Seasons 52 made the day extra special for my friend who turned 50! Rose petals on the table, champagne, and a sign we’re decorating the table for us when we came in. The manager stopped by with a rose. The server was very helpful and knowledgeable about wine and the menu. Food was excellent!
This is my favorite restaurant but the server was over attentive and constantly at the table. My friends and I could hardly talk. Overkill
Our waitress was very accommodating. We arrived just before Happy Hour was ending & she made sure our wine & flatbread were charged to us at the lower rate. The new Spring menu was also a great deal. I had the strawberry spinach salad & scallop entire. Both were delicious.
Fish was very dry. Server was excellent.
Pretty much everything other than the food/price at Seasons 52 was great. The quality and quantity of food is a bit lacking for the price. Staff is very friendly and had very nice Birthday accommodations that was very classy. I was disappointed that most of the dishes I wanted to order were not available.
The appetizers were really good and the desert but the food was not so great
Another good meal. I like the lower calorie options but still feel full when I leave. Good selection. Can always substitute carbs for veggies.
Been here many times. Server Mercedes does d not seem to be having a good day. Seemed less than enthusiastic to serve us. Eventually warmed up. Food was good but took some time to arrive while the restaurant was hardly full.
The Service was great and they gave us some extra treats for our anniversary. The trout was excellent and the filet was tender and cooked perfectly (MR), both with complimenting veggies. Would have liked melted butter for the side of lobster but it was still good.
The people were the game changer! We've been to other Seasons 52 locations (OakBrook, Florida, Arizona) but this one was the best...because of the people. While the front desk hospitality was average, the bartenders (especially the guy who took us through the changing of the wine list and made great recommendations and one of the women who taught me about some local gins) and Peter, our waiter, were exceptional. We were there to celebrate our 89-year-old mom's birthday and he made her feel special...he tuned in to her, he joked with her, he brought her a rose and made the dessert part special. And, he made the rest of us feel great, too! Food was mostly great (chilean sea bass, seasonal mushroom flatbread, grits), but the seared tuna was over done especially around the tail part (which typically isn't included since its not the best part of the fish). Overall, it was a wonderful evening! Will definitely go back.
My girlfriend and I visit Seasons 52 quite often. The dishes are always fresh and tasty.
They were changing over their menu but server indicated to us that we should pick 2-3 backup entrees and wine selections. This was disappointing.
We had a great experience. Our server was very knowledgeable and he didn’t rush us. The food was excellent.
Mary the manager came to our table to see how we were doing. She brought us two roses to celebrate our 43 years of marriage.
We felt very welcomed and special.
We will definitely be back.❤️
My girlfriends and I met for lunch and really need time to support one of our group. Our server was amazing. She was available, but let us talk for several hours. She was able to accommodate multiple dietary requests with grace. The food was tasty. Overall, just what we all needed.
Great, once we figured out why the raspberry lemonade drink was too sweet and not the same as usual. Apparently, the mix was not right.
Great shrimp and grits the bet salad was great to as was the setvice
Excellent food & excellent service!! Thanks!!
Perfect food portions. Delicious food, the service of Tony our server was very good. The hostess staff tucked us away in a nice booth that was open (per my request) that made the night/experience extra special! Thanks for a great night out!!
I’ve been to Seasons 52 before and this one of the worst experience from a food perspective. The food was bland and unexpectable. Our server Lel was amazing and offered us other items. The manager was kind enough comp the meal and again offered other items. Was just disappointed based on past experiences.
Wonderful atmosphere and fresh, delicious food. Thoroughly enjoyed my evening and my meal at Seasons 52! And I am looking forward to returning soon to try their spring menu.
This is one of my favorite restaurants, but this visit didn't quite meet expectations. Service was very good - no complaints. Beet salad was fabulous and the lobster flat bread was enjoyed by all. I typically order either the scallops, salmon or tuna. On this night I and another guest ordered the tuna. Mine was supposed to be rare. The dishes came and the tuna thickness was remarkably thin. That caught my attention, but worse it was cooked to medium. I was with a client so I'm not going to send it back. Then, that evening had a minor GI problem. I can't pin it on the food, but it didn't help the evening.
