All around good experience. Appreciated the bartenders patience and help sorting through gin choices.

We have been to Seasons 52 several times in the past 5 years and this was the worst it has ever been. Maybe they just had a bad night but it was poor in several areas. We started by checking in and then having a drink at the bar. We were served then forgotten about. We tried to flag down the bartender several times but she basically ignored us. Our reservation was at 7:30 and we went up to the greeting area at 7:19 and told the person there we were ready to be seated when they were ready to seat us. I was told that they were seating 7:15 people at that time and we would have to wait (rather rudely). We were seated at 7:30 and had our meals which were below the normal standard there. We then went outside to the valet to get our car. They had just pulled up a black SUV and it was at the head of the exit line. We watched 4 other cars being pulled up behind the black SUV and nobody got into it to leave so everyone behind it had to wait. It wasn't until we pointed out that they needed to move it or nobody would be able to leave that someone actually moved the car (another valet). Basically it was a poor showing at Seasons 52. It will be a long while before we give it another chance because everything was poor that night. Disappointed because we like the restaurant and it is close to our house but not worth the money we paid that evening.

The chicken I had was dry and over cooked. Prices were rather high for sort of plain dishes. Service was well bellow average, long wait to get a beer, long wait for food and then another long wait to pay.

Not going back.

Service and food was good as always. The only disappointment was, for the second consecutive time, we were seated in the back area near a large group that was loud. Normally when I go to a nice restaurant like this, I like to be able to talk to whomever I am with without having to lean to far in or feel like I am yelling

We are regular customers who enjoy a nice, romantic dinner at an upscale restaurant.

Great food, great ambiance!!

They are always great and attentive about my severe tomato food allergy. Thanks!!

I've been to this restaurant several times over the past several years and this is the first time I experienced "pressure" with the staff 'pushing' my family through a dining experience which we found particularly annoying. We will not be back to this restaurant.

Our server was amazing and allowed us to enjoy our evening. It was pretty quiet for the most part. Food was excellent and in a perfect portion as well. Wine list was sufficient and plentiful.

This was a birthday lunch for my mom. Our favorite dish is the scallops served over creamy corn risotto. The hood had broken so no grilled items were available on the menu. I wanted to leave and taker her somewhere else since that wiped out most of the menu. We love the environment so she preferred to stay. We had a Shrimp Scampi starter with a side of the risotto. The risotto wasn’t as creamy and tender or as flavorful as usual. Shrimp was slightly over cooked. We also had the roasted chicken which was tender but just ok in the flavor profile. The chocolate s’mores dessert had a terrible consistency. Not your normal light mousse. I adore chocolate but didn’t like this dessert. Far too rich. The key lime is normally my favorite. This visit the ratios were just off on the amount of filling to crust. I’ve never had that happen here. Overall it was an off day and very disappointing lunch. They gave us free Sunday brunch cards but have to be used this Sunday only. This didn’t make up for the less than stellar lunch. Service was fine, just lacked smiles and no refills on water. Had to ask for the birthday girls tea to be refilled. For the price it wasn’t worth it today. #pickypastrychef

Was informed upon arrival yesterday that their grill was down for repairs for the day. I get it that stuff happens but given I picked the restaurant based largely on their seasonal grilled items, I would have expected either a heads-up to give me time to change or something to the reduce the sting. Waiter was apologetic and provided solid service.

We've eaten at this Seasons 52 several times, usually for special occasions. This was a quick meal before a movie; knowing that, our server was quick and efficient, ensuring that we got out well-fed in plenty of time.

We visit Seasons 52 at least once a month. It is one of my wife and I's favorite restaurants in the Allen, Frisco, Plano area. When I go to a restaurant frequently then I desire and expect to be appreciated. This last visit was one of our bests as the hostess Aislinn had obviously read my request so took me to the specified table. I love it when they take the time to do this. Our server, Jesse, then greeted us. We've never had him before and he immediately asked if I wanted my Maker's Old Fashioned and if my wife wanted her Markham Chardonnay. It just got better from there as he anticipated what we would order for appetizer and entrees based on prior preferences (guess he read the notes too!). We just gave him our entire order from appetizer to salad to dinner to wine with dinner as we had confidence that he understood the craft and would pace it properly. Thank you for a wonderful visit. We look forward to coming back again this month.

We started our evening at the bar to take advantage of their happy hour discounts on appetizers and wine. My wife enjoyed the scallops, but we both loved the meatloaf sliders.
For dinner we moved into the lovely dining room where we shared an heirloom tomato salad, which had a bit too much fruit in my opinion. For dinner, my wife loved the Copper River salmon, while I dined in a tasty pork tenderloin entree.
Desserts were individual servings of shot glasses filled with s’more flavors and key lime pie among the choices.
Service was great, we will be back!

Very disappointing- we sat for almost 45 minutes waiting for our server to come & take our order. He finally came over after we asked for a different server. With all of the choices in the area, it’s very disappointing to have such poor service.

Service was good and efficient. My Seabass was ok and the watermelon heirloom tomato salad was flavorful. Crab cake was bad and the shrimp and grits had no flavor. Desert was the best part of the meal. Definitely better restaurants in this price range.

Made our dinner selections to find that we had been given the lunch menu when seated at 5:20. Got the right menu and made new selections. The waitress didn't seem to know the menu that well, even selling us on a side that wasn't exactly as described. We think she confused two sides but even when we asked her about it, she stuck to her initial description....which was NOT what we received at the table. good food though and great happy hour specials! Fun night without the kiddos!
