This was our second visit to Seasons in the Park (we're from another province) in the last two months. There were five of us who hadn't seen each other for a few years so there was a lot of chatter. Our server was very gracious and accommodating and the food was very good - great choices for everyone. The view and gardens are outstanding. Highly recommend making a reservation.

Very disappointing service though the food quality was pretty high.
Small hair (probably an eye lash) was found in my plate.
When I told a server with the name tag, Andrew about it, his response and behaviour were just extremely rude. (It almost seemed like he was suspecting me to be an lier or something)
No sincere apologize was given.

And that was not the end. Few minutes later when I asked Andrew to bring the bill, he gave us the wrong bill that had much higher charges than what I was supposed to be getting.
So, I had to call him again to bring me the right bill, and he was like "Oops, sorry guys".

Thankfully(well they better lol), they did not charge me for that meal with the hair in it, but still everything was basically ruined because of all that poor service.

Overall, nice food, nice view but very very disappointing service.
I don't think this happens very often, and pretty sure it's one of the rare cases, but it is also a fact that they do hire a server who does not even know how to respect customers properly.

Host was pleasant. We were early for our reservation and had our pick of a table. Service was professional. Food took quite a while to come out but it was well worth the wait. The fig which accompanied my duck confit was heaven. The only non-positive I have is on the patio the railings were dirty and covered in spiders. Big spiders staring at me as I ate LOL. I understand it's an outdoor environment on the patio but the glass/railings are in your view so it's important that attention to detail is taken, especially when you're in a classier environment. Would just require a quick wipe down with a wet cloth in the mornings. I would return again in the future (but maybe with a table inside ;) )

Have had a great dinner in the past, but unfortunately the last time we were there which was for my birthday was the worst dinner experience we have ever had, we always said whenever we have a special occasion we would always go there, but unfortunately we will have to find a new place for our next special occasion .

For the first time, we were disappointed by our dining experience at this restaurant. The circumstances were propitious: a warm sunny evening with magnificent views of the city and North Shore Mountains.
But (1)the noise level at adjacent tables made it difficult to hear my guest's conversation
(2) the response to my ordering my steak "medium" produced a more "well" done steak than I have experienced in any Canadian restaurant. The steak was charred and bone dry.
(3) we shared a window table (which was appreciated) but several requests to lower the blinds were ignored.
(4) we got the impression that the menu choice had become more restricted than previously (I can't swear to this, but it was my impression). Because my guest prefers fish to meat, and because she has salmon and halibut quite regularly at home, she opted for the only fish alternative, the striped bass special and found it relatively tasteless

Please understand that we are enthusiastic visitors to Seasons in the Park; this will simply go down as an unfortunate experience

The service was excellent even though it was very busy. Our food arrived somewhat stale as I believe it had been sitting fir some time. The rice was cool, a sauce was absent and the meat was not hot. I'm sure they would have done better if not so busy. I would recommend the later seating after the rush. Maybe the food would arrive hot then.

My boyfriend and I took our parents here to meet for the first time! Both sets of parents had just flown in for the weekend and had never been to Queen Elizabeth Park. The view was absolutely beautiful, the gardens were perfect to walk around in before and after dinner, and the dining experience was exceptional. I find that in Vancouver, it is really hard to find restaurants that aren't too noisy and that folks in their middle ages can hear across the table without strain. Seasons provided just the right balance of prestige and comfort to allow everyone to get to know each other, enjoy their food and drinks, and not feel rushed. The wait staff was also extremely personable and accommodating. Many thanks for making this such an enjoyable and not-at-all stressful meet as I thought it was going to be!.

Although the food did not meet our expectations, Mark our server was exceptional. However saying that, because of the ambience, decor and the service, all was not bad, and we would dine definitely dine here again

Seasons combines one of the best views in town with quality food, wine and service. The menu was recently partially renewed so also for “seasoned” visitors worthwhile to check it out again.

Been several years since I ate at Seasons in the Park. Glad I came back. Was there with two east coasters and we each had something different. Seasoning was spot on for each dish. Shared cheesecake as we all wanteewd something a little sweet a d it was perfect. Hope to come back soon. The restaurant dealt with a minor issue beyond all our expectations huge thank you to Richard and the servers

We love coming there for the view and food. this time we had a server who was very sweet, but very green. Was going to open a champagne bottle with a corkscrew. His coworker came over to help and after 5 minutes (slight exaggeration, but it was a long time), the bottle was opened. Had to ask for a bucket to keep it chilled.....

Other than that, solid as usual!

We were seated in the exact same spot as our wedding head table last year. We were celebrating our first year anniversary. Our server Lisa was attentive without being intrusive. She was friendly and caring and it was a delight having her serve us. The food was delicious.

Dining on the patio was very nice. Food mediocre, and as usual in restaurants these days: no proper vegs. So chef is flipping a piece of fish or meat, and that's it. But I'll be back because of the patio.
