All very good except one of the entrees was cold. But immediately the waiter and management took care of the complaint.
The Happy Hour menu is fantastic - great food at a great price!!!
Seasons 52 has a great reputation for quality food, a great menu, and an enjoyable atmosphere for groups. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. They use quality ingredients without calling out being organic, farm-to-table, and healthy. To me as a consumer, you can see it simply in the menu. The waitstaff is attentive and personable. They are able to manage multiple parties during their peak times.
Celebrated our anniversary there. Lovely dining room, excellent service from Adam! Food was perfectly prepared and arrived relatively quickly.
Loved it! Great good food and very healthy too. Service was awesome and the staff were really friendly.
Second visit was as impressive as the first. Superior service with very friendly wait staff. A menu that was wide ranging should be able to satisfy most diners. We would most definitely come again.
always enjoy our experience! Never dissatisfied. Definitely recommend
Food and service was very good. One of our favorite places
Just wonderful ! Very accommodating ! We got a little bread basket and the two rolls where stale. They made us a new batch and didn’t charge us! We also received a champs toast at the end! We will be back!
They should not charge for the bread. Work it in to the price of food .
Waiter was pleasant and helpful. Nice different menu compared to other similar restaurants which is nice. The small desserts are fun. Enjoyable in just a few bites.
Always a pleasure to grab a very tasty fresh lunch here
excellent food! Amazing happy hour specials, great portions, good healthy options and fresh!
My friend and I went to Seasons 52 for a quick lunch to celebrate her birthday and to have a girls lunch. It was perfect. We were seated right on time and had a beautiful view overlooking the lake. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I have a food allergy and the restaurant was very accommodating for it . Our food came out quickly and was fresh and delicious. As always, we had a lovely time dining at Seasons 52. Cannot wait for our next lunch get together :)
The bartenders started the experience off with helpful suggestions, and Forest was great!
Valentine’s Day was perfect at Seasons 52!
Thank You to all the staff for the great experience ❣️
Had an absolutely terrible experience on Valentine's Day. Waited 30 mins past the reservation to sit then the food was clearly rushed out in an effort to turn the tables. Pasta was undercooked, Tuna steak looked like it was only cooked on one side and scene was generally full of unhappy patrons adding to a bad vibe. We ordered a bottle of Silver Oak wine which was the best part of the meal given is was only 2x retail. The server did his part but the kitchen and management failed on basic execution of a dining experience. Gave the server a good tip but vowed never to return to a Seasons 52. I suggest you at least avoid this location.
We decided at the last minute on Valentine's Day to see if we could get reservations at Seasons 52. To our surprise we had a 7:15 p.m. reservation and we were seated at our table at 7:25 p.m. it was an amazing and wonderful experience. The food was fabulous and on point and the atmosphere vary romantic.
It was OK. Probably best not to go on Valentines Day. In an effort to increase their capacity they added a bunch of tables that were like sitting at the kids table on thanksgiving. The service was nearly non-existant. But we managed to get a meal that tasted good. Need to set a reminder for next year to stay home on V-day. No one executes well on 2/14!
Perfect Valentines Day/Anniversary Dinner Venue. Fast seating, incredibly efficient service, excellent selection variety and food quality. All in all, a winner!
Steak was overcooked. I've ordered well done steaks from here in the past and never have they been this overcooked.
Not enough food and meat was very dry and bland my wife made a comment that Boston market meat had more flavor
Not what it used to be... While once was above and beyond best in really nice dining, this meal was simply ok. There wine room looked like a dusty storage closet. The lobster bisque was luke warm. And felt weird to see people eating around the bar while the bartender was putting boxes of wine around their food. Food and service were exceptional like always, I just miss some of the attention to details.
They overbook this restaurant a lot lately. Had a reservation at 8:30pm and decided to arrive early (30 minutes before) just in case and so I wouldn’t had to start my meal so late and as we had little to eat that day.. Well it was 8:30.. 8:40 and no word.. Then, I asked and they said 15-20 minutes... soon.. it was 9:15 and they were still sitting 8:15 reservations. We finally got sited after and practically on the patio on very uncomfortable chairs, after requesting a booth as my date has serious back problems and is practically disabled. We got offered nothing but apologies for the wait since we waited for almost 2 hours and just saying this cause I saw they were offering complimentary drinks to some people also waiting, but not u. which I guess is ok, but damn : / (something tells me they either forgot we existed, missed our booking, or overbook the restaurant like the do with cheap sits on southwest airlines, which does not says anything good about what seasons 52 brand is trying to do with a new image? When I asked why they overbooked to the host/lady taking us to the table said -we don’t overbook; the system does.. nice answer.
Meal was decent as im sure with a placed as packed as that one is difficult to achieve a great quality meal. Desserts were great as usual but not a big of a selection as I remember it to be and as someone that has come to this place for more than 10 years, hosted company events, birthdays at chef’s table. Unfortunately, after tonight, I might skip on this place at least for special occasions as that sort of service is anything but special.
Seasons never fails to deliver a great dining experience. The portions are moderate and food is fresh and interesting with terrific service.
I discussed my experience with the Manager, Clinton, that night and I previously provided a review on Yelp. The food was very good, from the mushroom flatbread appetizer to the entrees of the carmelized sea scallops and vegetable tasting entrees. The service at the bar was not up to par relative to the lack of cohesion during the change of shifts with our bartenders and the subsequent attention to detail after that change. We discussed this with the Manager who agreed to address the inconsistencies for the future.
We dine at Seasons 52 on a regular basis. More often than not our dining experience is exceptional. This visit did not rise to that level -- unfortunately.
We were a group of 8 celebrating an anniversary with two out of town friends. Upon ordering, two couples ordered flatbread in addition to their appetizers and entrees. Normally, the flatbread is served first, then the appetizer. This time they came out the same time that all other appetizers were served and the table was terribly overcrowded not to mention the fact that appetizer soup sat there getting cold while the flatbread was enjoyed. Several people ordered the spinach, bosc pear and walnut salad. All were horribly lacking dressing and pear, so it was like eating dry spinach leaves. I sent mine back for lobster bisque. Others just didn't eat it.vi
Service was attentive, even with a trainee assisting. However, I did ask the waiter, not trainee, for the Happy Hour menu and was told he would get one. It never happened!
We were disappointed in this visit as we assured our out of town guests that Seasons 52 is one of the best restaurants in the area. Maybe next time.
Ordered steak a little pink. Came out well done. It was recooked. Came out the same.
