I had the greek salad, one friend the roma tomato flat bread and one the salad greens. We all enjoyed the food and ambience very much. the wine price was a bit high ($14.50 glass!)....may not order wine again. But I like this place and this is about my 5th time there. I like that the calories are listed.
We were there for Father’s Day. We were disappointed that their was no Halibut available like the menu we had seen online had but what made it worse was our server was a totally dingy. Service was very poor what what we paid.
We love that place, we go there often!
The food was delicious as always...except my flatbread was over baked.
Dinner was great. Love their food. Only one complaint. Asked to have remainder of Tuna appetizer returned to take home. Waitress threw it away. She offered to have another one made but we did not want to wait as we were already leaving. Please try and remember when your customer requests a “doggy bag”, for food that’s already paid for.
Took a while to get a drink. The bartenders seemed preoccupied. Food was good but not amazing. Great ambiance in the dining room. Our waiter John was great! Very knowledgeable and fun! He even takes us into dessert, which was great in that it came in a double shot glass — just the right sweet bite!
I loved that ambiance of the restaurant. The food was visually appealing and tasted quite good! The server was amazing!
We enjoyed a variety if sides, entrees, and desserts; All excellent as usual.
We return for the scallops and the desserts!
Wonderful dinner with exceptional service. Our server was Michelle and she was professional and personable.
We had a wonderful flatbread for an appetizer, a salmon entrée and a trout entrée along with Kung Pao string beans.
Dessert was the a sampling of several!
Great experience as usual.
We were seated just 5 minutes after our reservation time. Because of the number of large parties, the noise level made it difficult to have a conversation. We asked to move to the bar counter and we were accommodated immediately. I noticed that the bartender served everyone in the bar area, including the tables. I believe this was the reason our services wasn't as quick. Staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.
I have been to this restaurant numerous times and it is almost always good but this time was a strike out. The service was sub standard and the food was way below its normal quality. Even the manager when I discussed my concerns did not seem to care. Will go again as I really like this place and hope this was a bad night...a one time event.
The tuna was terrible - I would have sent it back and ordered something else but from the time the dishes were served until the time they were cleared no one ever came near our table. I have eaten at other Season 52 restaurants and given them rave reviews. This one is a MAJOR disappointment.
The ambiance & setting was bueatiful. Great choice for a date night or special occasion. Wished this would've met my expectations for their food. Three of four of my party guests did not enjoy their meals. My chicken was extremely dry. Another guest short ribs was strinky w/too much fat. Other guest fish was too bland. We ALL thought each our dessert was delicious. Have no plans to return given the disappointment.
Amazing all around as always! Our favorite date night place. Love the stuffed mushrooms, flatbreads and wine. And of course the mini indulgences.
Celebrated our anniversary. The ambiance was inviting, the food was tasty as always and the service was top-notch. They gave us complimentary champagne to toast our anniversary and made us feel very welcomed. Definitely worth the trip.
Our appetizers were delicious. We had the cauliflower dish and the chicken pesto flatbread. Unfortunately, filet mignon was not cooked medium well. It was really burnt and wasn’t worth $29 in my opinion. Pretty disappointed as I had been there previously and that dish was amazing...
Always a great meal at this Seasons 52! Good service, nice wine list - terrific food!
They have separate vegan and vegetarian menus. You have to ask for them. Great tasting food all around.
Arrived 15 minutes late for our reservation, but called ahead to warn them. We were seated quickly. Drink order took 20 minutes to arrive, ("bar was backed up!)
Food was served promptly, attractively, and was good, though not great. Filet Mignon was chewy, not a top grade of beef.
Our server was attentive and competent, but the restaurant seemed to be in a kind of 'chaos' mode.
We love Sessions 52...have been coming since you opened. The online specials are great.
waiter went MIA, and when my entree was delivered it was not what I ordered. At least the manager came over to apologize and fix things, and comped my entree.
Service and food were excellent
I can’t think of a better place we could have celebrated birthdays. The food was delicious (I had the small plates of scallops and lamb pops).. and we finished with those sinful desserts. It’s a good thing they are just shot glass size.
Our experience began with a waitress named Renee. She was delightful. Very savvy about the wines and made excellent recommendations. She was attentive and had a fabulous personality. It was truly a pleasure to have her take care of our table.
Miguel was our server for our first experience at Seasons 52. He was awesome to explain the menu and share the Seasonal Specials. We will definitely be back!!
I like that they gave my daughter a Bday greeting card, free dessert and their bday presentation was really nicely done and they took a picture of us and printed it out !
J is our server and he did a phenomenal job celebrating my daughters Bday! It’s also her 1st time at Seasons 52
Food was good, but they were out of artichokes, pork, and duck. Rubbed me the wrong way when 1/3 of their menu wasn’t available.
I’d like to go back and try their menu items they were out of
I had never had a bad dinner experience at this restaurant till this Mother's Day. When we arrived at 6 pm, our reserved time, we were told that their kitchen was running 15 min. late. We were seated 30 min. later, and then we waited for water, then wine & beer. We were surprised that the waitress didn't even offer a glass for the bottle of beer even though we didn't need it. An hour later the waitress brought a flatbread which was supposed to go to another table. It was close to 8 pm when we got our dinner. It wasn't our waitress's fault, but the kitchen was definitely overwhelmed that night. We'll avoid special days in the future.
