Fast, friendly service. Good amount of meal choices. Good value, and wonderful desserts!
New, our server was wonderful. She made several recommendations and they were excellent. This is one of our favorite get away spots for great meals. We enjoy the atmosphere and food selections. We will definitely be back
Wonderful experience I would be back again
Food was excellent as always. I have dined here numerous times and service is typically top notch. Unfortunately on this visit our waiter was not very attentive. Hopefully it is just an anomaly.
I have wanting to bring my wife to this restaurant for a long time now and for one reason or another it didn’t seem to work out. Tonight, every aspect of this restaurant blew my expectations out of the water. All I said on the reservation was that we were there for our anniversary. A special little dish from the Chef for us, the rise for my wife as well as the manager Jennifer and her staff doing an amazing job. And the food was out of this world. Truly some of the best food I have eaten in the Houston area for sure. And our waiter Deshane did a great job and I highly recommend him. We will for sure be back again for another trip for sure.
Cody was an excellent waiter. Thanks for great service!
The food and service are always excellent. Our waiter, Elijah, went above and beyond our expectations. We will return to Seasons52 very soon.
The parking at this location has become extremely difficult.
It almost dissuades me from dining here again.
Spur of the moment date with spouse. Exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely meal and a great experience. Will do it again.
Food was great but the host staff were rude once the establishment got busy. We arrived early, went to the bar to get a drink around 7:00 before our 7:30 reservation. The hostess said "That's great. We will have your booth ready for you at 7:30." So we went to the bar and then when 7:30 came around we headed back to the host station and said we were ready to be seated. At that time, the same person said in a very agitated and snooty voice "Well we are very busy and as you can see there are several ahead of you waiting for a booth as well. It is going to be a while." Needless to say, we went back to the bar and ate there. While I completely understand that they were now "slammed" at the front, the message could have been conveyed much differently. This young lady definitely needs some training on how to operate in high stress situations such as often happens in the restaurant business. Regardless, we enjoyed our drinks, our meal, and the bartender was fabulous. I highly recommend this place.
The waiter was very helpful. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
Seasons 52 never disappoints. Thanks!!
Seasons 52 went above and beyond to make our ladies birthday lunch extra special - cards, roses & dessert for the birthday girls and a champagne toast for the table. Thank you!!! Our lunch was delicious and the service very good. I personally loved my steak salad.
Food and customer service was AMAZING!!! Will be back!!!
The food we ordered was excellent! The Chilean sea bass was perfectly cooked and the filet mignon was flavorful and tender. Excellent service.
Food and service was very good but we were especially impressed with the way Seasons 52 honored our friends' 50th birthday - a choice of little desserts, a candle and even a card signed by all the staff. Made the evening celebration even more memorable and we thank you.
Cody our server was awesome!!!
Food was just ok! Nothing major. Service was great as we sat at the bar and it wasn’t busy. Ambiance is great for date night or family night. I’m a foodie so I probably wouldn’t return unless that got better.
Seasons 52 is a go to place for me. They never disappoint
Wonderful attention from our charming, friendly, efficient waitress!!!
New Years Eve Dinner. Had a great time. Sam, our server, was very nice and efficient.
Bad service, food okay.
We went for New Year’s Dinner (as we did last year). Unlike last year, it was REALLY loud. And our green beans were not done (raw). Our waitress was great!
We will return again for dinner, but not NYE.
Nice nice nice
Last year on NYE we received champagne at the door, we were seated within 10min of our reservation.
SO we came back again this year for NYE and it was... subpar.
Our reservation was at 7:45 we werent seated until 8:30, no champagne even though it was advertised. We were seated at a very large table when our party was only of 7, they told us there was a party of 12 after us so they had already set up the table. In my mind thats saying eat fast we have a bigger party after you. Our waitress was not in a good mood and let us all know. She refused to take more drink orders saying that the bar was already backed up. We sent back 3 our of our 7 plates cause they were incorrect received no comp due to the lack of time or anything else. Our drinks did take 20+ min to arrive at the table.
the dessert was disgusting, honestly I threw it up.