I'll be back for sure. One misstep won't keep me away, but I hope it is not a trend.
As always (almost) the service was great, ditto for the food (especially for this night when I was in the mood for light: flatbreads which are great, ditto for the soup, a great soup, AND a baby dessert). I definitely recommend for people in our Northwest suburb of Chicago. We're not blessed with infinite choices for nice dining, at a good value. In other words, it's not cheap, but, you can have a good meal, and a good visit with family or friends...and you don't have to break the bank (unless you want to).
Service was poor. Requested a bread basket which we received after we finished our salads and after our entrée was delivered. Requested butter and told the kitchen only had melted butter. Does that make sense? Ordered the filet mignon that had caulili. Was served asparagus without server telling me the kitchen had no caulili. Server and kitchen did not seem in touch with each other.
Always good food and service here. Generous portions, enthusiastic staff. Should come more often.
I love the fresh food and drinks at Seasons 52. Our last visit the server was a little overbearing. She was at our table way too frequently interrupting our conversations to make sure everything was okay. While I appreciate the attentive service, it was just too much. Then since there was a private party it took 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee and then we never were offered another cup. The server did come back and tell us it all went to the private group and they were brewing more, but really, they couldn't spare one cup from the private group??? It was the first time I was disappointed there, so I would still recommend the restaurant.
Great food and atmosphere. It was a little loud and that made conversation ackward.
Seasons 52 always has outstanding food, we always are satisfied with our visit, but this meal was also accompanied by outstanding service, and a really great atmosphere. We had booked a 7 PM reservation, we arrived a few minutes early and they said that it would be a few minutes before our table was ready, it was Saturday night so the wait was understandable. Not one minute later we were greeted by a member of the staff who brought champagne for our wait. I have never had this experience before and it set the table for what turned out to be an outstanding meal. We would definitely return to Seasons 52.
Seasons 52 does not disappoint on any level. I ordered the plank salmon entree which was delicious and very pretty to look at. Our party of four ordered the avocado toast for an appetizer which was very good .
The restaurant was busy but not too loud. The service was excellent , we have zero complaints.
Food was amazing a little pricey
Server was nice however we were hanging out after we ate it seemed like the server was upset he kept coming to taking things off the table. The one thing that bothered us is that he took the check off the table long before we left
They offered many things to celebrate my birthday. It was nice to feel special.
The chef at Seasons 52 in Schaumburg is one of the only chefs who knows how to cook scallops correctly, seared perfectly and not fleshy inside. Torah ( not sure if I spelled his name correctly) has been the reason why I love to dine there. He actually served my food himself and of course it was awesome!
Everything was perfect for our anniversary.compliment from season 52 ( rose and deserts) made our dinner more romantic, thanks
We love Seasons 52 and go there often, but the parking SUCKS!!
Food was amazing and service was outstanding. We went for our anniversary. We had been there before. The staff definitely took care of us on a very busy Friday. Our waiter was extremely service oriented and made us feel special. We will be back.
As always, an outstanding time at Seasons 52. I made a reservation, good thing, it was a VERY busy Friday night. The food, wine, and service were wonderful. The only negative was that it was quite cold where we were seated.
Seasons 52 never disappoints. Loved the grilled artichokes w/ hummas! The bar area is where we prefer to sit and the booths are very comfy. Look forward to our next dinner here.
Great girls night out place for dinner and wine. Food was delicious and the mini desert “shots” are fabulous!
always love seasons 52.. excellent food, vegan options.
Alyssa K was our server and was perfect. professional, polite, kind.
Service was a bit off (slow and disorganized) which is unusual for Seasons52 Schaumburg. Felt like the server was new to the role and they were really too busy to handle our table.
Food & drink was up to the standards: solid & excellent.
Met a out of town guest for dinner here. Our first time dining at this location, normally visit the Oakbrook location. Very nice ambiance, a bit loud and VERY crowded for a Wednesday. Parking was terrible and the only option was to Valet.
