Very classy romantic restaurant with outstanding food and customer service.
We really enjoyed the food and the restaurant. The Server was excellent.
Great service, great food! Entire staff goes out of their way to ensure your experience is outstanding and entrees are prepared the way you like it.
Always fantastic fresh meal!
Such great service. We had an infant so I requested a booth to lay him down in, and after a minute or so wait they sat us in a booth in the bar, which is actually just as elegant as the dining room. I felt bad for the server because we weren’t ordering any alcoholic drinks which would equate to a higher overall tab and tip, but she was so gracious and cordial with us. Their food is so healthy and delicious, and my daughter (who is gluten free) and I spent a wonderful evening together. We shared the warm golden beet salad, and she had salmon and I had carmelized scallops. Piping hot and delicious.
The food just wasn't the same. However the service has always been excellent.
Lobster was under cooked
My husband and I decided we wanted to go out to dinner on New Year’s eve. I’ve always loved seasons 52 so we decided we were going to go there. It was myself, my husband, and our 18-year-old daughter. We made reservations for 6pm. I actually was a little apprehensive about going to seasons 52 because according to all the reviews I’ve read they were not the best. Mostly on big holidays. Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, etc.
When we got there we were checked in and sat to our table Almost right away. Our server was very attentive but not annoying. She was very knowledgeable and always made sure my wine glass was full.
I ordered the filet mignon, my husband had that barbecued meat loaf and my daughter had the gnocchi. I ordered my fillet medium.
When our food came out I immediately cut into my steak and it was rare. The server was very kind and she sent it back to the kitchen. And then while one of the managers came over and apologized. I let them know that it was no big deal and sometimes that happens. My food came back immediately and I cut into it again and it was still rare. The manager came back over and took my plate and send it back to the kitchen. It came back once more and it was still the same. I ate my vegetables and mashed potatoes. I didn’t end up sending my food back because I was very hungry. I had some of my husbands barbecued meat loaf and a couple bites of my daughters food. Honestly, the way the manager handled it, as well as the server, it made all the difference. They were extremely attentive and very professional. I think that if they were dismissive and tried to minimize the situation it would’ve made me angry but they did the total opposite. I was not charged for my plate and dessert was even on the house. I was very impressed on how the situation was handled.
Our dinner was exceptional. The manager came by to chat with us. Service was just right! This restaurant really knows how to prepare salmon.
A creative men that changes with the season and uses local products. In this season, I had the Lamb and it was tender, flavorful, with great vegetables, and I was happy I exchanged the potatoes for sweet potato. Despite having a reservation, they placed us in the bar area, which was a slight disappointment but the bartender/waiter did a great job. All staff that served the table were professional, pleasant and I was pleased with their recommendations for wine and dessert....and DO NOT skip dessert! OH, and the mushrooms stuffed with shrimp and crab were a great starter!!!
Today we had a party of 6. Experiences varied from good to satisfactory to disappointing. Seasons 52 has always been my “go to” restaurant. However, had this been my first visit, I would honestly say I would not return. I had the seared ahi tuna. I understand that the center of the fish would be cold, but even the seared portion was cold. The vegetables on the dish were also very cold. If I didn’t know better, I would have thought the dish came out of the refrigerator. I probably should have said something to the waiter but, I didn’t want to spoil the mood at our table.
We have been to Seasons 52 multiple times and have always enjoyed everything. Unfortunately, this time I was extremely disappointed. Tonight we did buy gift cards so we will be back. However, we really hope we will have a better experience.
Had a great time. Amazing food and great service from the beginning to the end.
The food is amazing! We had a lovely time.
Pre theater dinner.
Worst experience at this restaurant. The service was not good. Three of us there and two got their drinks and we waited and waited (15 minutes) to toast each other and finally had to track down another waitress. We were then served the wrong appetizer. We then waited to order. The food was good but it did little to salvage an evening with a close friend we wanted to be special to celebrate the upcoming New Year. We forgot our free drink coupons (our fault) and the manager that gave them to us on a previous visit (due to a different problem) no longer worked there. Being they expired 12/31 (today) we went back the next night to just sit at the bar for awhile but there were fights in the mall (police everywhere). So much for the free drink coupons. Not their fault but they could have taken our word for it (who would know to make up that story)
Just left a bad taste with us and definitely our friend since it was his first visit. (and last)
Christmas dinner with family
We had a late-ish Christmas Eve dinner ... and the place was packed! Regardless, we got to our reserved table quickly and the waitress was attentive without being overbearing. We had excellent filets with lobster ~ perfect for a celebration. The food arrived swiftly and was hot and good but I did think the vegetable cauliflower/broccoli combo veggie could have used a light sauce or seasoning. That won't keep me from returning!
