Always a great meal!!
Diana is always very sweet as our server!
Always a pleasure!
Food is always delicious, service was fine it was very busy. The staff is always extremely nice to us. We will absolutely go again.
Service was good. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Waitress was informative and helped with the choosing of the food.
We always have a wonderful dinner here! We love to try new wines recommended by the very educated staff!
Tried for the first time Saturday night. Valet Parking can be validated and they use a great system where you can text them when done with the meal to bring the car around. Food was very good. Kids menu was too 'healthy' for our little one. Chicken fingers were grilled chicken and no fries.
Good but strawberry rhubarb cheesecake was dry and disappointing
Excellent dining! Chilean Sea Bass was so good. We had delicious mussels as an appetizer. Always good in a nice quiet atmosphere
Our server Jerome was outstanding!
Food was delicious and prepared perfectly.
Would definitely go back.
Fun dinner with good friends. Food selection was interesting, our choices were very enjoyable and offerings were of good value. Service was excellent...our server, Xavier, was knowledgeable, cordial and attentive...he represented the restaurant very favorably. We had a lovely evening, comfortable and unrushed. Very pleasing.
We love the Seasons 52 in Boca and Chestnut Hill. This experience was terrible in comparison. Chain restaurant dining at its worst. The salad was over dressed, crab cake mushy and our entrees sat under the warmer do long that the sauce on my fish tacos had developed skin. Such a frustrating waste of money.
Great food and service. I had two back to back biz meals there. Waiter was great, made our table fresh for our new guest.
Fish and steak were great. Loved the flatbread pizza and the field green salad appetizers.
Great for get together and celebrate occasions. Food is awesome.
As always the food and the service was perfect.
Very disappointing this visit. Entrees were brought to the table when we just started eating our salads. Then we waited 30 minutes for the entrees to be served . Halibut special was small, bland and not as pictured in the email promotion. White fish on mashed potatoes is not a good combination.
One of our favorite spots, always something new and delicious on the menu.
Food service and drinks were great.
Excellent all around. Our server Jenny was wonderful!!
Great food as always. Excellent service and food.
From the awesome valet experience where you get a text & text the guys when your ready to get your car to the friendly greeting at the front door to the amazing service provided by David and the delicious food that comes out of your kitchen, Season’s 52 is just a pleasure to dine in. Compliments to everyone involved. The sense of hospitality that you feel from the moment you arrive to the minute you leave is second to none. Keep up the greatness. It’s what makes people like me and my wife return time after time.
Seasons 52 is my favorite restaurant to go to in Long Island. The exquisite food, romantic ambiance and professional staff are always on point.
no food options or flexibility for dietary needs.
left without eating.
will never go back.
Great all around!
Why bother making a reservation? Made a reservation at 8:15. Walk in at 8:10. The hostess says they are behind and it will be 15 more minutes. 20 min passes and we ask again. She says there are 6 parties ahead of us. How does that happen?? They blame it on tables not getting up. That is BS. You’re a high profile restaurant. You should know the pace of how a Saturday night runs. Therefore, if someone makes an 8:15 reservation they should be sat at or around then. NOT at 8:55.
As for dinner, they ran out of what I ordered. Wasn’t told until 20 min AFTER I ordered. Because of this, they cooked my dates meal and must have left it in the window while the server hasn’t even told me they ran out of what I ordered. When the meals arrives his was dead food and cold. He could not even eat it.
The waiter was very nice, but still. Terrible from start to finish. Won’t recommend.
Typical Long Island/suburban/strip mall food. Wasn’t bad, wasn’t particularly good. Wine list is decent with lots by the glass. Servers are very good.
we go to this restaurant all the time and it is usually great. this time the service was
awful (slow and inattentive) and my tuna was extremely dry, tasted like it had been frozen
not fresh. very disappointing.
Service and food was excellent. The waiter was very attentive and we were seated very quickly.
Enjoyed dinner with my husband and friends. The food, atmosphere and especially the service was good. They had a spring menu that for $29.90, you can order an appetizer, entree and dessert. It was a good value. I would definitely recommend it.
Season's 52 was a great place to spend a Girls Night out to celebrate two friends birthdays! Our server, Jenny, went out of her way to make the night special! She brought us all complimentary champagne so we could toast the birthday girls, and even treated them to dessert! The food was delicious! I am gluten free and there were many options! Our table shared 2 gluten free flat breads (asparagus and proscuitto and the short rib and cheddar)...they were outstanding! All the entrees we had were delicious! Will definitely go back!
Kudos to Jenny! Thank you for helping to make the night special!!
Good food great service no rush...
I went here for my birthday and they gave me an envelope with a card and gift certificate for a brunch which was great. I had the meatloaf which was really good and a good portion however my husband had the short ribs with grits and the portion was not even enough for a child and was expensive for what was given. The short ribs wasn’t what he originally ordered - he had wanted the lamb but at only 6:30pm they said they were sold out on it (really?). Overall was a great place and a nice meal but they should re-evaluate their portion size for the price charged.
The service was amazing. I will definitely return.
First time dining at the restaurant and was very satisfied! Nick the manager walked around and greeted us. We enjoyed the food and received excellent service from Melissa. We will be back.
We are long time customers of Seasons 52. They are not perfect but they make every effort to right the wrongs. They were a little were a little slow on this visit but they were very busy. Filet mignon was over cooked. Not the first time we've had a problem with beef. Usually undercooked. For some reason they have trouble cooking beef properly. Everything else was perfect. The other 3 meals were excellent and the waitress was friendly. My biggest problem was one of the staff members not washing his hands after using the restroom. I plan on bringing this to the managements attention but haven't done so at this time.
Waiter was inattentive, had to beg to get water refilled.
We went on Easter. We had a reservation and still waited almost 30 minutes for a table. There were tons of large groups and they were doing their best to accommodate them but being a simple party of two, one would expect things to go smoothly. The meal was good but not great, the dessert was horrible and definitely not worth the calories. I would not recommend spending a holiday meal here.
I have eaten @ this Seasons on several occasions. Service (Dave) was poor; food good. It was Easter and very busy, so I’m assuming service was poor because it was so busy & there were not enough staff to handle holiday crowd. Manager with bow tie (didn’t catch his name) was great! Manager was very attentive & seated us at a booth after waiting a long time with two small kids & checked in with us a few times; greatly appreciated.
Easter Sunday lunch. Reservation at 2:30, at 4pm we were still waiting for our meal. The waitress came to our table maybe 2 time (other than to bring drinks ) to check on us. Didn’t offer bread or refills. Seemed like after the order was placed she stepped away from our table altogether and never checked if the food was delivered. I understand that on a holiday the kitchen is super busy however I have never been so unhappy. I spoke with the manager who was very sorry but if I had not looked for her- no one would have known we were still waiting.
Dessert and coffee were complimentary, however the experience was horrible.
The filet mignon was great.
