From the moment you arrive there is complete professionalism and friendliness. The smiles from the staff is friendly and genuine and the service, and food is supreme.

Waiter Aaron was cool as a fan! And exchanged my drink when I told him I didn’t like it with no problem!

Filet was tender, tasty, very good! Service was slow, one waiter for many tables around 6:30pm, they were short handed on a Saturday evening. It takes a lot to upset me but Otherwise, overall great!

The cauliflower was excellent, but not so much the crab, and mushroom appetizer. The pizza was a little low on the scale too. I have had the roma tomato pizza when it was so delicious. Service is always great and so is the ambiance but the food was definitely a little off this trip.

My lady and I arrived a few minutes early and were seated immediately. She ordered the grilled salmon salad and I had the pork tenderloin. Bot meals were outstanding. The portions were just right for the evening meal. We shared a chocolate dessert.

Unfortunately as is typical with most Houston restaurants, the noise level was active and it was not easy to have a conversation. The ambiance is very nice, but the noise takes away from it being a place for a romantic dinner. Recommend only if you want to have a dinner out for a change as opposed to staying home.

We had a reservation at 8:45. With it being a busy evening they were only :15 minutes behind schedule which was perfectly understandable. We got a drink at the bar and waited. Once seated at 9:00pm, we looked over the menu deciding on drinks and appetizers we’d want to order. 9:10pm, no waiter has come by. 9:20pm no waiter has come by. 9:30pm, still no waiter. At which time we chose to stand up and leave the restaurant heading over across the street to Toulouse. In the 30 minutes that Seasons 52 couldn’t manage to approach a seated table, an equally busy Toulouse served drinks, took orders, brought out appetizers and we even had our full meals. To say that Seasons 52 provided the worst restaurant experience I’ve had would be an understatement. Take your business to another restaurant.

Let me start by saying we have been to this restaurant numerous times, and this is the only time the experience has been less than 5 stars!

We went for Valentines dinner and we had a 7:00 reservation, but at 7:10 they were still seating 6:45 reservations. I know it is an unusually busy night, but I felt they overbooked.

We finally got seated and placed our appetizer and entree orders. A short time later one appetizer arrived we finished it and waited another 10 minutes before the second appetizer arrived.

After finishing both appetizers we waited another 20 minutes before asking the manager to check on our entrees. She came back a couple of minutes later to apologize for the delay and offered to buy us a round of drinks. We declined her offer and instead she comped both appetizers and bought all 4 of us dessert.

Our entrees were delivered less than 10 minutes later and were hot and delicious. While we experienced some service issues I felt that management compensated us very fairly. Given that and our past experiences with Seasons 52 we will definitely return.

Unfortunately we had reservation for early evening on Valentine's day. Not a good idea at all. Resstaurant fully booked all rooms and we ate at temporary table in banquet room. Next Valentine it is grilled steak at home.

My husband and I made reservations for Valentine's Day, and we were packed into one of the large back rooms like sardines -- our table was literally 6 inches away from the tables next to us, our chairs were those super uncomfortable chairs used at conferences, servers and food runners had no idea how to read the table chart so we continuously had food brought to our table that was not ours, etc. There were no decorations, or really even any specials, to make up for such an unpleasurable evening.

This was our first time to Seasons 52 and decided to spend our Valentine's dinner there. This turned out into a nightmare dinner. They provided a special menu for their Valentine's drinks. The waitress was okay in service. She seemed more attentive to the table across from us. We placed our order with drinks off their special menu and the Ahi Tuna Tartare. We received the appetizer first within 10 minutes and waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. The drinks were decent. The appetizer was avarage. It felt that the tuna was over taken by the avacado and it didn't have a balance in the taste. I ordered the caramelized grilled sea scollops. I can say that it was definitely not caramelized but charred. The risotto was horrible and it resembled grits. It was over buttered in taste and too mushy for my liking. At this point we ordered our second round of drinks and the wait was long. The manager happened to stop by our table and mentioned to her that we are still waiting for our drinks. Shortly after our waitress showed up with our drinks and mine was disgusting. It definitely didn't taste like the first drink. The manager happened to hear me say this to my husband and she fixed my drink. At this time I mentioned that my chair was bumped and kicked by every wait staff that walked by. This was very unpleasant. Dispute telling the manger this, the bumping and kicking never stopped. I was ready to bolt from this place. We skipped dessert and were ready to leave ASAP. I never plan to return to this place and wish I booked at Le Colonial instead. Ironically, my friends recommended that I should go elsewhere but I didn't listen and instead kept my reservation at Seasons 52. I do not recommend this place as it's over rated. This was definitely a Valentine's nightmare.

We did our Valentine’s Day dinner a day early as we were both working the following night. The food was really good and our waiter did a great job! It was a very nice touch that since they knew it was our Valentine’s Day dinner they gave us both champagne and a dessert for free.

Even thought our reservation said 7 pm, season 52 claimed they had 4:30 and didn’t honored our reservation. Valentine’s eating at the bar counter!!! Stinks! They said it is open table’s fault

I do not care for the new salad bowls they are using...prefer the plates. Portions seemed to have changed. I have been going to Seasons 52 for quite a long time so I know this place very well.
I see change but in my opinion not for the best