I expected alot more fine dining and was very disappointed.
My husband is vegan. We love how there is something for everyone.
I always enjoying dining here; however, last time I barely had a piece of chicken on the chicken flatbread.
Seasons 52 was spectacular. I treated my Wife and Daughter to a late lunch after leaving the Shen Yun performance and the food was just as colorful, visually pleasing and the taste was off the charts. Thank you Seasons 52 for making our first visit to your establishment an enjoyable one. See you soon!
It was a busy Christmas Eve but we were seated on time and had exceptional service and food.
We have come here numerous times ever since it opened. There are a few dishes we love, namely the filet and a couple of flatbreads We have had a couple of fairly horrible experiences, and our last visit was one of those.
We had a reservation for Christmas eve for four. We arrive and were seated fairly quickly. The restaurant was at capacity, with every table and party room being used. We expected to possibly have slower than normal service. But what we experienced was nothing short of bizarre.
We were seated, and within a few minutes our waitress showed up and asked for our drink order. All we wanted at that point was water, and my wife wanted a straw and lemon. She dropped off the water and then sped away. No straws or lemon. A few minutes later, she came up behind me and asked if we wanted to order appetizers. I said we did, but my wife still wanted lemon and a straw. She barely let me get that out before walking away. That was the last time our waitress came to our table.
We waited about 15-20 minutes just sitting there. Our waitress went to all the tables around us, but never came back to our table. Nor would she even make eye contact when she walked past. Evidently she decided she was not going to wait on us. I had hardly said 10 words to her to ask for water, lemon, and a straw. Had not been rude at all.
After sitting there watching every table and booth around us be waited on, I went to the hostess stand and asked for a server or manager. A manager showed up and apologized, but offered no explanation why our server decided she was not going to wait on us, or why we had just been sitting there with no service. Evidently, the servers can decide they don't want to wait on a table and just walk away without finding someone else to serve the table.
Another server showed up and waited on us. My meal was the pork loin and it was the worst food I have ever had there. My wife's and my kids' food was good. I should have gotten the filet.
Crammed people into a back room on Christmas Eve. Will never come here again on Christmas Eve. Waiter kept talking about how crazy it was. Very unprofessional. Took 15 minutes just to get water. Rented chairs very uncomfortable.
Food was sub-par. I sent back my Mac And cheese because it was hard and tasted terrible. Was replaced with spinach, which was good. The Salmon was just ok. Nothing special.
Season 52 at Westheimer was an extreme downgrade to the Seasons 52 I was a frequent customer in North Bethesda, Maryland. I was first shocked by how dismissive the staff were. I had a reservation and the place wasnt a full capacity and was being taken to bar area. That made no sense. So I asked for me and girlfriend to be seated in the main area like the rest of the couples dining. Once we're seated no special mentioned (Bethesda always tells you that). We order coffee and drinks. We get the coffee.....and its....WARM to Cold when you put the milk in it. You can tell it was old coffee. Strike 2!!!! Strike 3 - After we get our drinks its not busy but the waitress took long periods and just rolled by a few times and said nothing. It was totally unreal, unexpected, and more.
Never going back because I was excited to see one in Houston but truly disappointed because that's not the Seasons 52, I know.
Step your game up folks. North Bethesda's Season's 52 could teach help with that.
Service was good but the food was underwhelming.
Staff Holiday celebration
Celebrated a friend’s birthday. There were 3 in our party and we were each given a complimentary desert. Overall a very good experience.
Service and food was exceptional. Great lively ambiance.
Everything was wonderful. We sat in the bar area in a booth next to the dining area. I could hear the entire conversation of the table next to us. It was as if we were at the same table. And their waiter was really loud. Seasons 52 on Westheimer is my favorite: very classy, table clothes, seasonal, fresh, local food. I never thought of putting broccoli on a flatbread but it was amazing!
Amazing. Food was outstanding as usual. Our party of 5 was treated as if we were the only one there. Thank you for a great evening. ♥️
Great food, attentive staff and just the right portions. We all enjoyed our meal and will definitely be returning soon.
