A great spot in seaport village with a fresh and wide ranging menu that seems fresh and flavorful.
We love coming to Seasons 52.
Their Salmon salad and rainbow trout are awesome. We like to get the ginger agave soda with fresh ginger and fresh mint. Sometimes they don't have the ginger. They can be dissapointing but we still like it.
Superb, superb and did I mention superb? In every way from the tiniest detail such as the bartender stuffing blue cheese in olives for me, to insuring everything was served just as ordered, to the friendliest of service and unrivaled management attention -- it just can't better...but if it can, Season's 52 at the Seaport District will find a way :-)
Excellent food, good service, nice atmosphere. Fixed price menu an excellent value!
Friendly service, great food, Instagram-worthy cocktails.
Seasons 52 was pretty good. Had the pear burrata salad which was the best part of the meal. For entree the scallops. They were ok, almost tasted burned on the outside, but tender on the inside, served with a risotto (just a little bit) that was not anything special, didn't really add to the dish. And the scallops needed something to make them special. I'm not crazy about their desserts, because I don't care for parfaits. However, I love the concept of small size desserts at small prices. Overall, it was a nice atmosphere and service, pretty good food.
Over all service was very good. Flatbread was terrible! Manager actually stopped by and she took off the bill. There was nothing on it. All else was fine.
Seasons 52, Always Fabulous, Always Great Food, Always a super Treat! Can't be Beat.
Seasons 52 is that magical combination of ambiance, authentic food, great service. The menu is created to show the best the season has to offer by way of locally grown veggies served in recognizable, but unique ways. Something to please every palette. The atmosphere fits a business lunch, a first date, or any special occasion. It's high-end, but comfortable. It is a dining experience that will keep you coming back for more.
Great food, can’t go wrong with anything you order. We got many flatbreads and a couple of appetizers. The mini desserts were perfect. We were full by the end but not too full for a few shot glass size desserts!
Seasons 52 is one of my favorite places to enjoy a good meal with family and/or friends. Servers are always great, hosts/hostesses make you feel welcome and the food is seasonal and wonderful. Servings are reasonable size, and the desserts are fabulous. Both the University Town Center location and the Seaport Village location are excellent.
Healthy menu and good wine list.
Amazing lamb shank!
good food and great service, low noise level for business dinner. The tuna was delicious as was the sea bass. Disappointed in the lobster bisque, it was thicker than I like but we had 8 for dinner and everyone was very pleased.
I met some new friends here, and we requested separate checks. Yes, we were THAT table. Our waitress was very accommodating, and I’m very grateful.
Food is great. Interesting and unique menu with great presentation. Great drinks.

Lobster bisque, pepperoni flatbread, crab cakes, and Mahi tacos were all excellent. We will be going back!
Great as always. New dessert was awesome
Best in all of the years we come there, almost weekly. Kelly, our waitress, was so far above, truly unsurpassed, unmatched and unrivaled. Bailey at the front desk was her superb, friendly, welcoming self.
Was a great night dining at Seasons . had a glass of with e at happy hour and braised scallop appetizer, was cooked perfectly !! Date had lobster ravioli which he shared also amazing and lots of lobster chuncks! I had the seared tuna salad and it was a great and full colorful salad dressed perfectly would eat that again and again! Date had the pork tenderloin plate and I think it was a tad over but my date enjoyed his dish very much. They brought a beautiful selection of shot glasses filled with an amazing assortment of desserts and we each had one tbe y were the perfect sweet bite after a lovely meal and $3 each! How could you refuse! Our waiter was great as well as the rest of the staff here! Can't wait to come back again!
One of the things that I noticed most was that the music in the restaurant wasn't so loud that you had to scream across the table to talk with your guests. We actually "talk" to our friends when we have lunch together instead of sitting there texting each other for a discussion....amazing! Thank you Seasons 52 San Diego - Seaport District for the great food and excellent service and enjoyable ambiance, but especially being able to hear each other talk was wonderful! We will definitely return to this restaurant again many times in the future. We have had lunch and dinner at your restaurant at UTC, but had to yell at each other to hear what we were saying. Love this Seaport District restaurant!! It is a lovely and very enjoyable place to relax and enjoy great conversation, delicious food and excellent service!
