Great service, great food, great environment. Valet parking, easy in and out.
My friends and I meet here for lunch about once a month. We love that it is quiet so we can enjoy catching up with each other. The food and service are great .
Went here for a work lunch. Food was very bland and mediocre for the prices. Unlikely I'd ever return.
Outstanding service and food - fine dining at a reasonable price! Our awesome server Bethany was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the wine lists and the menu. Their cauliflower and Brussels sprouts appetizers were perfectly seasoned and flavorful. Our party of four ordered 2 salmon dishes, one rainbow trout, and one sea scallops- all were divine! Perfectly cooked, seasoned, perfect portions! And the dessert shooters are pretty legit too (two giant spoonfuls of pecan pie for the win!). You will regret NOT going to this place if you're in the area - we will definitely be back on our next trip to Phoenix!!!
We celebrated our anniversary at Season's 52 and I'm thrilled that we did! Our server, Sakara was really wonderful and made the evening more enjoyable. The food was delicious. We shared the filet and salmon and both were perfect. The accompanying vegetables and potatoes were different and tasty too. The restaurant treated us to a delicious dessert and presented me with a rose to celebrate our anniversary....a very nice ending to a great evening. I especially appreciate that the pricing of the food (we didn't have drinks) is extremely competitive and reasonable compared to other nice restaurants in the area.
Always a great experience!
The service was terrible
It took forever for our order to be taken
It took forever to get our bill and we were headed to a concert
Seasons 52 is located at the Biltmore Fashion Park in Phoenix. The interior is beautifully appointed with appropriate lighting. We were promptly seated. Our server (I believe her name was Amanda) was very knowledgeable including the wine list. She also provided very good service without being intrusive.
My wife and I enjoyed the two crab starters and split the caesar salad (it was still more than enough). We also both enjoyed the lamb shank. The meat virtually fell of the bone. Of course, we enjoyed the chocolate deserts, which are small enough to still enjoy after a substantial meal.
In short, we loved it!
I've been there several times for business lunches as well.
A reliable choice that I return to over and over and am never disappointed. Even when something goes wrong they know how to make it right. Excellent service and an interesting menu that changes seasonally. Plus it's (mostly) healthy!
Had the crab sandwich with the beet salad on the side - both were really good. Hana, our server, was prompt and did a great job. A nice selection of the small desserts. We enjoyed the carrot cake & chocolate s'more ones - very fresh.
We had a lovely dinner with friends. It was my husband's birthday and the staff presented him with a handmade birthday card, a long-stemmed rose which he gave to me, a free flatbread gift certificate, a free dessert and a burning candle. The whole meal was excellent. Our server, Bethany, was just a delight. We thank Seasons 52 for a memorable evening.
Great experience. Good food, good wine selection, superb service.
We had a group of 14 and the service was great. They didn’t miss a beat.
The ambience is very nice. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating but got one of our orders wrong. My friend didn’t get her dinner until everyone at the table was done and then it was dry and over cooked. She apologized for writing the order incorrectly and comped us desserts which nobody really wanted. My other friend got a flatbread. It was very charred on the bottom and the toppings were sparse. She complained and the waitress did Comp the flatbread. Overall, I think they need a new cook because the pork was also over cooked too. Not as good as the other Seasons 52 that I usually go to.
JOHN the bartender who is the waiter in the bar area is very good
Had a party of eight for a family birthday. Food was very good and some of the side dishes were a little bland. We ordered the truffle mac & cheese and where the mac & cheese was very good seem to have forgotten the truffle. I would try this again.
I have been here several times but very disappointed that evening. Had friends in from out of town, staying at the Biltmore and felt this would be close for them. We went for a birthday celebration which I mentioned on my reservation (never mentioned the whole night). It started out nice by the waiter telling us all the things he enjoyed, but also mentioned he didn't mind since it wasn't busy yet. We ordered 2 filets, and a the seabass. I wasn't ready yet to order and told him to go ahead and put in their order because I just needed to pick a salad. Two of my guest ordered a each of them would share, one filet, and the other seabass,(like a surf and turf). One seabass and one filet came out (since my salad was ordered later I knew it would take a few minutes longer). We waited and waited for the other filet, finally tracking down another waiter to check on it. It finally came, but my other guest waited and their food got cold waiting. They did enjoy their food but didn't realize that they had delivered the wrong filets to the wrong person, but at that point they just ate it. They were all done eating and the waiter then delivered my salad, I refused it at that point. They brought by desserts at the end and I thought it was for a nice gesture or for our birthday celebration, nope we were charged for all 3 desserts. He then delivered the check and was enough to take off the salad.
