I always like coming here. The food and service is always good and it is good people watching. Server was slow to see if I wanted another glass of wine, but other than that, it was good.

This was our first visit. Service was great. My daughters Chilean Sea Bass was over cooked which was disappointing. My scallop dinner was excellent. Our appetizer was excellent. Our server was great and handled the mishap swiftly to our satisfaction. I really believe this was a fluke. We would absolutely go back.

Setting:
When you first walk in the first thing you notice is the beautiful ambiance, elegance, and detail of the the restaurant’s decor. However after that it’s takes a fairly large dip in what’s most important which is the food and somewhat the service.

Food:
I know everybody’s tastebuds are different, and fresh food especially when it comes to seafood has a noticeably different taste which is supposed to add to the quality, but everything about the food was bland and lacking. I literally taste as if the food was cooked wIthout seasoning other than the smoke from the grill. I had the the salmon as well as a Maine lobster tail and my girl had the lamb and a lobster tail as well and we shared the lobster bisque. Her lamb was slightly over cooked and the lobster tail was also and overly smoked. Everything about my salmon was terrible and I had to force myself to eat half of it solely because I was hungry and we both ate light lunches in order to save our appetite for this dinner. For me to be as hungry as I was and it still taste as bad as it did was really disappointing. I know lobster, it’s is my favorite dish, and I spent 3 months a year in Maine for 2 years. This was very sub par lobster.

Service:
The waitress herself and her personality was nice but the skill of timeliness was lacking. After first two times she came to our table it would take 15 minutes if that to see her again. As far as her presentation in a place of this caliber it was good. I can tell she was taught wine presentation and she made an effort to follow it. I have been to other places where wine is a big part of the menu and the forget the simple things in presentation which separates the class of a restaurant.

Overall for my $126 meal (including tip) I was not satisfied. When you come to places like this, for the prices you pay comes with a level of expectation. None of mine were met other than the wine. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I recommend The Gage in Downtown Chicago instead!

Great salmon. Attentive service; Robert was wonderful. Parking was terrible and we had to park across the street at Streets of Woodfield, but we love Seasons. Will probably do a late lunch next time. Place mobbed but they honored our reservation on time. Service, everytime we have been there, is the best and it was sooo crowded last Sunday at dinner.

I loved it when everything on the menu was below a certain calorie amount. And I also loved it when there was new menu offerings every season. It was a year since our last visit, and everything on the menu was the same.

Love this restaurant. Good service and food. Parking is difficult. We’re initially seated at at table between two others so we asked to move. Able to talk. Good experience over all

Disappointed in menu not made- to-order for patrons with dietary restrictions. With a pricey menu, I would expect to have freshly made food. Wait staff was nice but better suited for a bar atmosphere.

I love that our reservation time is honored and we were seated in the area we asked for. Our waitress was really nice, attentive and helpful when I was making my food choice. We also had a drink at the bar and they were really good! Thank you for a wonderful evening.😊

I had a Filet and it was cooked just perfectly and extremely tasty.
My wife had fish and as well she loved it.
We each enjoyed our deserts and topped of the meal with a good bottle of wine .
Been here before and have always enjoyed and appreciated their efforts towards good quality.
We will be back.

We made reservations at 8 pm. We went to check in and the hostess could have acknowledge us sooner. It was a couple of minutes before she took care of us. Once she checked us in, we waited only 10 min before we were seated. They gave us a booth which was perfect. Our waitress was really great! The ambiance was perfect for romantic valentine's day dinner. The food was surperb. Highly recommend.

Great place, had the Valentines Dinner for 2 and brought another couple too. Carol was our waitress and one your best. We do like to dine in the booths in the bar because it is so much quieter or the back room. Noise level in the open dining area when full is very hard to hear your people with which you are dining.
Other than that! All is good.
