Sebi's Bistro
A wonderful surprise! Three of us ordered different items and shared. All were excellent. The beer was great too. Great ambience and our server was the real deal - knew all dishes and was very helpful with ordering. We’ll be back without question!
I'd previously never had the good fortune to try authentic Polish cuisine and was excited to find this place when I checked in on the neighborhood changes. (I used to live in Eastlake.) Every bite, shared with two friends, was delectable...we had the pyzy, schnitzel platter, beef bryzol, and most unexpectedly, pickle soup. Incredible! There are at least five other things on the menu I want to try, so I'm already planning another outing.
Great people serving great food. Loved the family atmosphere! If you are considering going then wait no longer. You will love it too!
The food was excellent! It was our first time at Sebi's Bistro, but it will be a restaurant that we visit again and again.
Our service was as good as the food, great!
A neighborhood gem. Great food, great family, great service
Sebi's is our place to go when we feel like having Polish food in Puget Sound. The borscht was excellent and so were both of our entrees. My wife enjoyed the Hunter's Stew and I loved my Jagr Schnitzel. The side of dumplings with the schnitzel were light and delicious. Really great value for some fabulous comfort food. We'll be back when we have a hankering for comfort food later on this year.
We drove by this restaurant and were intrigued. Not too many Easter Europe restaurants around. It was pleasantly quiet but with a neighborhood feel as some people casually came in for drink and conversation at the bar. We started with a shot of Polish Buffalo Grass vodka. Our waitstaff, Matt, was charming and attentive. Every single bite of our food was delicious. We had schnitzel and salmon. For dessert we had an apple cake-like pie. Amazing. Highly recommend and we are going back too.
great authenticate german and eastern european food...felt like i was eating with my grandmother - that’s a good thing/
Amazingly delicious! Highly recommend it. Best perogies in town. Terrible parking.
Delightful place. Great food, excellent service from knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Wonderful place for a quiet dinner with friends.
Adorable corner location, gorgeous interior. Everything I had was delicious. The potato and cheese pierogis were so good I teared up. So happy to have found this spot!
As a person with Polish ancestors and tied to my roots, I gotta say Sebi's is always my pick when I want to experience the authenticity of Polish culture that hasn't been Americanized and reworked over and over to fit into their culture. Everything about this restaurant is authentic. The food is mouth-watering, the people and service delightful, the atmosphere warming, and the dunkel delicious.
Excellent food and great atmosphere and friendly service with reasonable prices
Great Polish food and a ton of gluten free options.
I often crave good Polish food and this is the place for me. The pierogi are beyond delicious. The service is great. I love, love, love it here!!!
Great polish food, family run, super service. Highly recommend! We’ll be back soon.
Have been there twice. Both times was seated with no wait. Receptive, friendly staff both times. Good beer choices. Never sat at bar, but noticed both times bar appeared vibrant with staff and patrons. Great place if you want what appears to be authentic polish food with nice setting but also want to watch sports on TV. Numerous large screens visible from most seating areas. Appetizers were great both visits. Appears to be authentic polish cuisine (definitey no expert here) that is great tasting and very reasonably priced.
This place is an absolute gem. They serve all of my childhood favorites: pierogis, kielbasa, cabbage rolls, crepes. Incredible comfort food. Such a fun, family friendly vibe. Best polish food I've had in ages. Matthew was a phenomenal server and made the night even that much better. We cannot wait to go back.
Great Polish food! I highly recommend the Polish platter.
Good periogis, other dishes are inconsistent. Good beer selection. Not properly staffed so service is slow.
My family had a great time! Gf options were incredible. Had plenty of authentic Polish and German options and quite a few gf!
Absolutely amazing!!!! The pierogi is to die for, highly recommend it with both bacon and onions on top with a side of sour cream. Their sauerkraut was equally delicious!
Very nice place to gather with friends. Service was outstanding and food was nicely presented. Good value and lots of food on a plate. I took alot of my entree home because the I had too many of the delicious meat filled and cheese/potato filled pierogies. Polish friend, from Kansas City, really enjoys eating there and says the food is authentic. He even talks to one of the waitresses in Polish. We felt unhurried because we wanted to chat with our colleagues/friends. Only one thing... parking is difficult to find.
They were a little slow getting to us, but the service was decent thereafter. The food was very good. Meat pizza was surprisingly good, but the main reason to come is for the polish food. The polish platter does not disappoint.
We love this place!
The food is delicious, the service is excellent; attentive but not intrusive, and all at amazing prices.
Sebi's has a good selection of entrees and appetizers which include some Polish and German favorites, all of them delicious! The Polish Platter, Schnitzel Platter and Hunter's Stew are a few of our favorites.
Great, cozy restaurant in Eastlake. The food is great and the service is first rate. I highly recommend this restaurant when you visit Seattle.
This place is 100% authentic and excellent quality food. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to going back again.
Sebi’s has a unique menu of Polish, German foods along with pizza. I had the hunters stew and my wife had the polish platter which was a selection of everything. She liked the mushroom and sauerkraut pierogy the best. Give them a try
Did an amazing Valentines meal down to the heart shaped beets in the borscht
We go to Sebi's for the Polish menu. Dishes are traditional and authentic. We always feel like we are dining with a very welcoming Polish family who have invited us to enjoy their food cooked with love. Food is delicious and generous portions. I'm sure the German and other menu items are excellent, but every time we go to Sebi's my tastebuds long for their delicious homestyle Polish food.
Delicious polish style cabbage rolls-- nice quiet ambience without being stuffy - can't wait to try this spot again and try other treats.
Raised with numerous Polish relatives and did not consider this to be above average. It wasn’t bad but just wasn’t good . It’s off my bucket list.
The customer service here is exceptional. The cabbage rolls are not to be missed.
We were quite surprised with the quality of food we had at Sebi's. It was very yummy, with large portions. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to eat Polish or German food.
Thank you for the delicious food. The cabbage rolls and the stew were excellent; hearty and delicious. It was a reminder of the food I had growing up in the prairies of Canada with all of our Polish friends!
We had a great time at Sebi's. Food was terrific and the restaurant was nice.
Growing up on the East Coast in a predominantly Polish neighborhood, we had good polish food available sometimes from the ladies at the church. Homemade pierogis were my favorite. Sebby's was able to capture that authenticity and it brings back great memories. Wonderful comforting food.
It's been a long time since I've had Polish food. This place is right up the street from our new house and I was delighted by the quality of the cooking. Will definitely be back!
More people need to check this restaurant out. This place serves authentic Polish food (mother is the chef). The food was wonderful...melt in our mouth.
The restaurant is clean and well styled. We will definitely be going back!
I love to take my family there, great atmosphere, and the staff is always so nice. The Polish food is very tasty and they have a variety of American dishes also. One of my favorite restaurants!
