We sat at the Chefs Table. service was exceptional, food was perfect and desert was delicious and fun!
What a great meal at Seasons 52. Service was excellent and the menu was hard to choose.
Flatbread and tuna tartare, and we both went with the halibut. All excellent.
Nice place, first time dining there. Atmosphere was good and service was on point. I like the way the menu was set up, it made it easy to order. My wife order the Chilean sea bass and that was amazing. I on the other hand didn’t like the seared tuna. Definitely would not order that again. I thought it w lacked in flavor and the tuna itself was tough, it was not the buttery delicate tuna I expected.. other than that everything was great. And the deserts were fun because you got to pick what you wanted from the little taste menu....
Decided on Seasons 52 for Mother’s Day, usually don’t like eating out because food and service are usually bad, but not at 52-everything and everyone made it a terrific night. Staff and food were up to par as usual.
Disappointed with food. Meatloaf was not a good choice. Potatoes dry, flatbread not tasty.
Noise level was very high. Had to adjust to it.
Previous experiences at other locations were much better.
Expect Mothers Day to be exceptional.
Went for Mother's Day. Several of the items on the menu were not available.
My family and I dined at Seasons 53 for Mother’s Day. We were greeted immediately & sat down seconds after we checked in for our 3pm reservation.
We ordered a few apps and drinks to start and everything was fine. We ordered our entrees after we finished our apps and to our surprise, the entrees took a bit over 45 minutes to reach our table. It was 4 of us in our party so we were beginning to get antsy as to the delay of our food. Our server Jerome did an excellent job throughout and was very engaged and informed us that the kitchen was backed up due to the mass amount of families that were there for Mother’s Day and we completely understood. Finally the food comes out. My mother in law ordered the shrimp & grits entree and was told that they ran out of grits right before the food came out and they exchanged the grits with mashed potatoes without asking if she was ok with the switch. Shrimp and potatoes??? The fact that the kitchen decided to make a substitution without informing us before the dish reached the table wasn’t ok. She said the shrimp was good but completely pushed the potatoes to the side as that was not what she wanted. We all receive our food and everything else was pretty much on point. Our server apologized for the kitchens hiccup and said that a manager would be over shortly. A manager named Nick came over about 10 min after and offered us a gift card for the hiccup and says that he had no idea why the kitchen decided to sub mashed potatoes for grits but he would address it after he walks away from our table. We kindly accepted the gift card and free dessert offer but the manager never apologized for what happened. I guess the gift card was his apology. Anyway, it was a slap in the face to see other diners eating shrimp & GRITS as we left the restaurant. Not sure if we’ll be back even though we have gift cards.
Enjoyed the Mothers Day dinner. Some of us were on a diet and found low cal dishes. I like that the calories are next to the dish on the menu.
It might because it was Mother's Day. Our brunch dishes were all dry under the heating light. I got egg benedict and the sauce was all dried up and the egg got well done. My wife dish the dish was hot but the food was cold. I had dinner here before and it was great.
Mother’s Day Brunch with three generations of Mothers in our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seasons 52. Good food, great service!
Mother’s Day brunch - food was mediocre- service slow
albeit being Mother’s Day it was quite crowded and not an ideal time to assess.
Went with my family and MIL and FIL for Mother's Day brunch 2018. It was as if the restaurant felt obligated to serve some kind of brunch menu, but really had no idea how to do it. Maybe the lunch and dinner is good, but I will not return in the future. Food was mediocre to poor. Ordered the fritata which clearly had been frozen and then was placed on a skillet pan to look like it had been prepared there. It clearly had not been. It was not hot and although it tasted ok (not even good), it was not attractive. Asparagus on the side was bland. No bread, rolls, bread of any kind served with it. When asked, the waiter informed us that there was no bread. I asked "Do you have any toast, or bread or rolls?". He looked at me like he had no idea what I was asking for and said "No." He didn't make any effort to try to accommodate us. I had to look through the menu to see that they were serving brioche french toast and could we have a brioche. That came out - only after asking again - sliced in half, with no jam, butter, just plain on a plate. The brioche french toast was ugly. No garnish, nothing, and certainly no blueberry infused syrup as advertised. The waiter did no come by to replenish coffee, to offer water or to ask how we were doing. I recommend that Seasons not offer a brunch menu in the future, or it should learn how to do so.
Great Service with David!
Lobster flatbread and grilled artichoke were a great way to start the meal. The 2 of us shared each and there was enough for 3. Scallops flavorful but a little too much sauce. Would order again but ask for grilled or less sauce. Unfortunately the halibut was cold and bland. Waiter was sorry and dessert were on the house. Would def return!!
Place was spacious and nicely decorated. It was Very busy but we were on wait list and only waited half hour like they said it would be. Though busy our food came out in timely fashion. Our steaks were delicious but not cooked as ordered. Asked for medium and came out well. They took 2 steaks off menu for the inconvenience and gave us complimentary dessert. They handled the situation in the best manor I have ever experienced in a restaurant. We even argued saying that we ate the steaks so no need to comp but they would not hear it and still removed items from bill. Management and staff made our experience so pleasant we will defibatley visit again.
Maggie was a pleasant server. She was informative and attentive. The food was delicious and prepared as requested. Will be back.
Service was slow and the food was mediocre...they never came back to refill our water glasses (a pet peeve of mine). I also didn’t appreciate being left standing at the reception desk and ignored after checking in for our reservation ...very impersonal service
The food was not fresh and they brought the food to the wrong table twice. The bathroom was very dirty.
Reservation honored on time. Waitstaff efficient & engaging. Spring menu had many diverse choices and everything was delicious!
Jerome was our server. He was polite, helpful and attentive. Good flatbreads. Good bar drinks. Great lemon drop martini
I’ve been going to this restaurant since it opened. Food and service was good but the minute I walked I the restaurant had a smell, like a dirt carpet that is in need of a good cleaning. We even changed seats but the smell was still there.
Lovely food and staff. The Happy Hour drinks were varied. We'd return.
Seasons 52 my husband and I received as a gift for Christmas a few years back. We decided to use it on our Anniversay and every year we celebrate our Anniversary here. The service, food and staff are superb. Most of the time we get our favorite booth without asking.
Always a great meal. However, I miss the goat cheese and artichoke flatbread and wish you would bring it back!
We were a party of 4 and we all ordered the 3 course Spring special menu. The large variety of choices impressed us all. My husbands dish was not to his liking and the wait staff could not be more accommodating as well as the management.
We will definitely be returning.
Celebrating my fathers birthday
I liked everything, but it’s too dark for me.
Jenny our waitress was extremely pleasant. Food was great and they didn’t rush us out after we finished dinner and it was a Friday night!
Our favorite go-to restaurant for special occasions, regular dinners and happy hour. Never ever disappointed.
Excellent service - attentive serve staff. Dale, our server, was extremely helpful and really took care of us. Did not feel i was in a chain restaurant in a mall. Ambience was great and so was food.
Great ambiance food and Nick was excellent
A busboy however dropped a drink at my feet and never offered to even by me a drink for my trouble
The food was good and the service was outstanding. Will return.
We got seated immediately and the waiter was wonderful. Low lighting all around for an intimate experience. Food was very good but for a chain restaurant but nothing exceptional.
The food and ambiance was great. I had the cedar plank salmon with roasted vegetables. For a started I had the potato and leek soup which was nice light flavors.
Been here many times for dinner. Food is excellent as is the service. Highly recommend
Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was wonderful. Will definitely be back.
