Zach, our server, was wonderful. Super patient with my picky wine drinking friend. Always a great experience here.
Wonderful steak! Prepared perfectly with delicious sides.
This was a 95th birthday celebration. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive and made it special for the “birthday boy” and all of us.
My wife and I frequent this restaurant a lot. This trip we had Laura as our server, and she was fantastic! The food was great and the service was exceptional. We had a problem with a server once a few weeks ago, but Stephen the manager went above and beyond to make this past experience great! Thank you for a fantastic dinner!
Love a good HH here!
Victor was amazing! Restaurant was very busy and the service was still just as great as always!
I celebrated my post graduate dinner with my family. Always wanted to try and glad I did. Phenomenal !
Server was very slow.
I’ve been to Season’s 52 multiple times before, at multiple locations, without issue. Our visit on 3/7/20 to Sand Lake was poor. We made a reservation earlier in the day on Open Table, indicating 4 adults and a toddler in a highchair. We arrived a couple of minutes ahead of the reservation, but there were plenty of tables available and three employees staffing the (not busy) host/hostess stand. Despite this, we waited over 5 minutes to be seated, and a couple more to get a highchair. Already annoyed. We ordered, and my entree (Handline tuna over mint quinoa and tomatoes) was BLAND, even flavorless. I’m not a spicy person but there wasn’t even salt on this. The entire dish was cold, tasteless, and not visually appetizing at all. I tried to muscle through it but couldn’t. Our waitress, Shelbey, was nice and did her best. She was able to get me a replacement entree - I chose the vegetable gnocchi, which was a considerable improvement - and was attentive to us during the meal. We went to another restaurant the night after and had better food and better service, for a cheaper price. I was definitely disappointed in this visit and don’t think I’ll return.
Our server Zach was terrific, no rush. Great food.
Great food, service, and ambiance. Who could ask for anything more?
Server was friendly but inattentive. Entrees were overcooked. Salad ingredients were missing but we were not informed until an alternate was being served.
Had a great time at dinner with our friends, got a little noisy. But food, service was very good.
The service is excellent but the food is very low quality.
Great dinner. Server Tim was great. Slight food mix up but chef fixed it quickly. Good people and great time
We always dine at Season’s 52 when we are in Orlando. The food is always great. We particularly enjoy the flat breads and the desserts. Although the food was good last night, I did not enjoy the filet I ordered. The meat was chewy and it had a nerve going through it. First time I have to say I was disappointed.
Adele our server was personable and attentive. Food is always good. Great pomegranate martini!
Great food and good service
Waitress was very nice good food and service
It was our 18th Anniversary..
We often eat at seasons 52 and usually really like it. This time the food was just “ok” but the service was bad.
Our server seemed like she just couldn’t be bothered, never explained the menu and brought us the bill when we had asked to see the deserts! She also kept trying to take our plates before we had finished and hovered over us waiting for us to pay.
Food was fantastic
Service was great
Only challenge was that we had to wait 30 min past our reservation time. Seems unreasonable to have to wait that long when you have taken the time to make a reservation
This was a challenging evening for Seasons 52 Orlando. I picked it for my group of traveling business friends because of the name and presumed standards associated with it. The reception desk was manned by under-trained young girls who could only tell us repeatedly "it'll be 5-10 minutes" when we asked when our table would be ready. After 50 minutes after our reservation time, I asked to speak with the manager, who was very apologetic. We were seated approximately 1 hour after our 7:45pm reservation time at 8:45pm. Interestingly, we were 8 people crammed into a booth that was meant for 4-6!! Our server, Laura, was efficient and pleasant, and the service and food for the rest of the meal was escellent. The manager sent us complimentary appetizers; the first round of drinks and the dessert were comped by the restaurant. They really seemed to try hard to make it up to us. Overall, we enjoyed our time there, and the food was delicious and well-prepared. I'd give them another try...! Crazy nights happen!
Excellent service, good wine selection, tasty craft cocktails, and fantastic food made this an terrific choice for a girls night out!
Thanks for making our celebration so special Quan you are a fabulous waiter, looking forward to our next visit to Seasons 52 delicious food every time!
Great service, great food! Always a great experience. I also love the variety of healthy food on the menu!
This was my first experience with Seasons 52. The food was delicious and unexpected...especially since all of the entrees were less than 595 calories. I ordered the salmon and it was delicious. The cocktails were also good as my fiancé really loved her’s. The service was also impeccable. This will definitely NOT be my last visit to Seasons 52.
Got the $52 dinner special and enjoyed the salmon with mashed potatoes. In fact we both had the same dish. Also had the artichoke appetizer.
Server was awesome, food was very good, as well as the drinks.
Fresh, delicious food, great variety, wonderful setting!
Food quality excellent. Very crowded. Sat down about 15 minutes past our reservation which was fine. Service ok. Our server was over dispatched and disappeared often.
The food was great as we have come to expect at Seasons 52. The Grilled artichokes with preserved lemon hummus was excellent. Two of us ordered the plank salmon from the 2 for $52 menu, yummy!
Our server Adele was fabulous. We will ask for her the next time we come.
Our server, Quann, was a delight. We really enjoyed talking with him. He was very good at his job, made us feel very welcome, was very attentive, etc. He made our experience an enjoyable time.
The food was good but I feel your prices are a bit high for what you get. We really enjoyed the mini desserts. Just enough to quench our sweet tooth.
Wonderful food and our server Christina was very attentive!
