The food was late coming and we had expressed that we were in for lunch. I had requested the BLT no avacado. When it finally came it had avacado on it and the amount of food was very unsatisfying and it didn't come with any. I left there feeling still very hungry.
The waiter and the manager were both very nice and understanding and I don't blame them for the delay since it was pretty busy so it was understandable. I would recommend a BLT with two slices of bread and perhaps a side.
Great restaurant for special occasions. Food is always fresh and seasonal.
Seasons 52 was fabulous....as always!!!
We enjoyed hearing each other, the servers are fabulous, the food was good value, my guest can't wait to return.
Our Server advised us she had just started working there 4 days ago. She said she was overwhelmed. We asked for a glass of wine each with ICE. It came with no ICE. We asked her 3 additional times for a glass of ice cubes so we could add ice to our wine - never got ice until we stopped another server. Our original server was presented by me with an email coupon for a free flatbread - she charged us for the Flatbread. No one from the Management was available to check on us during this Birthday celebration. My Partner chose this place for his Birthday and I had never been there. He was excited to introduce me to this place but ended up being embarrassed by the mistakes by server. I was upset since he was displeased with the outcome of his Birthday dinner. I know I would never take anyone to this place to impress them in the future. Most places make a fuss about a Birthday celebration at their establishment, not this place - although we booked it thru Opentable and advised it was a special birthday dinner celebration, we were sat at a Bar Both, not in any of the main dining room and assigned a server that was employed less than a week. Greatly Disappointed!! As we left, we talked to a Manager who replied " Hey, sometimes thus happens" .. wow ... that's a reply Ud expect from a fast food establishment, not one that's trying to come across as a fine dining establishment! Boy was I fooled .. don't be fooled Too !!
My new favorite restaurant. Have been to a Seasons 52 twice now - Denver and Phoenix. High quality food, everything delicious and beautiful presentation. Friendly staff and quick service. A real price performer. Great food for a reasonable price. Amount of food on plate was perfect. Just right no waste.
Seasons 52 is one of our favorite restaurants. We have been to Indianapolis locate a number of time and took friends to the Jacksonville FL location. We have now moved to Phoenix and this is our third visit to this location. I hate to admit, but the service on our three visits has not compared to the service in Indy and in Jacksonville. I do find that very disappointing because we always had wonderful service in the past.
Beautiful restaurant! Lots of happy people dining and having a nice time. Wonderful wine selection and excellent cocktails. Food and service was very good.
We there with my wife on a date night and discovered an excellent experienced based on the menu, wine and drink selection, service and the ambiance. Would definitely go back.
I was surprised and a little disappointed because I was in there for mine and my Dad's birthdays and we didn't get a free birthday flat bread coupon as we have in the past.
My wife’s birthday
enjoy eating here, always excelllent food and service.
Everything was fantastic on our recent visit. Our waiter, Steve, was knowledgeable about wines and dishes. We really appreciated this as this was our first visit. I will dream about the shrimp and grits for a long time.
Mashed potatoes were bland with the filet. Braised short ribs where not tender and juicy but stringy. Too small a portion on the cheddar grits. Sorry, it’s usually a lot better when we’ve dined in the past.
Wonderful service, wonderful food, wonderful ambience! Our server was Adam and he was friendly, outgoing, attentive and an asset to the restaurant.
Service was amazing. Food was awesome. Noise level was a tad loud...but who cares???
Everything was delicious and the server was fantastic.
The crusted salmon dinner was smaller than coupe of weeks ago! Not as many vegetables and the iron skillet they come in was no where to be seen!
We were given champagne which was very very nice! Thank you!!
Absolutely hands down the best dining experience I have had since moving here to Phoenix 14 years ago! It’s really THAT good.
Great food, excellent service, somewhat pricey
Not impressed. Under staffed and too many tables for Liz to have a chance to give good service. Food was good.
Food was great. But noise level was high. It was hard to converse at times.
Dreadful. Extremely slow service and extremely over cooked trout and salmon! This place used to be good, but this was awful!
The food is always good. Service is consistently great.
This place is a mixed bag. For a $60 and $90 bottles of wine we ordered, we were given white wine glasses. When we pointed to the red wine glasses hanging over the bar and asked if we can get the proper glasses, we were told we need to buy an "expensive" wine to drink in those. Bizarre!! Any basic red wine glass would do, but no. No red wine glass for you.
The food was a mixed bag. The flatbreads were good, as were the salads which were really good. The meat entrees were not. My boneless short rib was overcooked and dry.
The desserts were good. They are individual potions presented in small glasses and I liked that. All in all, I'd not come back here if nothing else for the management's attitude of not offering the right wine glasses for the "cheap" $60 and $90 wines. For me, even a $5 wine tastes better in the right glass and $500 wine tastes subpar in the wrong glass.
Delicious food. Good service.
Food was generally very good. Restaurant was very cool--we and other customers were complaining about this. Service seemed very stretched. There were several empty tables, but it appeared there may not have been adequate staffing. There was first a mixup on servers, and then food took a long time to get delivered. Getting the check took longer.
We've not had experiences like this before at Seasons 52, and have enjoyed dining there several times before. We're likely to give them another chance.
The music level was a little loud, but the service and food was quite good.
Season 52 is one of my favorite restaurants. Food is always great.
Restaurant for adults. Flawless service. Consistently excellent.
Too noisy. Food, wine list, and service were excellent. But the noise level was bit intolerable.
Great as usual. We can always count on Seasons 52 for a good experience and good food.
It was good, different foods which we appreciated. Service was good.
Very busy, noisy, otherwise delightful.
Whether a business meal or, in this case, celebrating Mom's 93rd birthday, all went well! Appreciate the alternative menu for the various food requirements in our group. Food and service were excellent, as usual!
Restaurant was out of 4 wines we requested.
Salads ordered were never brought to table.
Service was slow.
Restaurant recognized shortcomings and comped us a couple of appetizers. Overall a C+ experience.
Perfect in every way
We’re trying 52 new restaurants this year in the valley and so far this one’s in our top 2. We had 2 (outstanding) apps, 3 drinks, 2 awesome entrees, 2 perfect deserts, and were fully satisfied for under $100 including tip. We’ll definitely be back!
I come here when I travel for work, PA, FL, NY and now AZ.