A family get together at the last minute. It can be hard to find a table for 8 but they had one and it was perfect. Menu was varied enough to satisfy everyone but not so many choices that made it hard to decide. Service and food was really quite good. Recommend.
Another visit to the San Diego Seasons 52: Four of us seated promptly with good service . Enjoyed flat breads, pear salads and salmon done on a board.
Reasonable prices and extensive wine choices by the glass. We will go again when in the area.
Food and service outstanding as usual!👍
Valentine celebration late
Fabulous food and cocktails. The shrimp and grits are decadent and the sea bass was delish. Our server was amazingly great and fun.
The food was so so but the service was distracted at best. I was excited to have lunch here as I had a great experience previously and the food was wonderful. This time I got pretty much ignored and the food, not so good. I won’t be back.
Had reservations at 5:30 for Valentine day, reserved well in advance, this was a special celebration also because we had our 1st date at this restaurant. Requested a booth. We were running 5 mins late and call as a curtsey to let them know. The woman on the phone was so rude, "well we'll se what we can do when you get here" We arrived just a few minutes late and a tall young lady w. blond hair, seemed to b running the host stand didn't even say hello or welcome she just said "yes" she seemed so stressed out and was short and curt, not welcoming at all. I gave our name and she acted as if we didn't have a reservation and said "wait over there" again no welcome or proper greeting. We were made to feel that she was to worried about something but not good service. We were called to follow someone to a booth that was located in the bar? Really? I looked and there were plenty available booths in the main dining room . This was terrible. I asked to move but was refused. The server came by in about 5 minutes seemed nice asked for a drink order. I had to ask if there were specials or prefix specials for Valentines day, he replied no. Missed Opportunity by management. The food was cold and the service was okay, we had to ask for waters, plates to be cleared, and two times for a few other things etc... Well not a good experience at this location. They need to hire the right people with hospitality skills or at least friendly people and train them on good service skills. I doubt that we'll be back to this location. Service and food disappointing.
We enjoyed the experience but the restaurant cancelled our Open Table reservation even though we checked in and were there. I called the restaurant to correct the mistake and they said they would rectify the error, but I have heard nothing and points are still not there. We ordinarily love Seasons 52. Open Table was contacted, too, but no response there either.🙁
Reservation was 34 minutes late from booked time.
Interior is awesome food excellent
Fantastic service, great location, lovely layout. Delicious food. What’s more to say.
Went for Valentine’s with my boyfriend and we had a great time. DInner was delicious and Nickole was awesome, great customer service, which is hard to find these days.
Valentines choice pre Old Globe theater. Food and service was superb. Well worth the drive from above Temecula for Valentines Day. Will most definitely do this again as it's one of our favorite restaurants in San Diego.
Ice tea has odd flavor- like slightly sweetened.
Food and service were excellent otherwise.
Extremely slow service with many items missing from our meal, huge delays, 1/2 full soup bowls and overwarmed food. Worst meal in SD in 15 years coming to the MBA convention. Just terrible
The food was very good. I was with a party of four. Each person commented that they liked their meal. We had a wide variety from the menu.
We had the special pre Valentines special. It was very good and the price was reasonable. The server was attentive even though she was very busy. We like to go to 52 seasons as the food is always fresh, the recipes wholesome and different!
Food was excellent but the server took forever. Needed refills all around and none were offered. Disappointed with service.
It was next to our hotel and we wanted to eat somewhere nice but have to leave quickly for a show afterwards. We had great food served in a friendly efficient manner and got out in time to get to the show.
We were in and out in 45 minutes - the server rushed us through...on our anniversary (which we told them, but they never acknowledged).
The vegetable dish was undercooked and had no flavor. White rice, plain broccoli, a Kohlrabi steak and spaghetti squash.
This place used to be awesome. I don’t know what changed, but I’ve talked to several people who’ve had the same experience recently. We won’t be back.
