We didn’t open Nue to preach a culinary philosophy or save ancient traditions. We're not pushing high-tech innovations either. As artists and chefs, Nue is simply about sharing what excites us, freakishly awesome food.As avid travelers and insatiable eaters, we set out to build the kind of casual, food-and-drink spot we love abroad but rarely find at home. Whether it’s the divey tascas of Iberia, the vibrant markets of Asia, the smoky grills of the Balkans, or lively South American squares, these places share one thing: simple, surprising, delicious food.Creativity drives everything at Nue. Our menu changes often—sometimes because of seasons, a discovery from our travels, or a suggestion from a guest (which we love). But mostly, we change things up because we want to.We’re not trying to be “Fusion,” “Farm to Table,” or anything trendy.
