This was our second visit, both dinners were miserable. The food is mediocre at best. Although the wait staff on both occasions were excellent. The hostesses are a truly an unfriendly, unprofessional lot. Our first visit was during a very busy time which was the reason we decided to go here again. It was a mistake. Our first visit we waited 90 minutes for a table - hostesses said wait would be 30 to 45 minutes. For our second visit we made sure we had a reservation. It was not busy but we still had to wait more than 15 minutes and they were not nice about it. Waiter was great but the food was not. The menu is strange. The salmon had a very fishy taste - I questioned the freshness. The BBQ chicken salad was truly awful. The greens dressing was off and the chicken had that “ I was frozen then thrown on the grill” taste. Granted we did not complain, we paid our bill included a generous tip but we won't be back.

Seasobs52UTC is the closest to my home. Problem is it's so noisy you cannot hear your dining companions. I made reservation advising it was a Birthday. No acknowledgement of that by staff or waiter. Ordered Nantucket scallops special , one other diner ordered same. Both plates were dry and not presented well. I requested bread and was told it we 2.90 extra??? Since when ? There were 3 of us. We ordered appetizer and cocktails and dessert. Bill was 150.00 approx with no bread. Probably will not be back.

We were stuck in the very back room which looked to be overflow for a busy lunch day. Would have happily waited to not sit in there, terrible. Service was almost non-existent since they had sections in the main area. Unhappy experience.

Overall it is a pretty good restaurant, however that night ( Saturday Night) was not in my best shot, the service was slow and food was mediocre! I still give 4 stars it because in my past experiences were good enough. It is nice to eat there and shopping in the newly renovated UTC mall!

Waiting 30 minutes past your reservation time is simply not acceptable. The manager did buy our glasses of wine to compensate but we had to eat so fast and only ordered apps so we could leave quickly to catch a show. Very disappointed in this restaurant.

Our server Andrew was charming and so helpful with his description about the different scallop dishes on the menu this week. We were happy when the dishes came out exactly as he described. His level of service was perfect; attentive without hovering.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Had drinks and flatbread in the lounge area while waiting for a specific server to come on the floor. (More on our server in a moment). The Meyer Lemonade was so yummy! I highly recommend it. Our server in the lounge was very friendly and clearly had a working knowledge of the menu. After a short while, we were taken to our table. Here our server was Denise. One of the very best, which is why we requested her. She asked us questions about our preferences and what we were in the mood for and then made recommendations. My daughter in law was so glad she ordered the scallops and risotto based off of Denise’s suggestion. My son ordered a steak that was not cooked to his preference. No problem! The entire plate was removed and a properly cooked steak with fresh mashed potatoes and veggies was returned a few minutes later. In the meantime, Denise offered him a soup or salad to give him something to eat while he waited. I had the grilled trout which was delicious. Overall, we had a great meal with even greater service. We highly recommend Seasons 52.

Thanksgiving Dinner with Fam. Service and food was great! Only issue was we had a 7pm reservation, arrived 5-10 minutes before, and waited til 730pm to be seated. Manager did send free apps our way but 30 minutes late is bad!

Thanksgiving and the place was packed! Seated within 5 minutes of the reservation time at a table on the patio. With so many large parties, first thought was oh I hope they don’t forget we’re here. Then Chance, our waiters name, arrived and made this a fabulous evening. Knew the menu, great wine recommendation, never on top of us , but always available if needed.
We will go back to dine more often, and request Chance every time. Great evening!

While the all-inclusive price was better than most Thanksgiving day meals the food was unremarkable. Everything was eatable except something that I think was supposed to be stuffing or a stuffing substitute. It was a gelatinous mass and uneatable. The turkey was moist but flavorless, the green beans and mash potatoes were ok but nothing memorable. The sweet potatoes were grainy and watery. Portion sizes were on the small side but I didn’t mind because it wasn’t like I wanted more of that unexceptional fare. When you go out for any dinner on a special occasion or holiday you expect something better. One the upside staff was friendly but unorganized. I never got a refill on my tea but did get three refills of water.

So over all I would not recommend Seasons 52 to anyone.

Delicious food, tasty cocktails and wonderful service! The ambiance, however, was eh. This isn’t a knock on Seasons 52, but I️ find that every time I book a reservation through OpenTable, we’re always seated in the most unfavorable section of a restaurant, the same went for this restaurant, as well. I️ was concerned that service would suffer because of our location, but luckily it wasn’t an issue at all. Next time I’ll be more specific in my reservation and see if that makes a difference.

Our server, Brooke, made my Birthday extra special with her sparkling personality and Outstanding service (especially when you know how fussy my 3 friends were!!)
We continue to celebrate our birthdays with you because of the TLC you give us with the champagne toast, picture & of course the delicious mini dessert!!

Make a reservation in advance to avoid the crowds. They are notably busy on Fridays and weekends. They have a great variety on their menu that fits everyone’s palate. The have a wonderful selection of happy hour menu. We came here for our Anniversary dinner with our 5 year old. They have free Wifi so our daughter enjoyed watching her shows on her iPad. The food is delicious, the price is right, the service is great. Greatly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.

For some reason, the service which started out very well became very poor. Tables that arrived after us were served before us and some were gone by the time our main course was delivered. Considering that we ordered filets medium rear, I don't understand why it took approximately 45 minutes after our soup and salad were delivered to receive the main course. We sat down at 5:45 and did not receive our main course till approximately 7:00. Then I could not get the waitresses attention to bring our bill, which was incorrect when finally delivered. We were almost late for our 7:30 movie which was less a 5 minute walk from the restaurant. They did try to make amends by giving us a small gift card. From now on, I will only eat in the bar area.
