If you get there early enough (and on a week day), you'll avoid the inconvenience of a wait. The ambience is inviting and spacious, and the menu delights all of the senses. Never had a poor dish at this establishment. And meals are between 400-600 calories, but no skimping on the portions. How do they do it? Delish!

The food was great, the waiter was amazing and my aunt enjoyed her birthday! They are very welcoming and even put a birthday card on the table for her. I will definitely go back.

I was very impressed with their "fit & healthy" menu and how they managed to make every entrée 475 calories or less without compromising taste, flavor and presentation. The food was delicious without the guilt! You ate well yet you didn't leave the restaurant feeling stuffed or as if you overindulged! The best surprise was the dessert. The serving sizes were just right and were all delicious & diners didn't have to sacrifice taste for lower calories. The portions were perfect and the ambiance was just right. It wasn't noisy and the nicest part of the evening was that they did not rush us through our meal which allowed us to thoroughly enjoy the good company, conversation and entertainment while dining.

One of my favorites in Orlando now the same in Garden City! Outstanding service, great menu choices, always seasonal and very current with menu choices. Nice piano bar area. Meets many needs as after work drinks/dinner/late night. A great idea that has moved into the neighborhood. Menu changes seasonally and the food is always so fresh and easy on the waistline!

I've been to this restaurant before. I'd like to see a new menu selection and not just the monthly/seasonal changes in the right column of the menu. Food is flavorful. Staff was pleasant.

Excellent food service but the take home containers are in a wooden box. When opening up the box, the food looks very unappetizing to eat.

Nice to have a restaurant where you can see the calories in what you are eating. Good, tasty food with normal size portions so you don't gorge yourself. Appetizers were priced ok but main dishes were a little pricey for the size. Piano player at the bar was a nice touch for meeting friends.

Their flatbread is amazing, and the scallops are devine. The small desserts are very special and not too large for anyone watching their weight.

I have been to Seasons 52 the last 3 years strictly for lunch and once for dinner . It's a great place to meet up with friends. The last time was for Mother's Day and like I expected, very crowded. The Service was pretty good considering the hustle bustle. I will go back again in the near future but probably only for a quiet lunch or dinner. My family ordered flat breads to share and they were delicious. I think every time i go I get the same thing, grilled salmon on a plank. It is consistantly good too.
Now since my family has been "watching" what we eat, we actually feel like we are cheating on our diets when we go there. Still probably more fattening than if we ate at home, but nonetheless feel like we are still dieting .

We've eaten at Seasons 52 in Orlando many times and looked forward to our dinner at Roosevelt Field. We started out with chicken skewers, which were dry and tasteless and the ahi tuna tartare which was overly creamy with avocado. The entrees were excellent and almost made up for the appetizers. We had the trout and the salmon and both were prepared perfectly, and when we asked for "no potatos", they replaced these with a huge portion of steam vegetables. We would go back but would probably skip the appetizers.

Restaurant advertises that no dish over 475 cal. However, portions are not small. (Personally, I think they must be lying: no way a 7-rib rack of lamb with mashed potatoes is under 475 cal.) Everything was very well prepared, i.e. VERY tasty without high fat. We will definitely be going back.

not so kid friendly. They cater to kids by using a non published kids menu, however the lighting is low and you should have well behaved kids. My kids are used to situations like this, but it is a great date night and it has a vibrant bar with live music.

Had team dinner at their Houston location, took my daughter to the Atlanta location and met a friend for dinner at the Roosevelt field location. Wish they had one near me! Food is very tasting, not like other chains. It is fresh and despite the 'no dish is over 470 calories', the food never disappoints and leaves you satisfied, never overly full or needing more. Love their desserts, too!

It was a perfect pick for Mother's Day lunch. Really like that dessert choices are brought to your table ready to be served rather than ordering and having to wait.

My wife and I stumbled upon Seasons after a long day/night of shopping. From the moment we walked in, we felt almost like family. The hostess was very pleasant and you were actually able to carry on a convo with her while walking to the table. The fresh, low calorie menu selections are just the right size. Though they have a small appearance at first, you find yourself feeling full, not stuffed. A bountiful wine selection and exceptionally knowledgeable bar staff made for the perfect drink/meal pairings. Leave room for dessert, because the various shooters are amazing. Seasons is definitely our new special occasion spot!

I dined here with my girlfriends and had a lovely time. We started with asparagus flatbread and chicken satay skewers, very nice. Everyone enjoyed their entrees immensely, with consisted of salmon salad, chicken salad, hummus, roasted rosemary chicken and steak. Our waitress Simonie was very attentive and checked on us frequently to make sure that we had the best dining experience possible. I've dined at Seasons 52 several times and I am never disappointed.

My last visit was the second time eating at this establishment and I loved it more the second time. The waite staff was terrific very informative and the food everything under 500 calories was so satisfying as it was delicious without cooking with butter or oil. Seasons 52 will definitely be a regular stop for me. Only negative I could say is that some people might find it a little pricey, but I believe it is well worth it!

We didn't have to wait long to be seated even though we arrived at our reservation time. Wait staff was at the table w/in a reasonable time. Lot of interesting choices. All liked what they got..lamb chops, scallops (too much cheesy sauce), organic chicken. Two people started with flatbreads (they are really flat!) and those were good too. Waitress told us everything was under 450 calories (I think that was the number)..hard to believe. Good, small desserts.
The big problem was the waitress. She was too attentive..in our face too often. She interrupted our conversation when we first sat down instead of waiting for a break. She was so talkative and hyper. That made the night unpleasant. I would go back, but ask for a different waitress.
