Seasons 52 - Phoenix Ratings and Reviews
The service was great and the food fantastic. Very reasonable prices and happy hour goes until 7 pm with some great options. We had the Lobster Flat Bread as an appetizer - excellent and great way to start the meal. We had the Lamb Shank, Scallops and Filet and they were all super. Loved the small desserts offered. A little sweet to end the evening without being too heavy. I recommend making reservations. We were there on a Tuesday evening and the place was packed. We will be back!
A frequent lunch spot for me for both business meetings and connecting with friends. Knowledgeable wait staff, very good service and consistently well-prepared food. Many choices for those with special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free choices), all well- demarcated on the menu.
Always liked going to eat and drink here. Came for the Autumn prefix menu. The one complaint that I have had for a long time is that they took away the music in the lounge area. We used to go there quite a bit more often, but now that the lounge atmosphere is gone, we only go there when we have a deal.
Very pleasant surprise
Fall menu perfect food for the changing weather and filled with fresh ingredients. Meat and fish option excellent. Really loved the trout and the mushroom
Bisque. The Thai noodle salad we had better elsewhere but still very tasty. Dessert presentations lovely, small-terrific sizes for today’s conscientious foody
Appreciated listing of calories for each dish including for the wine
We had great service too
As a chef working in concierge I have the opportunity to suggest local restaurants to visiting guests, and this has been one of my favorite go to for a great dining experience and everyone I've sent here shares the same sentiment. Best mango jalapeno crush in town.
We enjoyed a great dinner at Seasons 52 for my wife's birthday. The food is always excellent and the service was quick and efficient. The 3 course menu an the happy hour specials provided great options for dining and of course the mini desserts were a great way to end the meal. If you are looking for a nice meal in the Biltmore area but don't want to spend a fortune this is a great option.
As always, our experience at Seasons 52 was delightful. The salmon salad was delicious and beautifully presented. The chicken pesto flatbread was a wonderful accompaniment to the salad, and again, the presentation made it special. Our server, “Rio” was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive.
We enjoyed our dining experience at Seasons 52. When we arrived, we were seated promptly.
Our server greeted us warmly and mentioned the Harvest Meal which was the main reason we were there for dinner. He was good at giving us suggestions for dinner which we chose.
My husband enjoyed the Chilean sea bass and my sister and I enjoyed the grilled filet mignon.
The grilled filet mignon with the green beans ( the restaurant ran out of the broccolini) was so tender and delicious. The best I ever had at the Seasons 52.
The small indulgences in the glass containers were such a sweet way to end a delicious dinner.
We always look forward to indulging in these!
I would certainly recommend Seasons 52 to family and friends for a great place for ambiance and a great meal! I applaud you for offering the Harvest Meal as a special deal. It was a sweet deal for us! Thank you!
I gave the restaurant a 3 star because of the following:
Our waitress did come right after we were seated and did tell us about the menu and our drinks came relatively quickly however (the wine I ordered had not been opened so that took 5-7 minutes more for me to try a sample (the keg" should have been opened prior to opening of the bar).
We gave our orders as soon as our guests arrived as we were headed to a play and needed quicker service.
Our food came quickly but then we couldn't spot our waitress for a good 15 minutes (too long) after we finished eating.
She said that she was just seating another table. No apology. We had asked another server to find her. When she did come over we quickly ordered our dessert and the check. Then she brought someone with her to take care of some food that we wanted boxed to go.
During the 15 minute wait another server kept walking by our table. Our empty plates were obvious and she never stopped to pick up one of them.
Your staff needs more training and I suggest you go to a Houstons or Bandera and see how their staff help each other out.
This IS one of my favorite restaurants and so I will be back when I am not in a hurry.
We were searching online for somewhere new to go and found Seasons 52. The menu looked good, everyone would be able to find something. We ordered from the harvest menu which came with a starter, main course, and mini dessert. The filet mignon was one of the best I ever had. Cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. It came with two sides which were delicious. The selection of mini desserts was so good that we got two extras to share. We will definitely be going back.
We were in Phoenix for one night before we flew home and randomly picked Seasons 52 for dinner. We really lucked out as dinner and service were superb. We both had filets - some of the best we ever had . I would recommend to anyone. A special plus for wine lovers- the 52 in Seasons 52 refers to the number of different wines you can get by the glass. Next time we are there I definitely plan to go back!
