Seasons 52 - Phoenix Ratings and Reviews
I had been to another Seasons 52 location - in Denver, and was blown away. Everything about it was incredible. I was hoping for a similar experience here, but that is not what we received.
To start, our server was friendly, but far less attentive than we would have expected from a restaurant of this caliber. I finished my soda in what I thought was a normal amount of time, but it took quite a while before she noticed it was empty, and then even longer before I finally received a refill.
Our appetizers were tasty, but nothing spectacular.
When our entrees arrived, we were less than pleased. My wife ordered pork, which was delivered quite pink, almost to the point of being raw. Our server informed us that pork was automatically served “medium.” This was under medium, but even so, it would have been nice to be informed that we would have had to ask to have our pork fully cooked - or at least be asked how we would like it prepared while we were ordering.
My lamb was good, not great, and the pointless garnishes of a potato mash and some greens did nothing to enhance the meal.
There were no desserts offered that were dairy free, but we were quite impressed by the extensive gluten free menu the restaurant offered.
My wife did order a dessert, which they were nice enough to comp, but it was small, and the few bucks it saved us really didn’t make the experience any better.
There are many other restaurants in the area, and we will definitely be choosing one of them next time we are out celebrating and looking for a nice meal.
The ambiance and service was great. It's a decent place for a quiet conversation over a nice dinner and a glass of wine. The rainbow trout was delicious although if you're really hungry then you might want to order something else or add an appetizer. Keep in mind though that your date will not be cheap. They're nice and tasty entrees but a bit pricey, so be prepared, lol.
From the moment we arrived it was comfortable, the hostess was very pleasant. We had Morgan as our server and she was awesome. She’s tell us which ones were her favorite dishes and if we made a good choices with our entree. The ambiance was also really chill not to loud we were all able to listen to one another sitting at a round table and we did not have to yell. The food was amazing my wife got the meat loaf and that was finger licking good it practically melted in my mouth. I got the tenderloin with sweet potato smash that was just mmm. A must try!!!! We definitely will return! The pecan pie dessert is also worth cheat day!
We ate here twice while away on vacation. We loved it so much the first night we had to go back. This was one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. The food and service were truly outstanding and the value for the portion size was great. I have celiac disease and I was blown away by all of the amazing options available to me. I was able to enjoy the flatbread, entrees and dessert and did not have any issues. I also sampled both of my fiance’s dishes and did not have any trouble. All of the food was absolutely amazing. I loved the focus on healthy and seasonal eating with clean and wonderful flavors. I wish we had been in the area for more days so we could try even more dishes!
Everyone on the staff was wonderful, from the warm greeting when you walk in, to the excellent service. We were with a party of six, and it was everyone's first time there. Everyone loved the flavorful and beautifully presented food and wants to come back to Seasons 52. The menu has something for everyone. Every ingredient was of the highest quality, and yet the dishes were still quite affordable. The crafted cocktails and wine lists were impressive. And I have to add that my husband's martini was one of the best he's ever had. We will be back! Thank you, Seasons 52!
Great choices and menu varies with the seasons. Presentation good and service has always been attentive. This is one of our favorite places for a week night or weekend family dinner that is a perfect semi-casual environment. The salmon, filet, and chicken have been excellent. Like when they feature a particular item during the season as Copper River salmon and Nantucket scallops.
The roasted cheese cauliflower appetizer was amazing! And we loved the little dessert cups, just the right size. We did need to wait for service and food and not sure why we needed to be seated in the last booth by the wait station when It was 2pm and the restaurant was almost empty, but great time with the family!!
