Seasons 52 - Orlando Ratings and Reviews
I am usually not a fan of chain restaurants of any type, but Seasons 52 has won me over with really good, fresh food and excellent service. Their cocktails are also really well done. Other than the immense size, you might feel as though you are dining at a boutique farm-to-table gourmet eatery. A great variety of ever-changing dishes, and I feel good knowing that it is not a ton of calories and stuff that is bad for me. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get away from the typical tourist fare of high-calorie, high-fat, high-sugar deep-fried stuff that tries to pass for fine dining at most other chains.
Everything was Excellent! Jenny our server was Incredible! Harvest Menu was delightful! Everything was delicious! Thank you Sydney for accommodating our unfortunate late arrival and taking memorable pictures of us for my daughter's 12th Birthday ❤️ Celebration.
Always love this place! Food is delicious and an awesome seasonal menu.
For some reason lately, any time we visit, we keep getting seated in their “used to be” patio section. (It’s now fully enclosed with walls and a/c) It’s usually fine, but this time all the chairs were patio chairs. Totally different than the ones inside.. not the most comfy.
Other than that, wonderful experience!
Our reservation was for 7:30pm and we checked in at the podium right at 7:30pm. We were told they were running a little behind. Well, a little behind meant 25 minutes before we were seated. I get that things get backed up from time to time, just be honest with your Guests. I was less concerned about the wait than the fact they weren't upfront with what the wait was going to be.
Seasons 52 never disappoints. As usual, the food was excellent. The atmosphere was perfect, and the service was top-notch. There was a slight hiccup with our dinner order, but our server (Rick) recovered nicely. He quickly made sure everything was right. The service manager also stopped by our table to make sure everything was OK. All in all, the experience was great as it always is. We will definitely be back.
As usual the food and service at Seasons52 is very good - and menu changes with the seasons of the year. We both had the fish tacos and our guests had crab cake sandwich, salmon, ahi tuna and salads for lunch and our group shared a flat bread, hummus and cauliflower appetizers - all of which were fresh and recommended.
I never leave reviews but Seasons 52 was such a pleasant experience that I have to comment. The ambiance, the service, and food were all exceptional. My wife and I had a beverage and the 3 course seasonal menu. Cedar roasted Salmon for me and boneless shot rib for my wife along with an appropriately sized desert which was also excellent.
For our group of 7 we had a great time together as well as some great food and service. We all had unique needs and all of the dishes were well prepared and very tasty. Service was timely and accurate as well as sensitive to our space to allow us to talk and not be rushed.
We were celebrating my mom's birthday at the end of a 7-day trip to Disney World and Universal. Our party of 7 adults and 2 kids was greeted and seated right away. It took about 15 minutes to get drinks after we ordered them, but the server's recommendation of wine was good. Unfortunately, a big negative was due to an allergy. We had two people (1 year old and his mommy) with an egg allergy. Our server was good about asking the chef whether or not dishes included egg, but failed to warn mommy about her salad (dressing contained eggs), so she was very upset that she could not nurse that evening or next morning. She has specifically requested to be told if anything she ordered included eggs, but was not told about the dressing. The egg allergy is severe and requires use of an epi pen and hospital visit. Luckily, she caught it but it put a damper on the experience.
We go here once a year when we are in Orlando. This year the weather did not cooperate and the terrace was enclosed rather than open to the lake - not their fault of course, but that is a main attraction for us. Food is Asian fusion done very well, but with a few annoyances (bread is extra, no substitutions in the menu items' ingredients). Still a best bet when on the Sand Lake area.
When “greeted” by the hostess, we did not get a warm welcome. It almost seemed that we annoyed her when checking in.
The service at the table was a different story though and our server was friendly. Food was good and I enjoy that it is nutritional conscious, without being considered “light” or “diet food.”
I was in town for a business venture, and as I used to live close and enjoyed this place I thought I'd find a great meal there. Arriving 10 minutes early I waited for the receptionist to chat with friends for 5 to 10 minutes I was acknowledged and ushered to a seat in the bar area booths. Often one gets poor service and treatment eating as a single and it seems this was the start. After a while the waitress came over and was quite pleasant in greeting me and asking what I'd like to start with. A beer was ordered with the mention that I would have a wine with my meal and as I perused the menu it became apparent that it may be a poor choice of venue. 15 minutes later and with very few seats taken my beer arrived and I asked for suggestions as to what looked good tonight and their specialties. I took up the suggestion of the pork tenderloin (cooked medium as they suggested), as I often cook it and enjoy it so wanted another take on it from a true chef. A very long wait ensued without my waitress stopping over and then the server from the kitchen delivered my meal. My wine choice was still not addressed.. The meal was attractively placed on the plate and looked good......until the first bite. The dreaded overcooked pork took over and as a choice of any beverage had not been addressed I searched for my long gone server. Finally finding her, I made my wine choice which was delivered after another 10 or 15 minutes of eating dry overcooked pork. Not once was I asked how my meal was, which normally is the practice after the first bite or two. I finally forced down the long awaited meal upon which she finally returned. She commented on how it was gone so I must have liked it......my response was more to the point that it was terrible, and please bring the check. Another 10 minutes gone by made me finally go to the desk and request it and pay. Bad choice, terrible service, overcooked meal made me regret not eating at my hotel. Stay away as they really have gone downhill.
