always fantastic, great food, service and pace love it
In a word, excellent
Always good food and drinks. Value is reasonable.
The food was great...fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff was on their game. The only thing I didn't like was that we were seated upstairs and it felt as if we were in a conference room. No real ambiance and no music. Maybe because I am an interior designer and I pick up on these things right away. It didn't feel warm and welcoming and downstairs was very chaotic - especially in the entry way.
Came to Seasons 52 and as usual the food and service were excellent. On this occasion our server, Irene, was exceptionally accommodating. A friend and I ordered two main courses with the intention of ampling both, our dilemma was that he enjoys his meat well done and I prefer medium rare. Irene arrange for the portion to be split and cooked to our liking, it even came out on separate plates! Very impressive.
We always enjoy Seasons 52 and now my record at the restaurant lists Irene as my preferred server, so future meals can only be wonderful.
GREAT MEAL AS ALWAYS!
David & Andrew 2 GEMS ON THE WAIT STAFF!!
Amazing as always!!
Rest variety of food
The food was mediocre at best.
Always a great dining experience!
One of the best places to enjoy a romantic meal with your significant other. My wife and I have come here every Valentine's day for the last 6 years. The menu constantly changes and that is part of the fun. The flat breads are amazing and meals are all healthy. Just remember to save room for desert.
Took a long time for our meal to come out but our server took care of us. He was upset about the wait too.
Great evening.. Valentines Day 2018 at Seasons totally enjoyable
Took way to long to get waiter’s attention. I admit- I didn’t like 2 glasses of wine he brought me to taste. Was such a long wait for food- we won’t be back for anymore holidays or special occasions!
We went out to dinner on Valentine’s Day to celebrate my birthday. Our waiter David was amazing. He was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The meal was delicious and I can’t wait to go back for brunch. Thank you for a great experience.
Food is fresh and plated nicely. Second time eating at this location. Highly recommend!
Excellent , freshly cooked food and friendly,
Professional swevice. We are never disappointed when we eat at Seasons 52!
ALWAYS FABULOUS. MY FAVORITE PLACE ON LONG ISLAND
We have been here several times and it always lives up to our expectations. Food is always done well!
Birthday full party of nine we had a great time and food was great and I server CJ was excellent
Wonderful experience overall!
Had an 8:15 reservation and was seated exactly on time! Service was friendly and prompt !
Don’t like having to wait 30 min when onehas a reservation (happens often there). Waiter and manager graciously reduced the bill for some items
We were put in a smaller quiet room in back. Service was good and food was delicious!
We have been to Seasons 52 many times, and have never had a bad experience. It's a chain, but a well run and high end one. The prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, the ambience is warm and welcoming, and the cuisine is seasonal, well prepared, and healthy. Our server Andrew was particularly outstanding. He knew the menu and operations of the restaurant inside and out, and we very accommodating. This was a fun place for date night.
Seasons 52 is a great place to meet with friends and be able to have a conversation without a lot of noise. A great menu with a lot of choices. And the desserts are fabulous!!!
Service was horrible. Waiter left in the middle of dinner, and never saw him again. Food did not taste good at all.
Did not have a good experience. Will not go back.
Small portions and over priced. Not worth the trip. Will not be returning.
Normally a regular and always enjoy our meal, bit for whatever reason, I guess they had on off night.
Great place. Very noisy but good staff keeps everything moving. They have a great happy hour and a good size bar. Parking can be tough but they have free valet parking.
Our table was ready as soon as we arrived. The hostess was friendly. Upon being seated, our server came over to us immediately. Kayla was sweet and accommodating.
Casual or fancy, pick your preference, you'll fit in! Good service, comfortable environment, delicious food.
This was my second time at Seasons 52 and again, I was not disappointed. The food was exceptional and out server was wonderful.
Been to Seasons 52 numerous times, and am never disappointed. Dinner was delicious. Chilean sea bass cooked to perfection. Our server very attentive. Good experience.
Great service delicious food in a casual yet classy setting
Very pleased with food and service... but the table was not bussed after desert was served.... check was left after desert... but no one bothered to remove empty glasses and wipe off the table
Outstanding service and an attractive environment. A very comfortable place to dine. To their credit they have a vegan/vegetarian menu. However, the selections are limited and what they serve is dreary and lacking in any real effort to keep the growing numbers of people who look for these options returning. My guest who is not vegan loved the main menu.
Took a friend out for a birthday celebration. I added it to the notes here on OT. I was pleasantly surprised with the fantastic card, champagne toast and dessert mini w candle. Was a fantastic way to take a friend out!
Love coming to Seasons 52 but the last few times my husband and I ate there after making Open Table reservations we were finally seated 20-30 minutes after our scheduled reservation time. What’s the sense of making a Open Table reservation if the restaurant won’t seat us until a considerable time thereafter. Also we found that the waitstaff was not as attentive this time as it usually is and the food we ordered came out Luke warm at best. A bit surprising.