Waiter Tommy was very attentive. Food was delicious and prices were very reasonable. Four adults enjoyed our meals. Even my toddler loved everything we offered.
I have been going to Seasons 52 in Oak Brook, IL, but had not been to this on in Phoenix. I needed a good business lunch place that I wouldn't be around a lot of noise and small children. This was perfect. The food and service were excellent. I have been to the OakBrook site at night and they made great drinks and it was very lively. I assume this one in Phoenix will be the same. Great place - highly recommend.
Pretty good service, really good food.
We chose to go here for dinner based upon the menu and use of seasonal produce vs staying at our hotel restaurant. We were so impressed with dinner that we returned for lunch the next day with clients. Very condicive to business meetings or quiet conversations. Classy spot & great tasting and creative meals!
My family & I went to Seasons 52 for my birthday. Our waitress was awesome & had a warm & friendly personality. The wItress informed us when we sat down of some of the selections that were not available. We, of course, made our selections from the rest of the menu’s offerings but the salad my husband ordered & the entree I ordered were also not available after we had placed our order. The manager came over & not only comped my meal but offered us dessert on the house as well.
as always this restaurant exceeds expectations.. the food, atmosphere and wait staff are outstanding. This is a great restaurant to try
I thought it was very good. Ambiance and the quality of the food was great. Loud group came in for a birthday and sat right by us so that was unfortunate. Overall all though it was great. Flatbreads were tasty. My filet mignon was cooked perfectly. Would definitely go back.
Nice atmosphere. Not to stuffy. Service was good but not at attentive as I expected. Nice bar area.
We were very disappointed in Seasons 52 on New Year's Eve. We were 3 couples with a resetvation for 8 p.m. Restaurant was not crowded yet we waited 15 to 20 minutes to be seated. Our starters were served and less than 2 minutes passed when our entrees arrived. We had barely taken a bite of our starters. The waitress apologized and said she did not know why it happened. She and her helpers set two of the entrees down as we shuffked plates on the table to provide room. She then asked if we preferred they held the entrees in the back until we were finished with the starters. Really?? A bit late in asking and not appealing to think your entree is cooling it's heals on a counter. All food was lukewarm at best. We have enjoyed this restaurant frequently in the past so what a disappointment. Hope they get it together. About $400 for the 6 of us. Also, rather than serving flatbread as their table bread, it would be a great improvement to offer Noble's bread. Not recommending at this time.
Consistently good- we will return.
We walked in at 5:40 and asked for a table for 2, the hostess said they were fully booked for the night. We went on the open table app and saw they had several open spots. W made reservations for 5:45 and told the hostess we had reservations. She then seated us. She basically lied to our faces 2 minutes earlier.
A very enjoyable experience from our initial reception to the conclusion of the meal.
Love this place!
My husband started with the green salad.....the lettuce was fresh and
interesting, nicely dressed....not overly loaded with vinaigrette.
The scallops were delicious served on very nice vegetables.
Our server very pleasant and very helpful. My husband did not want
any carbohydrates and he changed it to delicous brussel sprouts
I had the trout which was absolutely delicious....grilled to perfection,
nice spicing....the roasted potatoes very tasty as well as the roasted
carrots.....our white wine was perfect for the dinner but unfortunately,
can't remember our selection.
All in all very nice experience and always enjoy eating at your restaurant
We have dined at Seasons 52 on several occasions, and we are never disappointed. We do miss the piano playing in the bar.
The low service rating wasn’t necessarily all the servers fault. They were out of wine the we ordered. Out of grenadine for kids Shirley temples and we heard them tell another table they were out of something else. We were there for sons 18th bday and it was very strange that server didnt even offer dessert menus. He just brought the bill. Not a fabulous experience.
Food was excellent. Service was great. Prices are reasonable. Portions were good. Crab cakes, lobster bisque and filet were perfect. Highly recommend it for any occasion
Great food. Happy people who were very sociable and efficient.
We often use Seasons 52 as a special occasion restaurant. Great food, great service, great ambience. Also, the menu changes periodically (with the seasons) and small touches change every week (52 times a year). I highly recommend the restaurant.
Karen our server was friendly fun and extremely efficient. The lamb shank, delicious. We were all pleased with our selections. A definite redo!
Came in to celebrate my daughters birthday. This was by far the best meal we have had in a very long time. The food was amazing as usual but the differentiator was the service. Our server went above and beyond to truly make it a special night for my daughter. A huge kudos to Sakura!
Dinner was amazing and Tommy was fantastic!!!
Our waiter Tommy was the best and made our dining experience wonderful
