Mathew, our server, was great. He was knowledgeable about the food and wine. He made recommendations for both when asked. The food was fresh and tasty. Good wine selection.

Christmas dinner with friends . The service was great. Had to send one of the meals back due to dryness of the short ribs. Otherwise my steak was perfect.

Almost always seems to have problems getting gluten free orders out correctly the first time. Otherwise great!

The food is very good but the dining atmosphere can be noisy. This place makes for great romantic dinner scenes. I’d recommend it to my friends.

The service was fantastic. However, the food was underwhelming for the price point. For dinner at the mall, it did the job. But for the money, you could have a much better meal off-mall. Again, though, the service was great.

Nice restaurant with good seasonal menu selections. I had the trout, a little less flavorful than I would have liked. My hubby had the pairings with chili and bread. He loved it.

We went for dinner because there was a special bay scallops dish, and scallops happen to be among our favorites. The dish lived up to expectations as did the meatloaf. Service was very good as usual.

This remains our favorite restaurant for having a good dinner out. The food, from a multi-choice menu, never disappoints. Special kudos this time to our server, Caitlyn. She was exceptional!

They had a rough night on Thanksgiving. Our server was very good. The manager came by to apologize and overall, they did what was possible to give us a good experience. The food, once it arrived, was delicious. The Chilean Seabass was cooked perfectly. This was one of those times where the way the handled their shortcomings made them shine.

It was my first visit, I will be back!
The service was excellent ! ...( considering it was a holiday and quite busy.) The staff is personable and charming.
And the food was good. The drinks were superb. - C. Anzalone

I was there for Thanksgiving and ordered the Thanksgiving meal. I had never been to Seasons 52 before so this was my first time. The place was packed so it was a bit loud but that was to be expected of course. The lighting and the ambience of the place is really nice. The food itself was excellent. It was seasoned to perfection. Everything was cooked just right, the turkey was moist, etc. My only complaint, and it’s significant, is that the food portions were rather small. Two or three bites of stuffing, two or three bites of mashed potatoes, two or three small slices of turkey, etc. And I guess I am just old school but I don’t prefer my dessert out of a large shot glass. I would recommend Seasons 52 only if someone is not all that hungry, at least for their Thanksgiving meal. Ratings for the food: quality – five stars, quantity – two stars.

Although the food was excellent, the service was outstanding! It was Thanksgiving Day with a large crowd but our waitress managed to treat us like royalty. She was friendly and seemed to know what we needed or wanted before we could ask. The lobster/cheese flatbread was delicious and the barbecued meatloaf was truly amazing. There was a variety on the menu and everything was delicious. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Three of us had our Thanksgiving dinner here. The restaurant was busy, but we were seated promptly for our 2:45 reservation. The cocktails were good. We were given a shaker with the remainder of our cocktails, so it was like getting 2 cocktails for one. We all ordered a different item, one had the Thanksgiving dinner, one had a filet and one had a steak salad. We all liked our food, The service was good. We had a booth in the bar. Even though we were close to the bar, it felt secluded. We will definitely return.

Great way to do Thanksgiving. Everyone gets what they want and there is no cleanup afterward. Does not get better than that.

I love coming to Seasons, their food, especially soups and flatbreads are great. But, it’s their staff I really enjoy, they are always so competent and friendly. Love the shot glass deserts too!

The 3 course meal is a crazy awesome deal! I love this time of year for their mushroom bisque. I even picked-up a second order to go. The boneless short ribs are out of this world. The tawny port is a decadent pairing with the s’mores mini.

We were not impressed. We were a group of 12 with a reservation and indicated in the reservation we had time constraints because we had movie tickets. We allowed an hour and 45 minutes for dining. After we were seated it took 20 minutes for waitress to take drink orders. But she left before she took orders from 3 of us. And another 20 minutes to get drinks. In spite of informing her we had time constraints. We ordered our meal an hour after arriving and it arrived 25 minutes before we had to leave. All courses - soup, salad, dinners- arrived at the same time. Food was cold.

Service was excellent from the bar tender but the food left a lot to be desired, in the autumn dish there was too much oil and butter in one of the items and then the broccoli was a large bunch just raw and burnt on the end from too hot of a grill.

Only the cocktail was good and. Maybe the only reason to go back

Each time I have dined at Seasons 52 I have been very pleased with the service and the food. The wait attendants have all been very good and attentive. The highlight is the dessert tray with the individual containers of the fancy sweets from which to choose.

NOTE: this is twice of 10+ times service was poor. Overall it's a very good restaurant with excellent food. Tonight, our service was less than adequate and we had to involve the manager 2 times to get resolution. Between missing order items, and the 40 minutes it took for service of food, it was an embarrassing evening as we suggested this restaurant. The manager presented the bills, they were incorrect. No comment from the manager as to the poor restaurant evening - A much deserved "I am sorry for your poor service" would have gone a long way.

We were celebrating our anniversary and Seasons 52 made it very special. Our server was very personable and attentive, checked on us, and wished us a happy anniversary.
