Since 2000, Seito Sushi, part of the Good Salt Restaurant Group, has been serving up its stylish menu to Orlando, consistently pushing the culinary envelope with a menu that constantly evolves, featuring fresh sushi, contemporary Asian cuisine, and the chef's latest creations. The bold flavors, paired with modern Japanese dishes, have earned Chef Partner Huy Tin widespread acclaim in Orlando, including honors as Best Japanese (2020), Best Sushi (2020), and Best Chef (2022) in Orlando Magazine's Dining Awards. We are also recognized by the James Beard Foundation.

Seito is open for dinner from 5-10pm on Sundays, Tuesdays through Thursdays, and 5-11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. We're closed on Mondays. We also offer lunch on Fridays and Saturdays from 12-3 pm

Outstanding spot ! Very excited to visit again, jumped quickly to my top10 of orlando if not even top5 Server was very very informative and knowledgeable and kind , i wish i would’ve remembered her name. She had an octopus/kraken tattoo (very nice at that) , if it serves for any recognition towards her ! All the kudos to her, she truly made the experience THAT much better !

Great menu and attentive server. We were seated right away, but right in the front by the door. My only complaint is that we mentioned it was a special occasion (birthday) which they acknowledged, it would have been much better to have been sat away from the front door.

Hostess sat us down outside, waited 15 minutes and had to go back in and ask three employees at front desk if my family and I were going to be served. It seemed a server had not been assigned to us. Once the waitress served us, service was great. Just was not impressed with being kept waiting while the other tables outside were being serviced.
