Seasons 52 is my favorite go-to restaurant for lunch and often dinner. I have my favorite table and usually get it. (Some parts of the restaurant can be noisier than others.). Food is unique, fresh and always outstanding (its name should tell you about its commitment to fresh). I have a favorite server, Jason, who is always attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Services is always great.
Melvin our server was outstanding
Season's 52 wasn't anything special. Food was average at best and service was adequate. Just an average experience.
You need to update your vegan menu...it has been the same for many seasons.
Unfortunately we had a horrible experience dining last weekend at Seasons 52 in La Jolla. After waiting over 40 minutes for our meals, we had to send 3 meals back because 1 was cold and the wrong salmon was served and the other two had chicken that was black from being over cooked. The waiter kindly agreed that the food was not up to their standard in the least and graciously took it back. After waiting another 20 minutes for the food to be re-cooked, we asked for a time line. His response was that the kitchen was behind and that it would be about 30-40 minutes because our ticket was at the bottom. Why would our ticket be at the bottom for a mistake that they already made?? He went on to say that it would be better for him to just take it off the bill
and cancel it. I was shocked! At this point it was 8:15pm and my 2 kids still had no food (our reservation was 6:45). So we paid the bill and then had to place a phone order to Corner Bakery across the way for 3 meals. We went to ask the hostess to speak with a manager, however it was an empty hostess stand with about 10 people waiting so we just left. First bad experience we’ve ever had at a Seasons 52. The waiter never even apologized. It was pretty bad to say the least!
The food was so-so on this night. Salmon was fishy. Green beans raw. I usually love this place. It’s my favorite restaurant.
80th bday celebration was fantastic!
Was here to celebrate my nieces birthday. Food was great and service was even better!! I will come back and highly recommend this place for a special ocassion.
Birthday/Anniversary
Everything was great except for my charred broccoli with my scallop plate. It was unedible Didn’t complain as I didn’t want to impose on the party mood.
If the chef thinks that’s a good side dish for the delicious risotto and scallops, then they have a much different palate than mine.
As a group, we had a great time. Paul Ericson
Celebrated an office birthday lunch. Arrived to a decorated table with a birthday card, appetizer bite, and champagne. Really made the birthday girl feel special. The food was fresh and delicious and our server was attentive and friendly. Awesome experience!
Our waiter Brad was fabulous. He was very accommodating as my husbands lamb was a little over cooked from the medium rare he orderedz.
Very good just as good as the one in Boca Raton. Open one in Las Vegas
Food is always good and so is the service.
Food was good as well as the service.
We were treated so well that they are now our go to restaurant.
Black Friday lunch tradition. Great as always!!
Very difficult to explain, but very easy to enjoy!
My family and I had our Thanksgiving dinner at the La Jolla Seasons 52. The service, food and ambiance were fantastic!
Brian was great, food was fantastic! Perfect Thanksgiving spot. Will be back next year to continue our new tradition.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving Day Lunch! The restaurant was packed, but the service and food was as fantastic as always!
Very nice Thanksgiving meal- a little too expensive.
We have had a magnificent experience celebrating our mom's birthday there last month. We were able to be at the Chef's Table, which was such an honorable treat, and our waitress was friendly, professional and patient, especially since we had 3 young kids with us. We all had a wonderful celebratory evening, and my mom was pleased that she was able to fish her whole plate and not come back home with leftovers. I've always liked the amount served because I do not believe that more is better, preferring for a lot less and better quality in the food. Desserts were also fantastic, and the kids loved the sophisticated experience.
We were three women celebrating a birthday. The server Josh was just great, we enjoyed the complimentary items for the birthday, food was so good as usual, wine perfect. Just love Seasons at UTC.
Birthday. Waitress was very thoughtful to adults and children - nice touch to bring complementary champagne to adults
It was my girlfriend’s and my anniversary. The team at Seasons 52 went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed. Seasons 52 was where the two of us had our very first date and having mentioned this through Open Table, both the manager Scott and our waitress Amanda made sure to make us feel special. In addition to the amazing food, their service will make this such an unforgettable experience. The both of us are extremely grateful for their hospitality and cannot wait to dine at Seasons 52 again. Thank you to both Scott and Amanda for everything.
Reservations recommended because of the busy atmosphere. The pork tenderloin, scallops and spinach and artichoke dip were amazing as always. The noise level was a bit high, but for the holiday season that is expected. The indoor seating was a bit chilly because of the large doors being left open. I think they should be closed when it is below 70 degrees. Overall, a nice dinner and delicious food.
Pace was perfect, server was attentive, food was excellent. Same as always!
Always great!
Delicious as usual! What more can I say!
Outstanding meal, friendly, timely service, all around wonderful experience
Expensive. Service average.
Terrible service for my team party. We waited 10
Minutes to not even get water. I had to leave and ask the host to get us water since our waitress hadn't even came to our table. The food wasn't worth what you pay and I will
NEVER go back
Here
Very disappointing evening. Food was not as good as it has been in the past. Service was superb but overall not worth the money paid. The booth seat was broken which made for an interesting seating experience.
We made a reservation and were seated shortly after we arrived. We got our favorite spot! The waitress greeted us by "welcome back" which was very nice. The new menu is very interesting. I ordered the cedar plank salmon which has been on the menu a while, but is a favorite of mine. It was perfect. I can't remember what my husband ordered but he like it very much. He was disappointed that his favorite chicken dish is no longer on the menu, but too bad--it's good he tried something new. The service was great, the food was wonderful and we were out in time for our movie. All around a fabulous dining experience.
My wife and I celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary. The service was outstanding! Received complementary champagne to toast our anniversary and a special starter compliments of the chef. Drinks were tasty and the main entrees were delicious. They even threw in complimentary dessert to help close out our celebration!
Lynn was exceptional! Thank you!
Great venue!
Excellent and attentive service with special attention to someone in the party who had a birthday. Appreciated the private room. Food as good as always. Nice all round!
Excellent as always.
I loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove this place
