Chicken was very dry. Caesar salad dressing was not good. Chicken was comp’d.
We frequently dine at this restaurant and the food, service and ambiance has always been good. My only surprise was the unpleasant and snubbed response that we received from the hostess after she seated us in a side room outside the main dining area. When i asked if there was another table available in the main dining room she said “no... we’re busy” and she walked away even as I attempted to ask if we could wait for another table in the main dining area. We were a bit surprised and frankly I was embarrassed as I had recommended the restaurant to our 3 guests who had never dined at Season 52 before.
Best service ever
It was a birthday celebration and I went over the way to divide the bill individually and to divide the “Birthday girl””...in advance. The waiter was new and messed up the bill and called all the women at our table , honey, sweetheart, dear as he waited on our table. It was not what I had planned and we were all offended at the inappropriate terms from our waiter.
Good food. Friendly atmosphere.
The staff went above and beyond and did exactly as I requested.
We were greeted by the hostess, very friendly. Asked if we could be seated outside, but wanted to check it out first to see if it would be too cold. She told us there are heaters and she could turn them up if needed. We all split the gluten free flatbread for our appetizer, mozz w/basil. (I get that every time I’m at Seasons 52). Everyone loved it and can’t even tell it’s gluten free! Our server was very accommodating to our needs and requests, also very friendly. My husband found your restaurant when we were visiting friends in Raleigh NC. Vacationed in Florida and visited 2ce there. Just wish there was one in Charlotte, NC in the Lake Norman area! (Where we reside)
We were in town for spring training baseball and headed here after the game for happy hour. The happy hour was great and included the whole restaurant, not just the bar. Wine was $5 / glass, and flatbreads and appetizers were cheap. We sat outside right on the canal which was a lot of fun. We kept ordering wine and apprizers because the weather was so nice and we were entertained by the drawbridge opening for sail boats. Our server was great, and didn't mind that we kept ordering appetizers to turn that into our evening meal. Wish we had one of these in St. Louis.
we have dined here many times but this time was a total disappointment. The restaurant
has a special prix fixe dinner menu which was not presented to us until we were given our bill. Our server never mentioned it to us. The cost of the prix fixe dinner was considerably less
expensive than the regular menu. This was not a very nice way to treat patrons and therefore
it will be a very long time before we come back if ever. I will be telling our friends and
neighbors the attitude of your restaurant toward the guests who dine there. If you have a special prix fixe dinner it should be the first menu you receive along with the regular a la carte
menu not when you are paying your bill and leaving feeling that you were cheated
Lisa v great waitress
Food, atmosphere and service are outstanding. Good for all occasions.
The restaurant will so busy, that the kitchen made many mistakes. The servers were getting many complaints. Our server, Lisa, was excellent despite the kitchen mistakes. Don’t recommend Sunday nite.
Another amazing meal at Seasons 52 this is my 2nd time there .
Very good experience as usual. Highly recommend the trout! Very fairly priced wine.
I'll start by noting that the staff members at the entrance are always friendly and helpful. That is overlooked until you go to nearby places where that is not always the case.
This restaurant always impresses visitors with its decor, service and food. The valet parking here is handled wonderfully which also sets a great tone (it is NOT well done at nearby restaurants.)
We were disappointed that the new spring menu's Potato & Leek soup was unavailable, but all the food ordered from the spring menu was very good. The shrimp & grits portion was very generous and was delicious. Desserts were also great (can't resist them here) and decaf coffee was hot and flavorful.
Please bring back the wild caught salmon, though the dill-mustard sauce on the current salmon is SO GOOD! Thanks for the birthday celebration photo- a very nice touch!
Have dined here many times before. Have always enjoyed it. We had a party of eight and unfortunately very nice but extremely slow service. Dinner took 2 1/2 hours to get through. Found ourselves trying to chase down the server many times. She was working hard but I believe she had too many tables to manage. Took away from the overall experience for our group. Will be back as this was a unique experience.
