Seasons 52 - Schaumburg Ratings and Reviews
We had outstanding service from Rachael. When we were seated, she greeted me by name through the reservation. We had indicated a birthday celebration on our reservation, and when we were seated there was a handwritten card from the restaurant on the table for the birthday girl. Everyone in our party ordered something different, and everything was excellent.
Everything was excellent, when being seated we asked for a quieter table in the corner which the hostess happily did. Two minutes later two managers politely came up to us and asked if we could move as the table next to us was empty and needed to be moved together for a larger party. We did so and continued through the rest of our excellent dinner. Breanna was an excellent server throughout the meal. At the end of the meal Breanna explained that the manager had removed three appetizers because they were happy we moved tables for them. Along with that breanna took it upon herself to give us 4 deserts to go. The manager came up and thanked us again and explained the same thing happened earlier and they would not move for them and that good behavior is rewarded . 5 stars from beginning to end.
Firday night at Seasons 52 and the place was hopping. The complimentary valet parking helped, but took up a lot of parking spaces in the lot. That being said, the four of us got seated quickly and were able to take advantage of the happy hour specials. Two glasses of wine and a flatbread starter. We had the Roma tomato flatbread with basil. Very nice with red wine. For dinner, most of us had the braised short ribs on cheesy grits with root veg. Very nice and savory...good for a cold winter evening. Service was solid but it was clear our server was hopping all over. Overall an excellent meal!
The appetizer and meal both lacked flavor. Presentation was there but that was it. The green beans on my dish where steamed with nothing in them, no seasoning, broth, butter or juice of any kinds. They were just steamed and dry. I can do that at home, I go out for better.
Had a reservation for 6:30 last Saturday night restaurant was very busy and waited 20 minutes. Waitress was not very engaging and was very unattived
Food was not up to par ordered the Chilean sea bass was seasoned with too much salt.
In the past was always a great experience but not this time.
Seasons 52 does not disappoint! I had the Lobster Bisque to start which was rich and delish with flakes of lobster. I had the sea bass for my entree and it was prepared perfectly and was really tasty. To finish, I had the carrot cake dessert which was the perfect size and finish to a great meal. If you are not a fan of any of the items, not to worry, the menu is very extensive and has something for everyone.
Carol was our server and she was probably the best server I have ever had. Very knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. It was an all-around excellent dining experience!
Pleasant bartender served drinks at the bar before our table was ready right on the reserved time. Our server explained the specials in a manner that made us want one of each and gave us time to consider the rest of the menu so we didn't feel rushed on a busy Saturday night. Food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and birthday celebration. We'll go back, gladly!
We had dinner at the Season's 52 restaurant in Schaumburg this past Saturday night. We were celebrating a friends birthday. The wait staff was friendly and respectful. They waited on the table in a very timely manner. We were celebrating a birthday. The birthday boy didn't care for the meatloaf so he ordered the chicken, secondly. Not only did Season's 52 not charge for the meat loaf, they didn't charge for the chicken either! The Manager came over and spoke to us. This was very thoughtful as I haven't experienced this type of impeccable service in a long long time. A huge thank you to the owner and staff here! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a lot of reasons. They really care about their customers and make sure you are happy! Thank you so much!
I have dined at Seasons 52 many times. I tend to visit for special occasions. This visit was no exception as it was a friend's birthday. I noted that in the Open Table reservation and there was a card for her on the table when we arrived. Valet parking is available on weekends and affordable ($5). The ambiance is upscale but warm and inviting. Our waiter, Robert, provided just the right level of service. Never hovering, but always there when needed. From our starter of wild mushroom flatbread with goat cheese to the salads, entrees, and wonderful mini desserts, everything was really terrific. If you haven't been there, give it a try!
