Fantastic customer service and excellent food.
Seasons 52 never disappoints - wonderful appetizers, entrees and always - desserts!!
They had an unusually high number of large parties all at the same time which made the noise level very uncomfortable. Hard to hold a conversation even in a booth.
Wonderful service, Carol, and delicious food! Thank you!
Great healthy food. Terrific selections. Loved the desserts. Attentive service. Will go back.
Our Server was fantastic & expertly explained all menus but took special attention to dessert. Can’t go wrong here!
Was an excellent dinner. Best woodfired fish ever. GReat presentation and deserts.
Great atmosphere as well.
We went to Seasons 52 for our wedding anniversary. We were wished a happy anniversary and given a sweet card from the staff upon our arrival. Each server and staff member made a point of wishing us a happy anniversary and we were given complimentary deserts. What nice touches to make us feel special! Our server, Amanda B, was super nice, competent and the gave us the right amount of attentiveness. Amanda B was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to give us insight into the dishes to help us make our decisions. And we were extremely happy with our decisions! We had the prosciutto and asparagus flatbread for a starter. For the main course, my husband had the Chilean Sea Bass and I had the Cedar plank roasted salmon. Both were delicious! For desert my husband had the pecan desert and I had the key lime desert...just the right amount to complete our meal experience. We will definitely come back to this restaurant again!
As always, exceptional food and service!
Great food! One of my favorite restaurants. Love this place!
Seasons 52 never disappoints. Food was delicious and seasonal and the service was fantastic! Stephanie was knowledgeable and a delight! Thank you for a wonderful evening.
It was a great experience!
Seasons 52 in Schaumburg has become one of my family's favorite places. The food is always Outstanding - we had flatbreads and soup and salads and great entrees - scallops, trout, salmon, meatloaf - and all but licked the plate. The trout my mom had was so large she took half of it home. And the desserts are always fabulous! Our only quibble is the noise level - we were there on a Wednesday night and it was loud. The prices are not cheap but not crazy expensive either. Bottom line - go to Seasons - you will be so glad you did.
It is quite lively, so hard to hear others if in a large group. Otherwise a great place with wonderful food and fabulous service.
One of my new favorites! Everything is so fresh and flavorful can’t wait to go back
The table needs refinishing - it was awful to the touch. Decor seems a bit dated. Our server had to be reminded of the risotto order (the risotto was somewhat undercooked and lacked a true risotto flavor).
Our server, Terri, was friendly as was a second server who finished our table service.
We’ve previously had fabulous meals here. Tonight was not as good with the cauliflower appetizer short on cheese, the truffle Mac & cheese also short on cheese (dry) and the scallops over cooked. The halibut was excellent.
A perfect spot for a celebration!
Great food, great service, were running a little behind getting people seated but not much.
Waitress very rude and long waiting, my reservation was at 6:30 we sit after 45 minutes
The most disappointing experience at Seasons 52. The restaurant decided to stop bar service and add tables beside the bar. The stools were high and uncomfortable, resulting in exacerbating my back pain. In addition, as several tables had stools in the aisle, I was concerned inadequate aisle spacing was present in the event of an emergency. Due to heavy occupancy (Mother’s Day and Graduation Celebrations) the service was slow. My wife did not enjoy her entree, the beef ribs and I did not enjoy the Shrimp and Grits as it was heavy tomato base. In summary a waste of >$100. I believe the restaurant sacrificed customer and employee safety and customer service for higher revenue and profit.
Even with a reservation we had to wait 30 minutes .... but it didn't spoil a lovely meal!
When we arrived the restaurant was very crowded, many groups waiting for tables. So many people it was a challenge to find a place to stand. At first appearance, it seemed out of control. But, the wait for our reservation time was brief and completely acceptable. When the server arrived at our table, she was friendly, focused, and thorough. I was impressed with her service and the service of the kitchen under the circumstances. They were all moving fast and working hard, but never rushed us or cut short their explanations and follow up. My compliments to the whole team, we had a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner thanks to all your hard work and professionalism!
Dine there once a week with my husband, always take all her kids and grandchildren for our birthdays, anniversaries, is an any other special occasion. I think I take this survey once a week in each and every time I will still request for the piano bar to come back!!! We hear so many people complain that it’s not there, please bring it back
Food is always good and great ambience.
Seafood was excellent. Crazy busy but sat in 10+ reservation time.
The service was outstanding. For a very busy Mother's Day, our wait time was less than 5 minutes. We weren't rushed at all. We were able to hold our conversation in normal tones despite the restaurant being at capacity. The variety of food was perfect for our party; one child, one vegetarian, one with a light appetite and one with a big appetite. We enjoyed our experience at Seasons 52 enormously.
We were here Mother's Day and they were swamped. Had a 3pm reservation for 4 and was very disappointed to have to wait to be seated until 3:30, and YES all members of my party were present at 3pm.
Once we got past that the meal and service was very good. We enjoy this place...but never again on a holiday!
It was Mother’s Day and very busy which accounts for the less than stellar choice for service. The food was very good. We had a filet, shrimp and grits and BBQ meatloaf. We were all very pleased with our choices. The flatbread appy was also very good though I missed my favorite goat cheese flatbread.
We are coming to Season52 since years and unfortunately I have to say, that our last visit was really disappointing compare to before.
We had a 1.30 pm reservation and had to wait 30 min. to be seated! That is unacceptable! I understand it was mothersday and very busy, but the restaurant should have organized that way better.
I had a salat with salmon and was pretty disappointed again. The salat was mostly greens, 3 pieces of mango and tomato. It was suppose to be a mango salad....
I don't know if there quality sank in general or just that day, but it was not a good experience.
We were there for Mother's Day, so although the food was excellent, service was on the slow side, but we did not complain. The pineapple martinis were awesome, so we enjoyed conversation while we patiently waited.
We also noticed that other tables received a rose for each female before they left after dining, but when the 3 of us left, none of us were given a rose. Not sure what that was about.
All in all, we will return, as it's a great place to dine. We were just surprised at the lack of attention we received on this day.
The beet salad was very good. One of us had the salmon, one the scallops and the other person had the trout. We all thought our meal was very good. Our server Tommy was attentive but not overbearing. The dessert shooters are just the right size . We all agreed Seasons 52 is one of our favorites for fresh, well prepared food.
Celebrated Mother's Day there and it was wonderful. My mother has food allergies and the server along with a personal visit to the table by the chef made sure her food was perfect!! Another wonderful experience at Seasons 52 in Schaumburg
It was a great Mother’s Day brunch
Joined for Mother’s Day brunch! Fabulous food and service!
Great food and service. The portions were a bit small, especially for kids’ items, which hurts value a bit.
My server was outstanding but the for the price the food wasn’t that good! I won’t be recommending or going to this restaurant again.
We get that we went Mother’s day weekend and it was busy but the menu sounds way better then what it actually is. And so expensive! Sadly we won’t be returning.
Waited one hr for our table ,than the waiter was very depressing couldn't offer any thing on the menu that was good to eat and was sat in the bar area , manager did come over at the end of are meal and took care of are check wasn't looking for that but she was very nice so maybe your reservation on open table needs help because while we were standing there my husband was able to book a table for a early time than are reservation something needs fixing
