A restored and well-maintained historic building in the country provides a great location for a special celebration. Dinner is a five course meal with multiple choices for each course. I found some of the courses’ food to be nothing out of the ordinary, however, the main course I chose - bacon-wrapped filet mignon - was excellent. The filet and a delicious blueberry vodka infused lemonade were definitely the highlights of the dining experience and would make me consider going back.

During the day our reservation was changed from 7:30 to 7:00. No big deal but we were wondering why. We soon found out. We were seated promptly and our server was very attentive. We ordered our meal and everything was served as ordered and the food was absolutely delicious. We have no issue with the food or service. What happened during our meal was the remaining patrons in the dining room left and it was just my wife and I. During our dinner, the staff started to break down the tables and prepare for breakfast. The atmosphere now became quite distracting. We thought it was rude to do this while we sere still eating. We felt rushed. The reservation was made earlier because no body came in after us and I'm guessing they wanted to make it tight and not have us lingering late. I wish we were told that when the reservation was changed. Should we go back, we will not do a reservation for 7:00 again. We would make it for 5:00 so that we wouldn't be subject to the staff breaking down tables in front of us again. Again- both food and service was excellent.

Always a pleasure to dine there. Excellent menu and food quality. Service is excellent. A little pricey but well worth it.

Overall we had a very nice evening The prime rib and filet was excellent The veal was disappointing- it was tough and not enjoyable My sisters both thought the haddock was a lt spicy and they would have preferred another haddock option We had not been to the Sedgely since the pandemic Overall we were satisfied but not wowed

This was our first time dining at Sedgley. The five course meal was very good. The French Onion soup was very tasty and I do not like French Onion soup. The salad was very tasty. My wife had the Spicy haddock dinner and she LOVED it! I had the filet mignon which was delicious. It is well worth the trip.

Always a wonderful experience at the sedgley place! We had our rehearsal dinner there 38 years ago and go back every year! Food delicious and service amazing! The owners are great people!

Lovely experience overall. Deja was our server and she was lovely, attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere is serene and beautiful.