The noise level is like everywhere else. We find it very annoying unless you were seated at the bar. If the weather permits and you can get a table, outside is a little bit quieter. The high level of noise takes away from the pleasure of being there.
Lisa V. our waitress was excellent and the food and cocktails were great...
Valet is very efficient...
Ordered a Thai steak salad, menu said ginger peanut dressing
Salad arrived with whole peanuts on the top
Salad was delicious after I picked all the nuts off
I don’t have an allergy just don’t like nuts on my food
Great service & food
Lisa v. Was our waitress...our food was delicious and Lisa’s service was spot on ...
We dined here for our son’s birthday. Our waiter Jason was by far the best we ever had there. He made our experience exceptional!
When checked in at the hostess station, I didn’t feel welcomed fully. That was evident as multiple parties were seated before us. I questioned this as we were on time for our reservation. I was told it would be a few minutes. I waited an additional 5 minutes and inquired again only to be told the hostess thought we were already seated. Very disappointed that she did not even look who I was when I inquired the first time. I was extremely excited to come to this restaurant with an out of town friend only to be disappointed when arriving. The waitress’ service was excellent but starting off my night was less than ideal.
Good service and very good food.
Our meal was excellent. It was for my birthday and our server, Kelly, went out of her way to make it a special occasion. She is an excellent employee who truely treats her customers with special attention. She’s great! My cedar plank salmon was heaven as usual and the key lime dessert was perfect. Thank You for a great experience👍
Started in the bar for cockatails while we waited for our table, loved that our bartender was super knowledgeable about European White wines, Trimbach from Alsace was a great choice, flatbread app was delicious and tuna was cooked to perfection!! Helps that our waitress was sensational!!
When we arrived there were 12-15 people waiting in the lobby. The front desk was understaffed and the hostess had a little be of an attitude when we inquired why was it taking so long to be seated as we could see empty tables in the dining room. We were seated in the Bar area (Which was fine) but the table was not cleaned from the last party...we moved to another table. From then on the experience was top notch. Our sever was manning the bar as well and performed perfectly.
Server was great. Food was poor to mediocre and basic items (like pancakes) were out. Special requests were ignored by the chef.
Loved the new old fashion. Great taste and twist to an old drink. My new fav.
Annoyingly noisy.Not my favorite evening.
Second time we’ve been here. First time we thought food and service were average, but since several folks said they liked it gave it another try. Unfortunately our second experience was same as first.
Our last experience was a Saturday night. We arrived at 5:45 for a 6:15 reservation. Went to the bar for a drink. It was packed.
Only one seat available. The martinis were good. Nice sized and decent service given the crowd. Table was ready for our 6:15 reservation. Our party of 6 ordered a lobster flatbread and hummus for apps. Both were ok, nothing particularly memorable. My filet was cooked rare as requested, but again, neither the meat, potatoes or broccoli, lacked seasoning. Salmon was acceptable. My husbands shortribs were too chewy. Everyone was happy with their desserts.
Overall, both times I thought the food was bland. Service st the table was a little slow. Never got any water.
Nice ambience. Overall not our kind of place
I go as often as I can. Leisurely lunches, and decadent dinners.
The food and service is always spectacular. Today it was far from it. I was mostly disappointed with the food especially since I had family in town from up north and I bragged about how wonderful S52 is.
Though a tad noisy, our booth kept us away from what would surely have been a much noisier table.
Pork tenderloin was delicious. Shrimp and grits, outstanding, scampi the same—smiles all around!
Always an enjoyable evening at Seasons
Reunion of old friends
Great. Great food well timed service. Not rushed
Service was excellent however one person in our party received the wrong steak however the house replaced it with the correct order free of charged.
Excellent service and extremely well-prepared and tasty for truly a moderate price. No wonder it is a favorite of the area.
Flat bread was suposed to have mushrooms. And goat cheese only one slice had cheese. Turkey wing popcorn was so busy we could barely eat waiter was busy and not check to see if food was good. We have been to resturant. May ties and never a problem
