Terrific—amazing food: fresh, good value, unique
Great service and food... Raheem was the best server! Very Attentive and pleasant ...
Always reliable and varied menu but generally a stumble or two. Last visit is was poorly prepared artichokes; this visit asparagus soup was barely tepid. Having said that seafood choices have always been good and lamb loin with balsamic glaze was very well prepared and presented. Service is attentive with a team approach. Certainly worth return visits.
Food was good but the place was packed and really loud on a random Wed night. I prefer the Buckhead location.
As always, excellent food and service. The place is loud during lunch...but a great restaurant as always.
Excellent service and awesome food with a great variety of yummy food and drinks
Always consistently good.
I enjoy the food at Seasons 52 and have never had a problem in the past. The host was incredibly rude to me when he called checking to confirm my reservation. He (Ryan) called 30 minutes before my reservation time. I was in a store in the check out line. When the phone rang, I didn't recognize the number and sent it to voice mail. He immediately called back again. When the third call came in immediately, I stepped out of line thinking it was an emergency. It was "Ryan" from Seasons 52. He asked "are you coming in for your reservation at 5:00?" I stated that, yes, we would be there at 5:00. He responded with a snarky "Well, are you sure?? We called and left a message yesterday and you never bothered to call us back." I again said "yes, we will be there at 5:00." I just found it very rude. I'll continue to dine at Seasons 52, but may try another location next time.
This was our second visit to Seasons 52, and it was very good. As crowded as it was, I was glad to have reservations. Upon arrival, the hostess did mention that there was a 20-40 minute wait even though we did make our OpenTable reservation, so we went to the bar. Two seats "magically" opened up for us & we thought we might sit there to eat. We ordered a round of drinks, & an appetizer. Gerald, our bartender, was excellent! Before the appetizer arrived (very little wait) my phone was called and our table was ready. I hated to leave Gerald, but we also wanted to open the bar seating up for someone without a reservation.
Our table waiter was also excellent, but I failed to remember his name. Our food was served quickly, was very good, and the portions were a good size. We had room for one of their dessert shots, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We will definitely drive back.
Yes, a Saturday night. But, I had to wait almost 25 minutes for my 7:30 Dinner Reservation. Offered to buy a round of appetizers for the wait; but didn't. That kind of thing should be followed up on. Server OK...not very attentive.
Food was good. Short ribs was ok room temp not piping hot.
Slow on getting drinks refill.
I hate to write a negative review but the service was the worse we have experienced in years . It happened to be packed at 6:30 for some reason but our waiter’s service was ridiculous ! We were there to celebrate my sisters Birthday and she picked Seasons 52. It took several minutes for the waiter to recognize us after we were seated. Then, 10 minutes before we got water. Twenty minutes after ordering wine before we got the wine. Another 20 before he came back to take the appetizer order. Another 20 to get the app. By then we wanted another glass of wine but no one ordered it because we knew how long it would take. One of our party ordered something off the lunch menu he was given and wasn’t told he couldn’t order that until all the other food came then he had to sit there and watch us eat while there was another 20 minutes for him to get his meal. We were there three hours. It was truly ridiculous. We will think twice before going to Seasons 52 again.
Raven was an incredible waitress and food was amazing!
The server acted as if it was an inconvenience to serve us. My wife asked for a recommendation for a red wine. The server said she personally preferred white wine. It was down hill from there. This was the second consecutive time we've had bad service.
Our server was terrific!
Food was good but not as great as it was the last time. Wasn’t a fan of the flatbreads this time.
Wonderful atmosphere, excellent food, and server was off the charts !
Great wine menu for a date you’re taking out. Deena was our server and she knew we’d never been here before and she made all the suggestions. My girlfriend is vegan and there were great options. I strongly recommend this place. They even accommodated me when I was 45 minutes late for my reservations.
We had a great dinner, with an excellent server who made some wonderful suggestions for apps and desserts. Thank you.
Season 52 --I have been dining there for 3 years --always Great Value .
keep it up .
Great food. Service was a little spotty. We weren’t checked in on during the meal. Not given dessert choices.
Always delicious and great service! Awesome Happy Hours special
Our server was fantastic and the food was fabulous!
