the only place we visit for delicious sushi, wonder service and friendly staff!! We drive an hour each way.

Best ramen I ever had. Great service and perfect ambience.

The experience was great. We’ve come to this restaurant multiple times and we can easily say it’s our favorite sushi place the the area. The ambiance is great, the service is not bad, although due to the amount of customers they seem, at least in this most recent visit, to be in a hurry and sometimes not pay attention to what one orders. For example I had ordered some tea and a dessert menu and we did not receive either one, with the later just being given the check. Nonetheless, as always we had a great time.

The food and servers were more than what we expected. Besides being seated in the least intimate and busy spot during happy hour, we had an amazing meal and will go back. Lots of kids and infants before 7pm due to the area and family environment. When we go back it will be at a later hour for sure.

Killer food! Really unique angles on traditional Asian-American dishes. Cocktails are no joke, either!

This is a sushi place for the adventurous. Lots of sake brands, but only one hot sake. Lots of rolls that seem unique to this restaurant. Nagiri good size and well assembled. Had multiple very spicy combinations recommended. Tried some and their “medium” spicy was pretty spicy. Lovely neighborhood.

Waitress wasn’t flexible at all. Didn’t allow any change or dinning menu orders. Food was super good but a bit different than what we were expecting to order.

sushi was very fresh and good. the miso crab soup was like she crab soup. food was really good, sushi is somewhat trendy. I do have to thank the wait staff for all the happy birthday wishes, it really made this birthday girl feel special!

My girlfriend and I made a reservation for her birthday dinner at this location and it was the best choice we could’ve made!

It was good! We love Seito bc it is consistent and the happy hour deals are unmatched. The only issue was that we were HUNGRY and the food took a while to come out but overall a great experience

Food and atmosphere were amazing! Our server wasn't around very often which led to delayed ordering, but we had a large party so we kept company while waiting. The calamari and gyoza was amazing for an appetizer- I would definitely come here again!