Horrible. The restaurant was over booked for Mother’s Day. It took over an hour and a half from the time we checked in until we got our dinner. The food finally arrived at room temperature. We only saw our server a couple of times who just kept saying “sorry, we’re slammed”. We asked for the manager to express our frustration and he adjusted our bill. But overall the experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had.
We arrived for our 5:30 reservation at about 5:25 and were told it would be a 20 - 30 minute wait to be seated ... seemed awfully long since we had a reservation. About 5:50 we were called to our table and give menu's to review. We made an early dinner reservation primarily because we had a time requirement that we could not be late. When the waiter came over we were told that the kitchen was backed up and that it would be at least an hour before any food would come out. I thought they were joking. The waiter went to confirm that was the case, came back and said 'yes', only drinks. So, by 6:00 we left the restaurant never eating anything and had to find a new place to go on Mother's Day. They need to find a new way to operate on busy days.
Our server Johnny, was amazing. Food service was extremely slow. Johnny made our night.
One of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time. We had reservations but had to wait to be seated. Our entrees took over an hour to be delivered. The showcased soup was unpalatable, as were the vegetables with the entree when we were finally served. And the small, bland portion of my entree made me as if I were having leftovers.
I've been here more times that I can count but the last few times have been horrible, slow service and food not right. We went for Mothers day and made a reservation for 5pm, seated at 5:30 and did't get our food until 7:30pm. I will not be coming back ever for busy holidays. It's a shame because my hubby and I loved this place last year we came at least once a month for the short rib and filet.
What was planned to be a special anniversary dinner, was a fiasco. However, in all honesty, I should have known better than to go on Mothers Day. We had reservations for 4:00, and they had been told that it was an anniversary dinner. We were told that it would be a 30-45 minute wait! When we were seated, about 35 minutes later, it was outdoors in the direct sun, which neither my wife or myself could tolerate. We asked to be seated inside, another wait. We were seated in view of the kitchen, and watched many meals sit for a very long time on the counter. It took us over an hour to be served. When the food arrived it was not warm, and barely edible. The server was advised of this, and 3 times she told us a manager would be over, never showed. She did however offer a free glass of wine, and one of the meals was free. Our anniversary was never acknowledged. When we finally were able to leave, 2 1/2 hours after our reservation time, I asked to speak to a manager, I was initially pointed to one across the room. I asked, "so you want me to chase him down?". Another manager then arrived, apologized profusely, and gave me a gift card for another visit. To be fair, I have been to this restaurant a number of times, and have always been very satisfied, this is not their norm., and I am sure the holiday caused issues. Also, I have no criticism for the server(s), they were "busting their butts", but they just had too large of a crowd to deal with. So I WILL return, and I would still recommend them to others, as I know this is not their usual standard.
We invited family from out of town for Mothers Day - my husband and I were the only ones who had been to Seasons 52 previously. Took an hour and 15 minutes after our reservation time to be seated and food didn't arrive until 2 1/2 hrs after our reservation time (by which time 5 of our group had left for other commitments). On top of this, the appetizers arrived after we had finished our entrees! We all felt bad for the servers since this was obviously not their fault, but poorly managed reservations and kitchen. Thank goodness we didn't have all of our young grandchildren with us this time!
My wife and I usually enjoy seasons 52 but on this Mother's Day the service was horrible we had a reservation for 3 o'clock didn't get seated till almost 4PM then we had to wait another 45 minutes to get our appetizer and then around 520 our food showed up which at that time we were ready to go . Not only was the wait long but once we got the food it was not the taste we normally get at seasons 52 . It was seasoned horribly the mac & cheese we have was bland the Collie flower appetizer was cold , salmon was over cooked overall it was a pretty horrible experience for Mother's Day and my wife was not happy at all.
It was honestly a horrible experience.
Our reservation was at 3:00, upon check in we were told they were running 30 minutes behind, no biggie.
At 4:00pm we were finally sat at a table. An hour past our reservation. All the while the manager is standing at the host stand eating who knows what. Totally unprofessional, when I mentioned this to her, miraculously our table was ready.
At 4:40, we got appetizers. One at a time. Not all three together, they literally came out separately.
We were so hungry by the time they arrived I couldn’t tell you what they tasted like.
At 5:30 we got our entrees. Cold, crusty entrees. I ordered the filet and added scallops. Worst meal my family and I have had in ages. And my grandmother is visiting from out of state.
I would only recommend because I have been several times before and had excellent service. Mother's Day, however, they were definitely not at their best. People were leaving the establishment not happy and telling those of us still waiting that we should just leave. They were more than 40 min behind on reservations. And the wait on entrees was long. When we did get our entrees, I know my food wasn't even barely lukewarm but I didn't want to wait any longer for them to reheat it. It was as if they weren't prepared for the day knowing they would be busy. I will go back, just not on a special occasion type of day such as Mother's Day.
