Food is always great and service is typically good. On this visit the server was unattentive. Water glasses empty, dirty plates left on table, always looking for the disinterested server
We went for restaurant week and were surprised by the quality of the offerings especially at the $33.00 cost. The staff are outstanding.
Food was tasty and healthy- service was amazing. John who attended our table was knowledgeable, very attentive and friendly- he made our dining very fun!
We sat at the chef’s table to celebrate our admin team. It was a very pleasant surprise and added to our experience. The ambiance, service and of course, the food were amazing.
Amazing service and they really go above and beyond! Will definitely recommend and return!!
As always, great food and happy hour too. He loved his chicken, and I love the salmon. Prices are reasonable. Bar is lively. We will be back!
Always great, never disappointed.
We always enjoy Seasons 52! Great food, atmosphere and service!
Slow night at S’52. Non of us could get our drinks refilled. I got a medium steak that was well done. I finally just ate it since my waiter never came back for 20 minutes... I won’t be back anytime soon. It’s sad, I had always had good experiences in the past.
I would recommend Seasons 52 over Capitol Grill, as an example. Less expensive, more inventive menu.
Great, friendly staff.
Mother’s Day disaster.
Never brought the table bread. Kept letting drinks run dry. The food portions were a complete joke for the prices. Definitely overpriced. Not really worth it at all.
Being Mother's Day, I expected the restaurant to be busy and to have to wait a short time for our table, but was disappointed that we had to wait approximately 45 minutes after our reservation time before we were seated - guess everyone there was enjoying themselves so much they didn't want to leave! Our server, Karen, was attentive but not overly so, and our meal was as delicious as I expected it to be. Other than having to wait so long for our table, it was a good experience.
Great food, reasonably priced. We had to wait close to 45 minutes for our 2 pm reservation and then an additional wait for the meal, but other than that it was great. Staff was very accommodating under the busy circumstances.
Everything was great. Tommy our server did great once we were seated. Good was prepared perfectly. Only issue is we waited an hour past our reservation. It appeared they over booked.
Made the mistake of going here for Mother’s Day. They were so far behind on their ability to seat customers that, despite reservations, we had to wait almost 40 minutes. They were out of some things and only had 2 desserts available by then. Food coming out of the kitchen was incredibly slow and the specialty cocktails tasted watered down. The restaurant itself seemed over used/slightly beat up and definitely dusty. I have been to other Seasons 52 that were in much better condition and have always loved the dining experience but can’t imagine returning to this particular one.
Mother's Day disaster! I understand that it was a special day but when you make a reservation you might expect a bit of a wait but we had a 1:30 p.m. reservation and didn't get seated until 2:30 p.m. Not acceptable, especially when the hostess kept saying that tables were getting turned around and it would be about 5 more minutes...which turned into 20 minutes, which then turned into another 20 minutes.
Food was mediocre. Caramelized scallops were not caramelized, halibut was bland with no flavor, 3 course buffet Cornish hen was not as expected and then the special dessert was no longer available.
This was a first time for mom, dad and daughter - and they noted that they will not need to come back. I felt bad as I made the recommendation. Mother's Day Fail.
Our server was great though...only good part of the experience. She did comp the mini-desserts since the feature was not available.
Overall...not a great experience. Not sure I will even go back.
Everything was awesome!
We ate their for Mother’s Day brunch. Overall, the food was good, just not the bacon. I asked the server for a new plate of bacon, since ours was rubbery, and I specified crispy. When the bacon came back, 15 mins later, she told us they put it back in the oven for longer but it was still rubbery, just hotter. I feel they should have just made a fresh order for us. Otherwise, everything else was great!
We were fortunate to get a table still available for Mother's Day brunch. We were doubly fortunate to get a shaded table on the patio, because the noise level inside on such a busy day was almost intolerable. The menu had plentiful options. The food was fresh and seasoned nicely. Nothing was overcooked. The portions were not "supersized," but just big enough to leave us satisfied instead of bloated. My wife, who has "more [dietary restrictions] than you can shake a stick at," among them being eggs, soy, and tomatoes, was nonetheless able to find a hearty selection of options.

Great food good service.
Good food and good service. The noise level was higher than I remembered but with that many patrons, I think the noise level would be high anywhere
Came to Season52 for Mother’s Day dining.
Food and service were excellent.
My Fiancé had the salmon, and was moist and cooked perfect.
I had the pork loin and had the cauliflower steak as a appetizer.
Both were cooked excellent and enjoyed our dinner.
This was a special occasion and we both enjoyed our dining experience.
this is the first time I have been disappointed at this restaurant. They were obviously very busy but we had a beautiful table on the patio so it was quiet. What was disturbing was that there was empty table during our entire meal and it had never been cleared of dirty dishes and empty glassed from their dessert course. I could stay home and look at clutter because I was cooking and didn't have time to clean up, but I don't expect to have to see it while eating out in a restaurant. I even asked one of the wait staff to have the table cleared and he told me they were very busy - end of story.
My husband had the hen and his potatoes were cold when they arrived. I had scallops and they were luke warm. We had a feeling out dish sat for a while before being brought to us. The wait staff offered to replace but by the time they got to check on us it didn't pay.
We had ordered off your new spring menu and when the waiter took our dinner plates he was ready to bring the bill. I asked about our dessert and he said they were behind on making the desserts. I told him we would wait but I was really annoyed.
We live quite a distance from the Biltmore shopping center and I'm not sure I would make the drive again to be treated so dismissively.
It was a Saturday night before Mother's Day and very busy. We had to wait extremely long between appetizer and entree. We were a bit annoyed, but did not complain to anyone. We were then surprised to find our meal was comped for the delay they were obviously aware of. This was a "touch of class" and it went a long way showing us they were their to make our dinning experience appreciated. We will definitely return to this classy restaurant
Always love the delicious fresh food. Never had a bad meal here.
Great experience. Fantastic service.
Great service and food! We loved our waiter Tony. Great prices and nice ambiance.
Everything was delicious. We had a great lunch. Great food variety.
Always a good choice!! Menu items are changed regularly so it’s worth the trip and never the same old thing!!!
Nice quiet atmosphere with very good service and the food was very well prepared. Flavors were good and the prices are very reasonable.
Made college graduation lunch awesome & memorable for my son (and,me)! Thank you!
I love this place. It’s a bit pricey but I still love it.
It was very nice. My husband enjoyed his meal. I loved the avocado toast. The tuna entree was good but a little cold. I realize it was seared but I thought it would be warmer. It was on a cold couscous. And maybe less of that and more hummus would have been better. Also, the cappuccino didn’t have foam because the machine didn’t work. The waiter said he figured out how to do it manually but there was no foam. I drank it. Good coffee but not cappuccino. I think it should have been offered for free or at least tell me so I can choose an option that didn’t require foamed milk.
Although it was confirmed, the hostess could not find our reservation at first, and she was unfriendly. We were seated in a booth with a broken bench seat. After 30 min with no service, we asked for the manager and were told no one had been assigned to our table. He gave us a round of drinks and a free appetizer for our trouble.
Excellent experience. Our waiter was exceptional. The food was very good. Best meal out this week!
Food was excellent and reasonably priced. I loved that the portions were not huge, they were the perfect size.
Awesome place to celebrate an occasion and indilge a bit.
