We had the early menu items with wine and sangria. The flatbread was great and we had a relaxing time. We usually have a regular dinner and drinks, but with dining earlier, we were happy with the lighter fare. Our waiter was super sweet and attentive.
Never disappoints, great service, food options and fillet was amazing .
Lovely atmosphere. Food and service are very comparable with most of the restaurants we go to but it continues to be overpriced. Would go more often if prices were lower and comparable to other area restaurants of similar type
Great prices, good food, excellent service. Would return again.
Food was wonderful and our server Justice was TERRIFIC
Awesome Food, usually same with service this time waiter was very disappointing. He was not concerned with our table and when my husband questioned something about the menu, he talked down to my husband. I actually had to get up to get another drink.
The trout and lamb were amazing!!
Season 52 is one of my favorite places to eat. Love the food. The service is great.
It is where I go when I want something special, but not too expensive.
As always, a great experience at Seasons 52! The waiter was exceptional! He total understood the menus and was incredibly friendly. My wife and I even talked about how great he was on the drive home.
Very poor food quality, the lettuce was decomposing. I brought it to attention of our server and she said she would tell the chef. She did not offer to bring a new salad. Very disappointing!
The food was gr EA at. The server was great. At the end, the service slowed. I don't know what happened. Th he restaurant was not busy????
Valet service: A
Hostess desk: A+
Welcomes me and my guests and has read and attempts to fulfill any notes on my reservation.
Be professional , warm and know the menu. At the very least be able to distinguish between a new, returning or loyal customer. A bonus is to recommend a drink, appetizer, or entrée according to past habits
Food was great as we expected except for the second time in a row my wife has ordered the Nantucket scallops only to be told 10 minutes later they are out. This was a reservation before 6pm and not 9pm.
When I order a cocktail I don’t expect the server to ask me how to make it. I asked for a Gin Rickey, not a flaming rum punch. Also, the last two visits I was told that they were out of Lake Sonoma cab. This never happened before and now twice in a row.
There used to be music on the patio.
Manager visit: F
I have not had a manager visit my table in 7 months. This used to happen every time. I used to get a visit by a manager and sometimes multiple managers throughout the course of my dinner. If a restaurant cares about the customer's experience then they should want to meet their guests, thank them for their patronage, and ask how everything went.
I have been commenting for months now how my experience at Seasons has become a “hit or miss” experience. Recently more misses than hits, unfortunately.
There are way too many new restaurants in Frisco and Plano for any restaurant to not want to insure that their customers had an exemplary experience.
Food was great but service we received from Justice was outstanding. Bet waiter I had in a long time. Made birthday lunch memorable.
This was the first time I have been disappointed with Seasons 52. Our server, Beth, was in such a hurry to get us served and out of there, that it became uncomfortable. (There were empty tables) My sea bass was cold in the center. Portions were very different in size, even though we both ordered the sea bass. I could tell her fish was cooked properly. Black rice etc was very tasty. I would give restaurant another try, but would not want her as a server again.
One of my favorite restaurants for business lunches or dinner with my wife.
The food was excellent and the pricing is very reasonable!! The kids loved it also and it was great for a nice dinner out for a family. The service was fantastic- Steve was our server and he took great care of us. I appreciated that they had gluten-sensitive option for my daughter. She said the gluten-sensitive flatbread was delicious! Several of us ordered fish and each entree was spectacular and exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back!!!
The food is outstanding!! Fabulous flavor and healthy!
Amazing. That's all I can say.
Just a consistently good place. The food is excellent, and the value is surprising given as the decor is high end and the service is generally good. Always a popular choice when suggested to my dining companions.
I attended Seasons 52 for an anniversary, and I have absolutely no regrets. The food was beyond delicious, the dessert was delightful, and the ambiance provided a sense of peace throughout the entire meal. Great restaurant!
Best service hands down! They were running only 15 minutes late and treated us with a bottle of champagne and appetizers on them. I’ve never been somewhere that took such good care of us. Not only that but the food is AMAZING! They brought out a desert platter for my husbands birthday. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank y’all so much for the service.
Had a reservation on New Year’s. Waited an additional 30min beyond our reservation time until we were seated. Server took extraordinary long time to bring drinks and then only saw him twice more the entire evening. Food was not up to the quality we are used to at this establishment. Not sure if this was due to it being New Year’s, but veggies were undercooked and sea bass was rubbery. Usually we love this place but this visit was very disappointing.
New Year’s Eve....everything was great except I requested the Atrium so we could have the ambiance of all the lights in the trees outside, but the shades were down & my request to have them raised was ignored.
Steve was our server and he was great! However, the hostess was extremely rude. We arrived about twenty minutes early and was told we would be seated at 6 and no earlier. So we waited until then as we saw tables remain empty. We still had a great meal and will be back despite the hostess.
It was our anniversary dinner and we had a great time! The food was amazing and the service was great!!
Always great scallops. Able to make diet specific requests without any issue. Excellent service.
Took my parents out to dine, and overall the experience was great! The waiter was very nice and was very quick to explain any questions about the menus. Her suggestions were very good and worth the value. Presentation of the food was spectacular, especially on the salads. Overall had a great time. Would definitely recommend
Wonderful place for a date night especially if you sit on the patio. Ish is a wonderful server and very attentive. Will be going back when the menu changes for the next season!
One of our favorites in DFW. Great food and atmosphere.
We did have trip me ordering an appetizer and one of our meals. They were out of meatballs and scallops.
This is my wife and I's go to restaurant when we are able to get away alone. The food is consistent and flavorful with a healthy focus. They have a nice global Wine menu for the adventurous too. Our Waiter Steve makes it a wonderful experience in every way.
Always an elegant experience that never leaves you feeling heavy or too full afterwards.
Great food and great service. Seasons 52 is always at the top of our list.
Food was very good. Our only complaint was with the wine. We ordered a very pricey bottle of red wine and it was served in really small wine glasses and was very warm. Not an ideal temperature for red wine.
It was just OK today. 66% hit rate on the table liking the meals. Overall a fan, but tonight was just at the OK level.
Very nice evening. Our waitress was outstanding.
We visit this restaurant often so thought Christmas Eve dinner would be an awesome addition to our holiday. Disappointing server/service at our table was not expected. To say that he ignored us would be an understatement. We observed him at various spots in the restaurant and he had eye contact but did not check on us during dinner. When he finally delivered our desserts, he immediately left the check. That was the fastest service from him all evening. Usually great experience here but not this time!
Again, Seasons 52 hit a home run for us. We went there on Christmas Eve and our reservation was waiting for us as was a booth (which we had asked for). Our server Lindsey was fantastic and maintained a glowing smile even when she had to tell me they were out of Nantucket Bay Scallops. Instead, I had the filet and much to my surprise, it was probably the best piece of meat I have had in a very long time and it was cooked to perfection. The valet saw us coming out the door and immediately went to get our car. You just can't ask for any better, top to bottom!
For our appetizer we shared the shrimp stuffed mushrooms and really enjoyed them. My husband had the sea scallops with butternut squash risotto and a hybrid winter veggie. Excellent choice. I had the very tasty rollitini. We love the mini desserts here.
