The hotel and restaurant are beautiful, thus affording one a lovely setting in which to dine. Both the service and the quality of the food are superb.

Service was slow. Nice server but slow. Pigs in a puff were very salty, Caesar salad and prime rib were fine. Nothing special. Nice ambiance.

Brunch was good and lots of choices. Grounds are beautiful. Dining room is a little dated. Staff was not as attentive as could have been.

We drove 40 minutes to get to Seaview because we thought it would be a nice place to celebrate Fathers Day. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. We love the resort as a whole, but Sunday morning breakfast was disappointing. There was a shortage of servers so it took us 15 minutes to get coffee. My breakfast quiche was cold and I had to send it back. I did not receive any toast or potatoes. When I received my meal back again, it was cold for a second time. Others in my party said their meals were pretty good. It took a long time to get the check. Clearly the hotel was not prepared to properly handle breakfast service that day. I will say the servers were pleasant and apologized for the problems and delays.

Had another great dinner - loved the prime rib special - the prime was cooked to perfection - Mike and Danielle are excellent servers and made our evening so nice - enjoyed meeting Hayley - Lizzie and Sharon in the bar are just the best.

they have a diverse menu. My wife had the half chicken, which was very good, and since it was prime rib night I had to try it. It proved to be very good. I have to add the service was excellent. The portions were so big we had the leftovers 2 nights later. We recommend this place highly.

A very nice breakfast buffet with a very good selection of food including made to order omelets , fresh fruit and pits of coffee on the table. My only complaint was that the pancakes on the buffet were hard and my daughter’s silverware was dirty. But overall I would recommend it and we enjoyed it.
