Segafredo - Brickell Ratings and Reviews
To be honest, if you don't look a certain way (interpret that as you please) they won't see you as a priority. Personally I will never go back. I was recommended to come here by a fellow socialite but it seems like they choose based on ... physical aspects. The FOOD is phenomenal and I would order it to go but I would NEVER come back. My birthday was kind of ruined by attitude of management. I relayed the message ...
After making a reservation almost 3 weeks in advanced, we arrived they seated us in an empty restaurant. We wanted to watch the game, and asked if we could be seated facing the TVs they told us no because the other tables made reservations as, as we did too... after they explained it was the only place for us to sit. So we settled and accepted the situation.
Great food and drinks though!
Wasn't inpressed. Place was empty and restaurant staff cared more about hanging out with each other then actually doing thier jobs. Food was ok but no where near on point for the prices. Place is way over hyped. Won't be going back. The only plus was a great DJ spinning some good music. But even that it lacked bass and amplitude. Buy a decent soundsystem. Not difficult....
We were seated for over 10 minutes and nobody came to take a drink order. We were literally the only people seated inside. Upon leaving we told the young girl at the front why we chose to leave and there was attitude involved. Very unpleasant.
Food was decent but overpriced. Service was very lackluster.. The waiters and waitresses seemed completely uninterested. This is not really a spot for dinner.. It's more of a small lounge with bottle service but no dance floor. They do have hookah and nice outdoor seating which i would possibly try another time. Club lights were going on throughout dinner, a strong blue light kept catching me and my friends right in the eye :( Overal more of a club vibe without dancing... Would not eat dinner there again
I normally have a great time at Sega, except for the last time. Service was extremely poor and very rude. We had two hookahs, but when we asked for more coal, they only brought one and that after 30 minutes. Thats absurd and not the way to run an operation.
We chose this restaurant based on the reviews and menu description. The reality was not what was described in the slightest. We expected a bar lounge atmosphere, but not a hookah bar with no real food. The server said the menu had changed two days earlier. Clearly not for the better. The limited menu of small plates was nothing like the posted Italian menu. We ordered several small plates, only to have the server return to tell us that they were out of two of the four ordered. This was at 7, early by Miami standards for dining. Of the two beers on draft they were also out of the one we selected. The food was clearly not freshly prepared. Calamari out of a freezer, and pizza that was cardboard like. The fish balls were passable. Unless you are looking for hookah, expensive shots and syrupy cocktails served with bad bar food avoid this place!
I've been to this particular location before on a prior visit a while ago. Decided to try it out again on Valentine's Day, but didn't stay due to rude service from the hostess that seated us. I will not be going back again as this appears to be the norm at this particular establishment.
I have been to bad restaurants in my lifetime, but this one takes the prize. Not only was service slow, but one of the waiters started talking on the cellphone right next to our table. The food was bad, and to top it all they didnt have things that they have in their website (open table) menu. No spaghetti pomodoro, no caesar's salad..etc. They should stick to selling coffee (which was cold by the time it arrived to the table)