My family was very disappointed in the quality of our Christmas Eve meals. The veggies were nearly raw, and a when a manager was informed of that, she told us that’s how they prepare them (al dente is one thing, but cold and hard is another!). Pork tenderloin had no flavor. They seem to be really inconsistent at this location. Wonderful server though! We loved her. Would consider returning but not on a busy night.
Sesons 52 was happy to accommodate our party of 8 on Christmas Eve. When we arrived for our reservation, the restaurant was full and people were waiting. We were quickly seated and greeted by our server. Given the crowd and the holiday, we didn't expect great service or food but we were happy to be together to celebrate. We were pleasantly surprised that the food and service were both excellent! Our drinks were refilled often and our food arrived fairly quickly. All of us enjoyed our meals and agreed that the experience was great and we would definitely recommend the restaurant to our friends.
Great experience with the winter menu choices. My wife had the salmon and I the trout. Outstanding service with everyone attentive to your needs. The easy valet parking topped off a lovely casual evening.
We come to this restaurant with our employees, about once a month. We've been coming for years now because the food is pretty good and ambiance is pretty good. However, may be it was due to the holiday rush, the food was less than expected. I had complained to the manager on duty at the time, and he had adjusted those meals that we were not happy with. Even though, the food wasn't as good as expected, we will continue to come again, due to their good management and satisfying their customers.
The variety on the menu was wonderful, and the food was delicious. The food was served promptly and the service was very good. The ambiance was just lovely. The only improvement that I could suggest is to offer beverage refills in a timely fashion. Everything was just great!
The food is fresh and so many choices! The server was attentive.
Service was excellent, food was very good
Great food! Wonderful service. Loved the winter menu and presentation of food. The way the salad was presented was pretty clever. The “shot glass” desserts were the perfect size and the options were all amazing!
We have been here many times (over 20) and usually have had a good experience. Last Tuesday our service was horrible. The food took 45 min to get to the table. My salad was grainy/dirt tastes. When I came home I was sick from the salad. I'm not sure I will go back.
Food was delicious and service was stellar. Valet service was a plus. We will definitely be back.
I loved this place. It wasn’t too loud considering it was attached to a mall. The food was delicious and the server was so kind and patient with our ordering and taking time to pay the bill.
We had a large party (10 people) on a Saturday night, and we are not an easy bunch. Three kids, several special requests for gluten-intolerant and lactose-intolerant family members, and lots of wrangling over the check. Seasons 52 handled our party beautifully, and made it look easy. The food was great, the service was outstanding, and we all left very happy. Kudos to our very patient server! Thank you for giving us a wonderful dining experience!
Everything was great—except the food I ordered—pork tenderloin. It was so dry, over- cooked, tough and tasteless that I had to ask for more sauce. The vegetatables were equally dry, shriveled, tasteless and inedible—as if they’d been under a heat lamp for hours. The only saving grace was the sweet potato mash ( and the sauce, which was tasty). I was with friends ( who loved their entrees) so I didn’t want to make a fuss, but otherwise, I would’ve sent the meal back, and I never do that. Very disappointing.
Always a treat to visit Seasons 52!
Delicious food and a great vibe!
The staff go over and above to be helpful and caring. This is a wonderful mellow place to relax, enjoy friends, and have great food.
The service was lack luster. Ordered a bread bowl early on and never got it. The spinach salad was boring. Needed onion of some variety. Most sans dressing on both our salads. The first spinach salad I haven’t like. Also like salad lightly dressed but this was dry. Asked for extra and that was given sparingly.
Our waiter was very good, friendly and accommodating. Food was fresh and very tasty. My daughter and I like to come here around the holidays. Valet was full but otherwise a great experience.
I visit Seasons 52 each time I visit Szcrsmento. The food and service are awesome.
We invited a friend to this restaurant, expecting a vegetarian friendly menu. Not so much, then two of three entrees were served almost burned. Fortunately, this was not our experience on a previous visit or we would not be returning. The restaurant is comfortable and the staff is excellent.
AMAZING! Very impressed. Came here with a group to celebrate my Birthday. The atmosphere is relaxing, love the dim lighting. Food was very tasty, prices are great here. Staff was very accommodating. Coming back for more dinner in the future! 😁
Had a reservation but still took them about 7 minutes to seat us in a fairly empty restaurant. Got seated and started getting service by one person but another took over when she came on. The second person didn’t realize this was a birthday lunch for two of us so we didn’t get free dessert. To be fair she was apologetic about it. Food was tasty though.