While the server was sweet it took literally 45 minutes to get a single appetizer. I did inform the manager who said he’d look into it. It one hour from our reservation to the time meal was served. Restaurant was not overly busy but seemed overwhelmed. Food was good and hot. Restaurant did not offer even a complimentary dessert even after I went to the manager nor did he adjust the bill or just come by at the end to apologize. Our bill with drinks was over $100. For that amount I expect better and attentive service and the Mgr to be more vested in positive outcome. The same restaurant in Buckhead is better staffed and had more positive experiences there even though it’s not where I live
Food and service was great! Would definitely recommend and will be back.
Seasons 52 never disappoints.
Excelletn servers and bartender. Service was top notch as usual as well as the food.
Wow. Great place. We recently visited here for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. We started with the tuna appetizer which had a nice citrus zing to it. My wife had the scallops and I had the filet. But we’re were very good and the side order of brussel sprouts were down right awesome. I only had two complaints, lose the broccolini. It was bland and rubbery. Next, get with the newer times and get some craft beer options. Your wine list looked nice but he beer list was full of InBev. But over all we were impressed, will be back and recommend it to anyone in the area. Thanks!
This is one of my favorite restaurants for special times. This time was my valentines gift to my daughters. As usual, the food was great. Our service on this night was not what I have come to expect when I dine here. Our server did not bring several items that we asked for ( another straw, more bread crisps for our appetizer, another glass of wine). She seemed to be somewhat distracted. Despite this disappointment, I will return to dine here.
My son has an event that runs for 8 weeks at a time, 3x's a year. He as been doing this for over 3 yrs now.
As the event is 2.5 hrs long on Saturday night, we make it a date and try to eat at different restaurants each time. While we have found a lot of good ones, we tried Seasons 52 at the Perimeter 8 weeks ago and have eaten there 7 or the last 8 weeks (one week we were out of town)
We really like the food. The Cedar Plank Salmon, Scallops and Pork are great and the services is always very good. The deserts are all good too1
We have a two week break before the next session starts but we already plan to be back on the 24th. Good food, good atmosphere, good night out!
Good drinks great food good times! Waitress was on point regarding birthday plans.
Toshiba was an excellent server and took great care of us. She really made my daughters birthday special. From the personalized birthday card to the dessert, everything was. Outstanding!
The food was great as usual and our waiter, Andre, was wonderful.
This is one of the restaurants where food and service are consistent good. Sometimes a waiter can be a bit fast for a new guest.
Too noisy, the lamb shank we had was to dry. The meatloaf was dry and burn.
Good food and service. Ambient noise level was loud. Difficult to carry on a conversation at table.
Good service. Great meal!
On a Tuesday night, with a reservation to celebrate my cousin's birthday, it was the worse experience I have had at a Season's 52.
We waited for a long time before our waiter came over. We made the mistake of asking to taste a couple of wines and by the time we ordered a bottle it was over an hour. In the meantime, other tables of 4 to 10 people were being waited on by "our" waiter. Others had their salads and main courses by the time we were able to order. And, that was after asking to him to take our order. We had to ask for bread, since we got there at 6 and by this time it was 7:30. Finally, food came. No one asked us how things were. The trout was overdone and very dry. We had to clear our own plates by moving them to the end of the table and asking a suited gentleman to remove them while he was cleaning another table . The dessert and coffee were another wait and despite the other parties in his station leaving, he never really paid any attention to our table. It was the worse service I have had at a Season's 52 or any other comparable eatery.
I am on whole 30 and the manager and wait staff could not have been more accommodating. Above and beyond from a service perspective
I was hosting a friend's birthday celebration lunch. Food was good. My friend
enjoyed it very much. That made it a success.
Another one of our visits. Tonight was a family birthday dinner. Our dinners were Filet Mignon (4), Cedar Plank Salmon, Pork Loin, Sea Bass, and Lamb Shank. All were well prepared, HOT, and served simultaneously. Our drinks were kept as we desired. Our server, Courtnee Phelps kept a close eye on our table and no one was wanting. All-in-all we all had a very nice dinner date. Highly recommend a visit.
